    DIGITAL LITERACY IN TACKLING THE SPREAD OF COVID-19 IN VILLAGES

    Abstrak: Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan kemampuan dalam mengantisipasi penyebaran covid-19. Universitas Trunojoyo  Madura melalui LPPM melaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian.  Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menggunakan media webinar serta sosialisasi door to door dengan materi pola hidup bersih untuk mengantisipasi pencegahan penyebaran virus, penggunaan masker dan kebiasaan cuci tangan dengan sabun. Adapun jumlah peserta adalah 50 pemuda dan pedagang pasar pumara yang terletak di Kelurahan Mlajah Kecamatan Bangkalan Kabupaten Bangkalan. Hasil kegiatan abdimas ini agar para pemuda dan para pedagang memahami bagaimana pencegahan serta menjadi agen sosialisasi kepada lingkungan sekitar. Sehingga para pemuda dan pedagang ikut serta dalam langkah sinergis bersama pemerintah serta perguruan tinggi dalam upaya pencegahan penularan Covid-19.Abstract:  The literacy gap related to the understanding of Covid-19 prevention and health protocols in the Madurese community requires the role of the community in disseminating correct information. Youth and traders in PUMARA need to get education related to digital literacy that is easy to understand about Covid-19 and how to prevent it. This has made the basis for the LPPM Community Service Team at Trunojoyo Madura University to take part in preventing and breaking the chain of the spread of Covid-19 by providing counseling and socialization about Covid-19 to youth and traders in Mlajah village, Bangkalan sub-district, Bangkalan district through webinars and door-to-door socialization along with distribution of hand sanitizers and masks. The purpose of this activity is so that young people and traders understand how to prevent and become agents of socialization to the surrounding environment. So that young people and traders participate in synergistic steps with the government and universities in efforts to prevent the transmission of Covid-19 starting from yourself

    Analysis of the impact of the Work From Home Policy on Changes in Stock Prices and Transaction Volume Study of Telecommunications Companies at IDX

    The work from home policy due to the COVID 19 pandemic is an alternative in preventing the spread of the COVID 19 virus. The general public must get used to working and learning by utilizing telecommunications networks to support work. The increase in internet network traffic is expected to provide a stimulus for telecommunications companies. This study examines the sentiment of work from home to changes in price and transaction volume of shares of two companies, namely PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk and PT. XL Axiata. Tbk. The analysis technique in this study uses quantitative analysis techniques with a paired t-test sample test. Data collected from the Indonesia Stock Exchange with the type of secondary data. Researchers used the paired t-test sample test using SPSS 21 software. The results showed that PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk indicated a significant price change of Rp. 343 before the policy but the volume of transactions increased after the announcement of the work from home policy. PT XL Axiata Tbk had a significant change of Rp. 126 which was higher before the work from home policy, but the transaction volume had no significant effect before and after the work from home policy

    Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a group of businesses that have a large percentage of contribution in Indonesia. Madura is one of the regions in East Java Province whose economy is supported by the MSME sector. In the micro economy, the existence of MSMEs is very fluctuating, this can occur due to a shift in the business sector to follow the existing market share because they have unestablished capital. In the macro economy, the development of MSMEs always shows an increasing percentage, so that business continuity needs to be maintained. MSMEs in Madura must be able to face the challenges that are increasingly rapidly marked by the many offers of similar products in various sales distribution channels. The number and development of traditional retail, modern retail, social media and marketplaces, makes MSMEs in Madura need to maintain their business continuity so that they can survive and develop by improving factors that are a major influence on micro, small and medium enterprises. The factors in question such as in terms of increasing business capital, in terms of product quality and quality and in terms of entrepreneurial networks. This study aims to determine what factors must be considered for the sustainability of MSMEs in Madura. So that MSME actors can compete and maintain their businesses in today's increasingly rapid challenges. Business capital is often synonymous with money, but capital can be in the form of machinery, vehicles, buildings, raw materials, and many others to run business operations. Quality and product quality are very strategic approaches in maintaining business continuity, so MSMEs in Madura must have good quality standards and product quality.     Perceptions of Ease, Usefulness and Promotion on Interest in Using ShopeePay Community Sumenep

