Reporting of the Selected Firm

Tato diplomová práce zachycuje problematiku reportingu v současných podmínkách podnikání v konkrétním podniku. V první části práce jsou uvedeny teoretické poznatky týkající se reportingu. Druhá část se zabývá analýzou současného stavu reportingu ve vybraném podniku. V poslední části diplomové práce budou na základě analýz navržena doporučení podporující další možný rozvoj reportingu ve vybrané firmě.The diploma thesis deals with issues concerning reporting in the current business environment in a particular company. In the first chapter you can find theoretical knowledge regarding reporting. The second part focuses on an analysis of the current situation in reporting in a selected company. In the last part of the diploma thesis recommendations supporting further potential development of reporting in the selected company on the base of the analysis will be proposed.

Radical Right-Wing Parties in Central Europe: Mutual Contacts and Cooperation

The aim of this article is to analyse mutual contacts between and cooperation of the strongest extreme right-wing political parties in Central European countries, i.e. in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia. The article defines the extreme right, introduces its member parties in the region (those who had or still have parliamentary representation, namely the Association for the Republic – the Republican Party of Czechoslovakia, Hungarian Truth and Life Party, League of Polish Families and the Slovak National Party) and analyses what kind of bilateral or multilateral relations they have maintained. It explains the possibilities of and obstacles to the transnational cooperation of the Central European radical right. Special emphasis is placed on European Union structures and the question of whether EU membership has influenced the mutual contacts of these parties. The conclusion states that although radical right political parties have maintained mutual relations, these links have been rather limited. The main reason can be found in the very nature of the radical right: its ideology is based on nationalism, which means that these parties do not consider international cooperation beneficial. Furthermore, they often have contradictory interests and aims, and these parties are heterogeneous and prefer different strategies for transnational cooperation

The object of metropolitan significance on the street Benesova Brno

Nově vzniklé území doplňuje okružní třídu. Vzniká zde důležitý bulvár, který je obklopen polyfunkčními domy, parkem a metropolitní budovou. V severní části se nachází dva polyfunkční objekty. Jižní část obsahuje dům metropolitního charakteru. Mezi nimi je rozlehlý park. Severní a jižní stranu spojuje bulvár, který volně přechází na vlakové Hlavní nádraží. Navržený polyfunkční dům se nachází v těsné blízkosti magistrátu. Hmota je rozdělena na několik částí. Nejvyšší část je umístěna směrem k ulici Benešova. Postupně se svažuje směrem ke Kolišti. Tímto svažováním nevznikne bariera z ulice Koliště. Důležitou součástí jsou společné prostory, které tvoří tzv. boxy. Tyto boxy jsou dvoupatrové, vždy viditelné na fasádě, jsou široké v rozmezí jednoho pole a hluboké 7 metrů. Jsou z odlišného materiálu a obsahují vertikální zelené zahrady. Slouží zaměstnancům jako relaxační zóny. Fasáda je tvořena zvýrazněnými horizontálními pásy, které schovávají konstrukci stropů a zároveň dávají budově vlastní výraz. Parter obsahuje komerční prostory. Ostatní patra jsou navržena jako univerzální pronajímatelné plochy. Pod celou budovou se nachází z jedné části garáže a z druhé komerční prostory, které jsou přístupné z ulice Koliště.The newly created area complements a circular road. It creates an important boulevard which is surrounded by multifunctional houses, a park, and a metropolitan building. In the northern part there are two multifunctional objects. The southern part has a house of a metropolitan character. In between is a spacious park. The northern and southern parts are connected by a boulevard which evolves into the Main Station. The proposed multifunctional house is in a close distance from the municipality. The mass is divided into several parts. The highest part is placed towards the Benešova street. It gradually declines towards Koliště. This declivity does not create a barrier from the Koliště street. Important part are the common areas that create so called boxes. These boxes are two levels, always visible at the facade, one field wide and seven meters deep. They are made out of different material and include vertical green gardens. These serve as the relaxation zone for the employees. Façade is composed of highlighted horizontal strips which cover the ceiling construction and give the building its own character at the same time. Parterre encompasses commercial spaces. The rest of the storeys are designed as universal rentable spaces. Underneath the building is a garage and commercial spaces accessible from the Koliště street.

Global environmental, social and economic crises: voluntary corporate activities

The article deals with the global problems of mankind, which are causing environmental, social and economic crises. Another possible cause of crises is the failure of the government and management of companies (corporate governance). Based on a literature review, this article aims to define and categorize global problems and to discuss selected approaches to crisis solutions. While activities to solve crises on a macro level appear to be inefficient, the initiatives of companies will play a key role in the resolution of instability in a global system. The incorporation of sustainability into corporate governance through responsible investment, transparent reporting, corporate social responsibility, etc. should bring stability and sustainability to a global system

Pro práci probačního úředníka není povinností mít adiktologické vzdělání, nicméně vzhledem k vzrůstajícímu počtu drogové kriminality je doplnění znalostí v této oblasti žádoucí. Těžištěm práce je kvalitativní výzkum, který spočíval v analýze dokumentů a popisu případové práce s mými klienty užívajícími návykové látky. It is not obligatory for a probation officers to have an addictological education, but due to the increasing number of drug-related crime, supplementing knowledge in this area is desirable. The focus of the work is qualitative research, which consists of analyzing documents and describing casework with my clients using addictive substances. Objectives: The aim of this work is to show, based on independent case reports of my selected clients of the Probation and Mediation Service, who are substance abuse users, that addictological knowledge of probation workers, namely work with motivation and realistic matching, can be a protective factor at work with this type of clients.
