<原著>前言語期における認知・コミュニケーション行動の発達評価チェック・リスト(試案)の作成

前言語期の子どもの認知・コミュニケーション行動の発達評価の尺度を作成するために従来の乳児発達検査や乳児研究に関する文献資料を検討し, 認知・理解面, コミュニケーション行動面, 運動機能面から成る, 発達チェック・リスト(試案)を作成した。これは従来の発達検査では不足していた項目を新たに加えて, 再構成したものである。今後は, さらに検討を加え, 言語レディネスの発達評価尺度を作成し, 発達障害児の言語の出現に至る発達レベルを評価し, 前言語期の段階の子どもを指導・訓練する際に活用していく計画である。The purpose of this study is to devise a scale that would be useful for the developmental assessment of cognition and communication behavior in the preverbal period. We investigated the currently used developmental tests for infants as well as of research on development of communication behavior in infants, and drew up a checklist of three aspects of development of communication behavior, namely cognition/speech comprehension, communication behavior and motor function. New items from this list were added to overcome the deficiencies of such tests. In the near future, we propose to further improve this scale so that it can be used for the assessment of developmental level of children who have delayed speech, and for proper speech therapy of children in the preverbal period.国立情報学研究所で電子