    Objectives – This study aims to analyze the impact of three key factors, namely perceived convenience, usefulness and promotion on interest in using ShopeePay as a digital payment tool. Design/Methodology/Approach – Quantitative type research and the population used is the Sumenep community of ShopeePay users. Data collection techniques by distributing google form questionnaires to 100 respondents directly. Findings – The results of the study indicate that the perception of convenience, usefulness and promotion has a positive and significant influence partial and simultaneous on the interest in using ShopeePay digital payments for the Sumenep community. Conclusions and Implications – Perception of convenience, perception of usefulness and promotion have a positive influence on the use of Shopeepay in the Sumenep community. Shopee companies can consider the convenience and usefulness of Shopeepay and can increase promotions to increase Shopeepay users in the Sumenep community

    Dampak Tingkat Literasi Keuangan Syariah Terhadap Minat Menggunakan Produk Keuangan Syariah

    Abstrak: Literasi keuangan berperan penting bagi warga guna memilih dan menggunakan produk jasa keuangan sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. Peningkatan literasi keuangan sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan. Apabila masyarakat telah mempunyai tingkat literasi keuangan yang tinggi diharapkan mampu mendorong percepatan pembangunan ekonomi suatu bangsa. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengukur tingkat literasi keuangan syariah peserta pelatihan usaha mikro dan kecil serta menganalisis pengaruh tingkat literasi keuangan syariah pada minat menggunakan produk perbankan syariah. Data primer bersifat kuantitatif adalah jenis data yang digunakan. Data primer diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada peserta pelatihan pemberdayaan usaha mikro dan kecil. Sample ditentukan secara sengaja (convenience sampling). Responden berjumlah 33 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat literasi keuangan responden adalah tinggi (93%). Selain itu, berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa literasi keuangan syariah berpengaruh positif terhadap minat menggunakan produk perbankan syariah dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0.723 dan signifikasi 0.002. Berdasarkan uji determinasi mengenai variable literasi dapat disimpulkan bahwa kontribusi variabel literasi keuangan syariah sebesar 68.9 persen terhadap minat menggunakan produk perbankan syariah sedangkan sisanya sebesar 31.1 persen merupakan kontribusi dari faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi manajerial bahwa diperlukan sosialisasi yang masif dengan frekuensi tinggi tentang keuangan syariah kepada masyarakat agar minat masyarakat untuk menggunakan produk keuangan syariah khususnya produk perbankan syariah meningkat.   Kata kunci: Literasi, Keuangan syariah, Perbankan syariah.   Abstract: Financial literacy has a very important role for people to choose and use financial service products according to their needs. Increasing financial literacy as an effort to improve welfare. If the community already has a high level of financial literacy, it is hoped that it can accelerate the economic development of a nation. Research objectives is measuring the degree of sharia financial literation of the training small and micro business participants and then analyzing the influence of the sharia literation financial interest to use the sharia banks. The kind of data that is used is primary data quantitative. The primary data was obtained from spreading to the participants the empowerment of micro and small enterprises. Sample is determined by deliberately ( convenience ) sampling. The respondents were 33. The result showed that the sharia financial literation respondents were high (93%). In addition, based on the research that sharia financial literation had a positive impact of using sharia banking product by the regression coefficient 0.723 and significant in 0.002. Based on the determination of variable literation we can be conclude that the contribution of sharia financial literation variable 68.9 percent of interest to use the sharia banks the remaining fund 31.1 percent was contributed by other factors. This study provide managerial implication that it takes the massive about sharia financial by high frequency to peoples to use sharia financial product especially to sharia banking products increased.   Keywords: Literation, Sharia financial, Sharia banking

