Pada era digitalisasi sekarang, telah terjadi perombakan besar ? besaran terhadap lifestyle masyarakat, dari awalnya semua hal dari segi konvensional beralih ke medan yang lebih praktis yaitu penggunaan teknologi dalam segala aspek kehidupan. Rumusan masalah yang diangkat yaitu bagaimana strategi digital marketing konten instagram terhadap efektivitas penjualan makanan dan minuman halal di Hotel Four Points by Sheraton Manado. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang berguna untuk memberikan fakta dan data mengenai strategi digital marketing konten Instagram terhadap penjualan makanan dan minuman halal di Hotel Four Points by Sheraton Manado. Kemudian data tersebut dianalisis dengan pendekatan teori segmentasi, targetting, positioning dan marketing mix (7P) yang memberikan pengembangan terhadap bidang kajian penelitian. Teknik analisis data dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan data analisis, Hotel Four Points by Sheraton Manado menerapkan segmentasi, targgeting dan positioning untuk mengelompokkan kelompok yang diramalkan akan menjadi repeater guest. Pada hal ini juga marketing mix (7P) tidak henti dijalankan melalui media Instagram untuk turut mengambil peran yang signifikan untuk memasarkan produk halal kepada followers maupun non ? followers

Financing system used in gold pawn transactions in Indonesia are conventional and shar'i. Conventional system is employed only by pawnshops owned by the government, namely “Pegadaian”. Meanwhile,the sharia system is employed by sharia private banks, sharia business units, and sharia pawnshops. Gold mortgage finance at pawnshops is calculated based on the loan amount multiplied by interest multiplied the number of days. Meanwhile, gold mortgage finance at sharia pawnshops and sharia banks as well as Islamic business is calculated based on the estimated value (collateral/gold) multiplied by the interest multiplied by the number of days. The results obtained for the amount of financing (loans) is the same, but smaller nominal interest is obtained when it calculated using the Islamic system. Penerapan Jaminan pada Bank Syariah dalam Pembiyaan Mudharabah

The imposition of guarantees carried out by Islamic banks in the practice of mudharabah financing in Indonesia is still a discussion and polemic that has been discussed until now because in sharia implementation the practice of mudharabah financing does not require guarantees, but now Islamic banks apply guarantees in mudharabah financing. In this study using normative juridical research, with an approach to legislation and fatwas from the Indonesian Ulema Council, the purpose of this research is to be able to find solutions to problems regarding the application of guarantees in miudharabah financing in Islamic banks. The results of this study found that the purpose of enactment of guarantees in Islamic banks according to the fatwa is to be able to suppress mudharib to explain their obligations to shaibul maal correctly, also to apply guarantees on the basis of the precautionary principle in Islamic banks in order to minimize risk in the financing, but this is contrary to with sharia principles because mudharaba was born on the basis of profit-sharing cooperation, not debts as in conventional banks. The imposition of guarantees on Islamic banks seems to give the impression of mixing the rules and principles of Islamic banks with conventional banks, this occurs due to the absence of a clear legal basis regarding the imposition of guarantees on mudharabah financing in Islamic banks

EKSPLORASI KONSEP DILATASI ETNOMATEMATIKA PADA BATIK TEMBAKAU JEMBER

Etnomatematika merupakan ragam cara yang berbeda dalam melakukan matematika yang memperhitungkan penggunaan konsep-konsep matematika dalam sistem akademik yang dikembangkan di berbagai lapisan masyarakat dengan tetap memperhatikan tujuan yang berbeda – beda, dimana perbedaan budaya akan menciptakan perbedaan dalam praktek matematikanya (cara berhitung, mengelompokkan, mengukur, merancang bangunan atau alat, bermain dan lainnya). Berdasarkan hal tesebut  penelitian ini bertujuan  mendeskripsikan hasil eksplorasi etnomatematika pada batik tembakau Jember. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Rumah Batik Rolla Jember dan Rezti’z Batik Tegalsari Ambulu Jember. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama satu minggu. Strategi Pengembangan Usaha dan Agroindustri Susu Sapi Perah di Kabupaten Jember

