Ekonomik sununun değişimiyle birlikte, tüketiciler için maldan hizmete; hizmetten deneyime doğru yönelen süreç, deneyimsel pazarlama kavramını ortaya çıkarmıştır. Mal ve hizmetleri tüketici için eşsiz, unutulmaz bir hale getirerek müşteri deneyimi yaratmayı hedefleyen deneyimsel pazarlama müşteri bağlılığı ve memnuniyeti yaratmak için önemli bir aracı olmaktadır. Müşteri memnuniyeti rakip ve ikame ürünlere karşı avantaj sağlamaktadır. Literatürde özellikle restoran alanında deneyimsel pazarlama ile yapılan ampirik çalışmalar oldukça sınırlı sayıda kalmaktadır. Konu ile ilgili yapılmış olan çalışmalar ise deneyimsel pazarlama kavramını teorik olarak incelemiş ve kavramın önemi üzerine durmuşlardır. Deneyimin boyutları ve deneyimsel faydanın restorandeneyimi esnasında müşteri memnuniyeti ve davranış niyetlerine etkisini incelemek amacıyla gerçekleştirilen araştırma, anket yöntemi kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yapılan veri analizleri sonucunda genel olarak deneyim boyutlarının ve deneyimsel faydanın müşteri memnuniyeti ve davranış niyetleri üzerinde etkili olduğu görülmüştür.Together with economic presentation changes, experiential marketing concept has revealed the process of for the consumers from goods to services and from services to experience for consumers. Bilinen Son Mevlid: Karaalizâde Hayyat Ömer Efendi’nin Behcetü’l-Âbidîn’i

Hz. Muhammed’in dünyayı teşrifinin ve bu esnada meydana gelen mucizelerin temel alındığı mevlidlerde, Hz. Âmine’nin hamileliği ile Hz. Muhammed’in çocukluğu, hilyesi, nübüvveti, miracı, hicreti ve vefatı gibi konular da işlenmiştir. Şairler, Allah’ın rahmetine ulaşmak, Hz. Muhammed’in şefaatine nail olabilmek, bu dünyada bir yadigâr bırakmak, hayırla anılmak ve mevlidlerini okuyanları da Hz. Muhammed’in aşkıyla irşad etmek gibi çeşitli gayelerle mevlid telif etmişlerdir. Türk İslam edebiyatının en yaygın türlerinden biri, sayıları iki yüze yakın olan mevlidlerdir. Literatürde yer almayan ve çalışmamıza konu teşkil eden mevlidlerden biri Behcetü’l-Âbidîn’dir. Kaynaklarda ismine rastlamadığımız Karaalizâde Hayyat Ömer Efendi tarafından 1417/1996 senesinde Arap harfleriyle ve aruzun “fâilâtün/ fâilâtün/ fâilün” kalıbıyla yazılan Behcetü’l-Âbidîn, mesnevi nazım şeklinde ve 161 beyit hâlinde inşa edilmiştir. Ömer Efendi, Hz. Muhammed’e salavat getirilmesini telkin ettiği vasıta beyitlerinden sonra Arapça salavat virdleri ekleyerek eseri zenginleştirmiştir. Derleme bir mevlid metninden ziyade telif bir mevlid olan ve klasik tarzda tertip edilen Behcetü’l-Âbidîn, varlığı bilinen son mevlid olması bakımından önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmada öncelikle Karallî mahlaslı Ömer Efendi’nin hayatına dair bilgiler derlenerek sunulmuş; Behcetü’l-Âbidîn dil, şekil ve muhteva bakımından incelenmiştir. Eserin transkripsiyonlu metni hazırlanarak ilim dünyasına tanıtılmıştır

Solving a robust airline crew pairing problem with column generation

In this study, we solve a robust version of the airline crew pairing problem. Our concept of robustness was partially shaped during our discussions with small local airlines in Turkey which may have to add a set of extra flights into their schedule at short notice during operation. Thus, robustness in this case is related to the ability of accommodating these extra flights at the time of operation by disrupting the original plans as minimally as possible. We focus on the crew pairing aspect of robustness and prescribe that the planned crew pairings incorporate a number of predefined recovery solutions for each potential extra flight. These solutions are implemented only if necessary for recovery purposes and involve either inserting an extra flight into an existing pairing or partially swapping the flights in two existing pairings in order to cover an extra flight. The resulting mathematical programming model follows the conventional set covering formulation of the airline crew pairing problem typically solved by column generation with an additional complication. The model includes constraints that depend on the columns due to the robustness consideration and grows not only column-wise but also row-wise as new columns are generated. To solve this dicult model, we propose a row and column generation approach. This approach requires a set of modifications to the multi-label shortest path problem for pricing out new columns (pairings) and various mechanisms to handle the simultaneous increase in the number of rows and columns in the restricted master problem during column generation. We conduct computational experiments on a set of real instances compiled from a local airline in Turkey

The Effects of Self- Efficacy and Anxiety Levels of Mothers With Children Receiving Nebulized Inhalation Treatment on the Application of Nebulized Inhalation Practices

Purpose: This study aimed to determine the application skills, self-efficacy, and anxiety levels of the mothers whose children receive nebulized inhalation treatment and to examine the relationship between them.Method: This research was a descriptive clinical study. The study was conducted with 300 mothers. Data were evaluated by Pearson correlation and nonparametric tests.Results: Of the mothers, 78.3% were determined to get a moderate score on “The Nebulized Inhalation Application Checklist”. The total Situational Anxiety score of the mothers was calculated to be 37.07±4.95 and the total mean Self-Efficacy score 79.60±15.23. No correlation was found between Self-Efficacy and Situational Anxiety levels of mothers (p gt;0.05).Conclusion: Nurses can contribute to treatment by supporting them to develop training programs to increase self-efficacy and reduce the anxiety of mothers whose children receive inhalation treatment

Cure for Fear During the COVID-19 Pandemic Process: Self-Compassion

COVID-19 not only creates vital physiological effects on human health, but also creates serious mental effects. Increasing death numbers, emerging new variants and uncertainties about the pandemic process cause people to fear. Increasing the individual protective factors during this period will prevent the emergence of fear even in a negative process such as a pandemic. Accordingly, one of the potential concepts that can help protect individuals from the negative effects of COVID-19 is thought to be self-compassion. The self-compassion that an individual will show to himself while going through these difficult times can be the salve for the fear of COVID-19 and the mental problems it causes during this period. In this direction; In this review, it is aimed to reveal the relationship between the fear of COVID-19 and the concepts of self-compassion. PubMed, PubMed Central (PMC), Google Scholar databases were searched and six studies were found that examined the fear of COVID-19 and the concept of self-compassion together. When studies are examined, it is reported that individuals with high self-compassion levels experience less fear of COVID-19 and reduce mental problems such as depression and anxiety disorder due to fear of COVID-19. The results of this review will raise awareness of mental health professionals that intervention studies focusing on self-compassion should be applied both to patients in clinical settings and to society in terms of preventive mental health