    PANDEMI COVID 19 SEBAGAI FORCE MAJEURE TERHADAP PEMUTUSAN HUBUNGAN KERJA SERTA DAMPAK PEREKONOMIAN INDONESIA

    Corona Virus Disease 19 or Covid-19 has spread to many countries, including Indonesia. The Covid-19 pandemic had many impacts on people's lives, especially in the economic sector. Many workers have experienced layoffs or layoffs due to this pandemic. This layoff is considered one of the efficiencies imposed by the company amid the pandemic. However, in this case, sometimes some companies cut off their work relationships during the Covid-19 pandemic, often using force majeure reasons, even though the company is still producing as usual. A situation is said to be force majeure, which is a state of coercion that is beyond the control of the parties concerned. There is a condition if the company can carry out layoffs, which is also contained in the provisions. So in this case, this termination should not necessarily decide unilaterally, especially on the grounds of force majeure. If there is a reason for Termination of Employment, there is a reason according to Article 164 paragraph (3) of Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower which states that the company can lay off because the company is closed while it turns out that the company continues to produce as usual or because it has suffered a loss for 2 consecutive years even though if it is associated with this Covid-19 pandemic, it has not yet reached 2 years to be said to have been laid off. So that the layoffs include the termination of one of the parties not together. Companies should take steps that can be taken such as reducing wages, reducing work shifts, and restrictions related to overtime work. Therefore, it is necessary to have a comprehensive policy from the government in the event of a force majeure so as not to harm the workers or companies that employ them and reduce the direct economic impact

    ANALISIS CORPORATE GOVERNANCE TERHADAP KINERJA PASAR

    This study aims to examine corporate governance on market performance in banking companies. The sample in this study is banking in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2011-2019. The results showed that corporate governance has a positive effect on banking performance by using Tobin Q and return on equity (ROE). Furthermore, there is additional information from the results of this study. The number of directors and independent commissioners has a positive influence. Whereas the presence of foreign board directors has a positive impact because the expertise they have is different from that of local directors. The number of meeting activities also has a positive effect on performance because the market sees that the supervisory and controlling activities of the directors' performance are in line with the expectations of shareholders. However, the existence of female directors and doctoral-educated directors has a negative effect because the socio-cultural aspects of Indonesian society are still patriarchal and the level of education does not always have the competencies and abilities neede

    Mental account secara tidak langsung memiliki hubungan erat dalam pasar saham. Ada yang berpendapat data akuntansi dipakai penganut analisis fundamental untuk mengambil keputusan investasi. Sebagian analisis fundamental melibatkan data-data akuntansi untuk menemukan perusahaan yang baik, punya peluang pertumbuhan dan menemukan harga wajar. Secara pendekatan psikologi, pola piker akuntansi ternyata juga mempengaruhi pola piker pelaku pasar dalam mengambil keputusan transaksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali lebih jauh determinan apa saja yang mempengaruhi investor saham dalam mengambil keputusan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah bahwa terdapat dua determinan utama dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi yaitu aspek kognitif (sikap risiko, preferensi waktu investasi, kepribadian, tujuan investasi, dan strategi) dan aspek psikologis (kemampuan menyeleksi informasi, ketahanan diri, dan perilaku meniru). Keduanya secara teori mempengaruhi perilaku-perilaku keuangan individu (individual well-being). Selain itu, dalam perkembangan temuan empirisnya, mental anggaran (mental budgeting) juga berpengaruh seberapa besar seseorang menyisihkan pendapatan per bulan dalam dua rekening berbeda. Satu rekening untuk berinvestasi saham, dan yang lainnya untuk kebutuhan pribadi. Mental accounting juga terjadi ketika seseorang membagi rekening berdasarkan sumber pendapatan. Ada yang menempatkan dalam akun yang berbeda, ada juga membuatnya secara virtual, ada juga yang dalam catatannya. Sumber uang ternyata mempengaruhi bagaimana nantinya uang digunakan.  Secara lebih jauh, pelaku pasar saham mempertimbangkan waktu dan level harga yang tepat untuk menyelamatkan posisi rugi saham yang dimiliki dengan strategi average down. Padahal seharusnya pelaku pasar saham tidak perlu fokus pada setiap posisi sahamnya, tetapi lebih melihat keseluruhan portofolio. Bila berpikir setiap posisi saham adalah akun yang terpisah  dan tergesa-gesa ingin menjual saham yang sedang rugi, maka justru yang terjadi adalah kerugian yang lebih besar. Penelitian empiris mengenai konsep ini dibutuhkan lebih jauh, terutama bagi pelaku investor saham pemula
