Odnos hrvatskih, slovenskih i talijanskih antifašista prema pitanju državno-pravnog statusa Istre u razdoblju od 1942. do 1945. jedno je, čini se, od najsloženijih pitanja hrvatske historiografije uopće. Ne možemo se pohvaliti temeljnim radovima o ovome problemu, ne samo zato što je arhivska građa oskudna, nego i zato što je do sada nedostajalo dobre volje da se ovaj problem sustavnije objasni, a uz to u objašnjenju su sudjelovale političke strukture koje su cjelokupni problem ispolitizirale. Na pitanju statusa Istre ili nekih njezinih dijelova, stalno je postojao sukob dviju, odnosno triju komunističkih partija tijekom rata koji je u poratnim godinama eskalirao u otvoreno neprijateljstvo: slovenske i hrvatske s jedne stranei talijanske s druge strane

Cloud oriented Additive Technology use for Fast Prototype Development

Digitalization has already affected every segment of the industry and especially manufacturing. Based on market requires that are more specific and faster than ever, there is a need to use some of the online platform packages called Cloud Manufacturing (CM). CM operate through the digital data then here comes the expression CAD models or in particular STL files that are currently adequate for Additive Technologies (AT). On the other hand, there is a rapid increase in the measurement aspects via non-contact forms (3D scanners) where their data are stored in various digital formats: IGES, OBJ, PLY, etc.). Those formats can be processed step by step and follow the full path to Reverse Engineering (RE). In this paper will be discussed the possibility of implementing Cloud Additive Technology (CAT) for Fast Prototype Development (FPD) by analyzing the current situation, barriers during incorporation RE and AT, security and technical-economical aspects

The development of international trade in the current conditions of globalization and the impact of the development of the global economy, but also cooperation and closeness among nations is not left without legal rules designed to underpin the relations of social commerce with foreign elements. One of the relevant dimensions of international trade is the contract for international sales. The performance of the contract for international sales also includes the legal problems that are detected by identifying and enabling precise adaptation clauses to represent the progress of future contractual relations with a foreign element. Specific clauses of the contracts for international sales are of great importance and interest because they cover legal reality in the direction in which the contract is emerging as an effective tool for the achievement of the interests of the parties and the purposes for which they were created. This reality is the reason that has pushed to making efforts in understanding and improvement of specific clauses of the contract for international sales in order to monitor the dynamic changes in the business and legal community

Experiments and simulations on short chain fatty acid production in a colonic bacterial community

Understanding how production of specific metabolites by gut microbes is modulated by interactions with surrounding species and by environmental nutrient availability is an important open challenge in microbiome research. As part of this endeavor, we explore interactions between F. prausnitzii, a major butyrate producer, and B. thetaiotaomicron, an acetate producer, under three different in vitro media conditions in monoculture and coculture. In silico Genome-scale dynamic flux balance analysis (dFBA) models of metabolism in the system using COMETS (Computation of Microbial Ecosystems in Time and Space) are also tested for explanatory, predictive and inferential power. Experimental findings indicate enhancement of butyrate production in coculture relative to F. prausnitzii monoculture but defy a simple model of monotonic increases in butyrate production as a function of acetate availability in the medium. Simulations recapitulate biomass production curves for monocultures and accurately predict the growth curve of coculture total biomass, using parameters learned from monocultures, suggesting that the model captures some aspects of how the two bacteria interact. However, a comparison of data and simulations for environmental acetate and butyrate changes suggest that the organisms adopt one of many possible metabolic strategies equivalent in terms of growth efficiency. Furthermore, the model seems not to capture subsequent shifts in metabolic activities observed experimentally under low-nutrient regimes. Some discrepancies can be explained by the multiplicity of possible fermentative states for F. prausnitzii. Autor analizira na temelju arhivskih vrela pojavu fašizma u njegovim prvim trenucima kada je još bio otvoren različitim političkim, socijalnim i kulturnim grupacijama i kao takav podložan raznim utjecajima. Rad pokazuje da fašistički pokret zbog svoje heterogenosti nije stvorio konzistentniji program. Ta je činjenica dovela do stvaranja brojnih disidentskih grupa i pojedinaca, koji su se svojom vizijom razvoja fašizma razlikovali od vizije središnjice, odnosno Vođe.The author analyzes, on the basis of archival material, the phenomenon of fascism in its first phase when it was still exposed to various influences.