The purpose of this research was to determine alternatives of development of milk production industry in Jember Regency, to design the alternatives strategy for the development of dairy agroindustry in Jember Regency, and to examine the level of the financial feasibility of dairy agroindustry in Jember Regency. The research utilized purposive sampling in three industries: Bestcow, Susu Sehat Kaliwates, and Susu Rembangan. The analysis employed the Exponential Development Method, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), and financial analysis. The Exponential Development Method showed that the potential milk product of Bestcow industry was 209.781.572, pasteurization product was 6.309.948, and yogurt was 5.433.148. The Susu Sehat industry got a value of 192.298.250 milk product, pasteurization product of 4.505.828, and yogurt was 3.122.910. Rembangan industry got a value of analysis milk product was 189.872.469, pasteurization product was 6.299.604, and yogurt was 5.344.431. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) analysis showed that availability of breeding, technology, and business development were the most priority alternative strategies to be developed.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan alternatif potensi unggulan pengembangan agroindustri olahan susu sapi perah di Kabupaten Jember, mendesain strategi alternatif pengembangan agroindustri olahan susu sapi perah di Kabupaten Jember dan menentukan tingkat kelayakan finansiil agroindustri olahan susu sapi perah di Kabupaten Jember. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara purposive sampling yaitu di Perusahaan Bestcow, Susu Sehat Kaliwates dan Susu Rembangan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Metode Pengembangan Eksponensial (MPE), Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan kelayakan finansial. Hasil analisis Metode Pengembangan Eksponensial (MPE) pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa produk susu sapi yang paling potensial pada perusahaan Bestcow adalah susu segar kemasan 209.781.572, susu pateurisasi 6.309.948 dan yogurt 5.433.148. Pada susu sehat Kaliwates diperoleh nilai susu segar kemasan 192.298.250, pasteurisasi 4.505.828 dan yogurt 3.122.910. Susu Rembangan diperoleh nilai susu segar 189.872.469, pasteurisasi 6.299.604 dan yogurt 5.344.431. Hasil analisis Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) menunjukkan bahwa ketersediaan bibit sapi, ketersediaan teknologi pengolahan dan pengembangan kelembagaan usaha adalah strategi alternative yang paling prioritas untuk dikembangkan

Recurrence of primary extramedullary plasmacytoma in breast both simulating primary breast carcinoma

BACKGROUND: Extramedullary myelomas (plasmacytoma) are malignant proliferations of plasma cells in the absence of bone involvement. When they occur in the soft tissue they usually involve the upper respiratory tract and oral cavity. Extramedullary plasmacytomas of breast are uncommon. CASE PRESENTATION: A 70 year-old woman with bilateral breast masses underwent excisional biopsy for suspected primary carcinoma that subsequently proved to be a recurrence from extramedullary plasmacytoma of the mediastinum. This was diagnosed and treated 5-years prior to appearance of breast lumps. CONCLUSION: Though uncommon, considering the possibility of metastatic carcinoma and primary, secondary or recurrent lymphoproliferative disease presenting as a breast mass may avoid unnecessary surgeries

PENGENALAN PAKET DASAR BUDIDAYA HIDROPONIK UNTUK JENJANG PENDIDIKAN DASAR DI SDIT ‘HARAPAN UMAT” KABUPATEN JEMBER

Along with the dynamics of population growth and economic growth targets, especially in urban areas, the availability of land for agricultural cultivation is increasingly difficult and increasingly narrow. This means that the agricultural sector is increasingly marginalized due to pressure and the development of other sectors that have led to the massive conversion of agricultural land functions. The purpose of this community service activity is to produce educators (trainers) at the basic education level about the introduction of hydroponic cultivation. The implementation methodology: (1) as the target audience, namely SDIT Harapan Jember teachers, (2) the approach methods used are: (a) classically in delivering the material and (b) field practice, namely participants directly carrying out hydroponic cultivation practices starting from determining the equipment. and materials, seedlings, planting, to proper and correct harvesting methods, (3) Tools and materials used: hydroponic cultivation manuals, production facilities, and hydroponic cultivation installations. The results of the activity show that: (a) the number of participants is 10 teachers, (b) material presented: prospects and opportunities for hydroponic cultivation, hydroponic cultivation techniques, and harvesting and postharvest, (c) the results of the evaluation of the implementation of the activity show an average score of 4.32, namely the Good category, (d) the level of mastery of theory and practice, the average score of the actual post-test score is 6.7 (good enough category)

A late Pleistocene long pollen record from Lake Urmia, NW Iran

A palynological study based on two 100-m long cores from Lake Urmia in northwestern Iran provides a vegetation record spanning 200 ka, the longest pollen record for the continental interior of the Near East. During both penultimate and last glaciations, a steppe of Artemisia and Poaceae dominated the upland vegetation with a high proportion of Chenopodiaceae in both upland and lowland saline ecosystems. While Juniperus and deciduous Quercus trees were extremely rare and restricted to some refugia, Hippophaë rhamnoides constituted an important phanerophyte, particularly during the upper last glacial sediments. A pronounced expansion in Ephedra shrub-steppe occurred at the end of the penultimate late-glacial period but was followed by extreme aridity that favoured an Artemisia steppe. Very high lake levels, registered by both pollen and sedimentary markers, occurred during the middle of the last glaciation and upper part of the penultimate glaciation. The late-glacial to early Holocene transition is represented by a succession of Hippophaë, Ephedra, Betula, Pistacia and finally Juniperus and Quercus. The last interglacial period (Eemian), slightly warmer and moister than the Holocene, was followed by two interstadial phases similar in pattern to those recorded in the marine isotope record and southern European pollen sequences
