Influência da pigmentação nas características físico-mecânicas e na composição química de cascos de ovinos Morada Nova

The objective of this work to evaluate the influence of depigmentation of hulls Morada Nova sheep, through the physical and mechanical properties and the chemical composition. 40 animals were evaluated in the growing phase, whole, male, was collected after slaughter hooves for testing physical and mechanical resistance. Was collected every hoof of the animal at the time of the ticket, with the aid of a knife made to disarticulation. Was collected 18 samples, 6 for each group, hoof black, brindle and white, respectively. The samples were prepared from each animal digit side, cuts being made of the sole case of the insertion of the middle phalanx and the distal phalanx with. The preparation of the material for microscopic analysis followed the longitudinal wall of the hull, the kit being harvested corneum. After cutting the material, it remained in the oven for 24 hours to remove all moisture. Then the samples are placed in "stubs", fixed with carbon tape and taking them to bath with gold (colloidal) and examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Of the 40 evaluated animals before slaughter, 17 had partial or complete depigmentation of the nasal and ocular mucosa, representing (42.5%). There were significant differences between treatments analyzed, and that the treatment the hulls of black showed higher initial resistance when compared with the hooves color brindle and white, for the variable force (N). Despite the treatment related to black hulls show a greater initial resistance observed displacement (mm) similar among treatments. There was no significant difference (P> 0.05) between the variables of chemical composition, except for crude protein, which showed a significant difference (P 0,05) para entre as variáveis de composição química, exceto, para proteína bruta, que apresentou diferença significativa (P < 0,05). Observando a disposição das lâminas epidérmicas, percebeu que apresentaram mesma micro-estrutura em sua superfície queratinizada interna e externa, fato que não evidencia desqualificação na estrutura do casco desses animais quando associa-se a despigmentação. Ovinos Morada Nova com cascos apresentando diferentes níveis de pigmentação, não apresentam diferenças de suas características físico – mecânicas e de composição química

Dentro dessa perspectiva, se busca harmonizar o procedimento ante os poderes da República, com o fim de garantir a democracia e a preservação da estabilidade política à luz da Constituição Federal de 1988. A pesquisa é realizada a partir de leis e textos sobre a matéria, portanto, uma pesquisa doutrinária e documental, analisando a decisão que ensejou o impeachment do ex-presidente Dilma Rousseff

O processo de urbanização no Brasil foi marcado por modelos de planejamentos que tiveram como corolário a exclusão e segregação espacial. O crescimento econômico brasileiro durante a primeira metade do século XX, impulsionado pelo insipiente e inicial processo de industrialização, é um dos fatores motivadores do movimento acentuado de inchamento das grandes cidades. Ademais, tendo o Estado não manejado esforços necessários ao implemento de medidas para o enfrentamento desse processo, a precariedade das condições de habitação e vivência do espaço urbano marcaram o movimento de urbanização no Brasil

A “cultura clássica" e a "subcultura" na magistratura: um diálogo entre ativismo judicial e os seus limites

O presente artigo tem por escopo delinear as possíveis respostas acerca dos limites entre o ativismo judicial e a posição dos magistrados frente aos processos. Nesse sentido, foi procedida uma análise de algumas decisões judiciais que repercutiram na comunidade jurídica e na sociedade brasileira, com o fim de lançar um olhar crítico acerca do contraponto entre as posições ativistas e “clássicas” na magistratura. Esse debate se torna cada vez mais relevante no Brasil, uma vez que, nos últimos anos, algumas decisões judiciais impactaram grandemente a sociedade brasileira e, por extenso, os magistrados por trás dessas decisões ganharam notoriedade. Em conclusão, tendo em vista o princípio da harmonia entre os poderes constituídos da república, observou-se que as decisões judiciais ativistas influenciaram substancialmente a ordem democrático-constitucional brasileira, ensejando uma reanálise profunda por parte da comunidade jurídica a respeito dos limites desse ativismo judicial

