Cílem diplomové práce na téma Corporate Social Responsibility as a Competitive Advantage for International Companies je charakterizovat pojem společenské odpovědnosti. Následuje její analýza ve vybrané mezinárodní společnosti a porovnání s vybranou konkurencí. Důraz je kladen především na to, jak implementace CSR a její realizace ovlivňuje konkurenční výhodu společnosti v mezinárodním prostředí. Účelem této studie je vysvětlit, jaké faktory společenské odpovědnosti generují konkurenční výhodu a zvyšují obchodní výkonnost vybrané společnosti. Závěrečná část se skládá z vyhodnocení výsledků a navržení proveditelných zlepšení pro vybranou společnost.The aim of the diploma thesis on the topic Corporate Social Responsibility as a Competitive Advantage for International Companies is to characterize the concept of social responsibility. That is followed by its analysis in a selected international company and comparison with a selected competitor. The focus is mainly on how the implementation of CSR and its realization is affecting the company´s competitive advantage in an international environment. The purpose if this study is to explain what kind of social responsibility factors that generates competitive advantage and increases business performance for the selected company. Final parts consist of the evaluation of the results and proposition of feasible improvements for the selected company.

Thermal pool roof structure

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a posouzením nosné dřevěné konstrukce zastřešení termálního bazénu umístěného do areálu lázní Jeseník. Konstrukce byla vybrána na základě dvou předběžných variant. Půdorysné rozměry konstrukce jsou 37,5×22,5 m a v nejvyšším bodě dosahuje výšky 10 m. Hlavní nosný systém je tvořen příčnými rámy z vazníků ve tvaru vlny a sloupů z lepeného lamelového dřeva. Příčné vazby jsou umístěny v osové vzdálenosti 2,5 m a jsou propojeny vaznicemi a paždíky. Přenos zatížení v podélném směru a prostorová tuhost konstrukce jsou zajištěny systémem ocelových ztužidel. Konstrukce je zastřešena zelenou střechou. Opláštění je tvořeno prosklenou fasádou a sendvičovými stěnovými panely. Práce obsahuje technickou zprávu, podrobný statický výpočet a výkresovou dokumentaci vybrané varianty.This master’s thesis deals with the design and assessment of a load-bearing timber roof structure of a thermal pool located in the Jeseník spa. The structure was chosen based on two preliminary variants. The ground plan dimensions of the construction are 37,5×22,5 metres and it reaches a height of 10 metres at the highest point. A main load-bearing system is constructed of transverse frames from wave-shaped roof trusses and columns made of a glued laminated timber. The axial distance of the frames is 2,5 metres and they are connected by purlins. The transmission of loads in longitudinal direction and the spatial rigidity of the structure are secured by the system of steel bracing. The structure is covered with a green roof. The cladding consists of glass facade and sandwich wall panels. The thesis contains a technical report, detailed static calculation and drawing documentation of the selected variant.

Wooden structure of a hall for cultural and social purposes

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem a posouzením nosné dřevěné konstrukce haly pro kulturní a společenské účely, která je umístěna ve městě Prostějov. Půdorysné rozměry konstrukce jsou 40×25 m a výška 10 m. Konstrukce je zastřešena zelenou sedlovou střechou se sklonem 10°. Hlavní nosný systém je tvořen příčnými rámy z příhradových vazníků a sloupů z lepeného lamelového dřeva. Osová vzdálenost příčných vazeb je 4 m. Střešní konstrukce je doplněna vaznicemi. Přenos zatížení v podélném směru a prostorová tuhost konstrukce jsou zajištěny systémem ztužidel. Tyto prvky jsou navrženy z rostlého dřeva.This bachelor’s thesis deals with the design and assessment of a load-bearing wooden structure of a hall for cultural and social purposes, which is located in the town Prostějov. The ground plan dimensions of the construction are 40×25 metres and the height of the construction is 10 metres. The structure is covered with a green saddle roof with 10° inclination. A main load-bearing system is constructed of transverse frames from truss girders and columns made of a glued laminated timber. The axial distance of the frames is 4 metres. The roof construction is completed by purlins. The transmission of loads in longitudinal direction and the spatial rigidity of the structure are secured by the system of bracing. These elements are designed from a solid timber.

M-commerce as a new purchasing phenomenon

(česky): Práce se zabývá fenoménem m-commerce. Ve stručné historii je popsán vývoj a zlomové okamžiky pro rozvoj tohoto segmentu a jeho následná adaptace. Dále je pojednáno o typech transakcí, které jsou přes mobilní zařízení realizovány a také o technologiích, které umožnily postupnou proměnu těchto zařízení v multifunkční objekty. Ve čtvrté kapitole se zabývám vyhodnocením praktického výzkumu, který jsem realizovala. Ten byl zaměřen na typologii nákupů, které jsou českými uživateli realizovány přes jejich mobilní zařízení (smartphony a tablety), ve vztahu k mobilní platformě smartphonu, který vlastní.(in English): Thesis deals with the phenomenon of m-commerce. History section briefly describes the evolution and significant moments for further development of this segment and its subsequent adaptation. It also discusses the types of transactions that are carried out through mobile devices and also about technologies that allow for a gradual transformation of these devices into multifunctional objects. The fourth chapter deals with the evaluation of practical research, which was carried out by me. Evaluation of housing affordability in the Czech Republic

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vývoj dostupnosti vlastnického a nájemního bydlení za posledních 5 let, tedy za období 2018-2022. Součástí práce je zodpovězení výzkumné otázky, zda se daří zvyšovat dostupnost bydlení. V teoretické části je uvedena základní charakteristika bydlení, bytové politiky a trhu s bydlením. V teoreticko-praktická část se zaměřuje na socio-ekonomické faktory ovlivňující dostupnost bydlení. Za pomocí metodologie jsou definovány postupy zhodnocení vývoje finanční dostupnosti bydlení dle zvolených indikátorů a jednotlivých typů domácností a nemovitostí. V praktické části je provedeno samotné zhodnocení vývoje dostupnosti bydlení. Jsou zde zjištěny příjmy jednotlivých domácností, provedeny výpočty průměrných nabídkových cen dle typů nemovitostí a vlastnictví a také proveden výpočet jednotlivých indikátorů. Dále je provedeno zhodnocení vývoje finanční dostupnosti bydlení na základě rovnic vlastnického a nájemního typu bydlení. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky bakalářské práce včetně vize odborníků i autora práce na vývoj v dalším období.The bachelor's thesis is focused on the development of the affordability of owner-occupied and rental housing over the last 5 years, i.e. for the period 2018-2022. Part of the work is answering research questions about whether it is possible to increase the availability of housing. The theoretical part presents the basic characteristics of housing, housing policy and the housing market. The theoretical-practical part focuses on socio-economic factors influencing the affordability of housing. With the help of the methodology, the procedures for evaluating the development of the financial availability of housing are defined according to the selected indicators and individual types of households and real estate. In the practical part, the evaluation of the development of housing affordability is carried out. Incomes of individual households are determined here, calculations of average bid prices by types of real estate and ownership are carried out, and individual indicators are also calculated. Furthermore, an evaluation of the development of the financial affordability of housing is carried out based on the equations of ownership and rental type of housing. The Maintenance Obligation

The Maintenance Obligation Resume The thesis is concerning maintenance obligation issue whereas is taking into account all categories of the maintenance obligation. The maintenance obligation is one of the family law juridical institutes that includes number of correlative rights and duties and applies to anyone whether in the position of obligor or obligee. The thesis is aimed to compare legal regulations related to the maintenance obligation presented in the Act no 94/1963 of the Coll. on family, as amended by subsequent acts, with legal enactment in Act no 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, as amended by subsequent acts. First chapter of the thesis highlights basic terms of the problem as the alimony and the maintenance obligation, and also explains the function of the maintenance obligation. Next chapter of the thesis introduces legal regulation related to the maintenance obligation from historical view and focuses on the legal regulation in the Civil Code 2012 and the reasons of its enactment. As next, the thesis summarizes individual categories of the maintenance obligation and follows mutual relations among them.