“Eu acho que afetividade estreita os laços”: a construção discursiva do papel do afeto no processo de ensino-aprendizagem

O objetivo do presente trabalho é gerar entendimentos sobre a forma que um grupo de professoras entrevistadas constrói discursivamente suas visões sobre o papel da afetividade no processo de ensino e aprendizagem e analisar a forma como as narrativas possibilitam interacionalmente tais construções. Para isso, toma-se como alicerce o arcabouço teórico que parte de uma perspectiva vygotskyana sobre o papel do afeto no processo de ensino-aprendizagem (VYGOTSKY, 1993) em articulação com a reflexão acerca das narrativas (LABOV, 1972), dialogando com a concepção flexibilizadora da análise das narrativas, presente na visão das “pequenas histórias” (BAMBERG; GEORGAKOPOULOU, 2008), e com os preceitos da Linguística Aplicada (MOITA LOPES, 2006). Metodologicamente, estruturou-se o presente trabalho à luz de uma abordagem qualitativa. Foram realizadas entrevistas semiestruturadas com duas professoras de português, estabelecendo, como eixo temático para as conversas, questões relacionadas ao papel dos afetos na vida em sala de aula. Os resultados obtidos apontam a tendência de se tentar sustentar narrativamente as visões teóricas construídas sobre o tema do afeto na sala de aula, ainda que a partir de vivências contraditórias

OS PRIMÓRDIOS DO DIREITO ADMINISTRATIVO: O BRASIL-COLÔNIA NA INSTITUIÇÃO DA ESTRUTURA ADMINISTRATIVA BRASILEIRA

O presente artigo busca fazer uma digressão histórica às origens da Administração Pública e do Direito Administrativo no Brasil a partir da estruturação do período colonial e imperial. A abordagem metodológica é dedutiva, com ênfase no método histórico. No período colonial, embora houvesse a estrutura de uma administração geral das colônias, havia forte ingerência da gestão administrativa no nível das capitanias hereditárias. Conclui-se que o que se poderia chamar de um Direito Administrativo brasileiro, em sentido centralizado, não nasce em 1930, mas no período do Brasil-Colônia, em especial com a chegada da família real portuguesa

Pancreas glucagon immunolocalization in the scorpion mud turtle, kinosternon scorpioides Running title: pancreas glucagon immunolocalization in turtle

Jurará (Kinosternon scorpioides) is a semi-aquatic fresh water turtle. It is a species of the Brazilian fauna in imminent risk of extinction. Thus studies have been carried out to develop its rearing in captivity. In the present study pancreas fragments were used from six adult K. Scorpioides specimens (three males and three females) blocked in paraffin. Semi-seried3?m thick cuts were obtained in a rotating microtome and fixed on previously treated histological slides (sylanized). The pancreas cuts were submitted to the streptavidin-peroxidase technique to detect glucagon antigens present in the pancreas parenchyma of jurará. Quantitative analysis of the slides was made by counting 20 distinct fields containing glucagon immunoreactive cells under an optical microscope with a 40X objective lens. Glucagon immunoreactive cells were identified in the pancreas parenchymaof the mud turtle, and they were more frequent in the pancreatic islets. They were also observed in the exocrine parenchyma and in the epithelial of the pancreatic duct cover. Histological analysis showed that the pancreatic is lets did not present a capsule of conjunctive tissue. Quantitative analysis showed glucagon immunoreactive cells per field an average of cells 21.4 ± 11.4. Glucagon immmunoreactive cells were observed throughout the organ.

A new gravitational N-body simulation algorithm for investigation of cosmological chaotic advection

Recently alternative approaches in cosmology seeks to explain the nature of dark matter as a direct result of the non-linear spacetime curvature due to different types of deformation potentials. In this context, a key test for this hypothesis is to examine the effects of deformation on the evolution of large scales structures. An important requirement for the fine analysis of this pure gravitational signature (without dark matter elements) is to characterize the position of a galaxy during its trajectory to the gravitational collapse of super clusters at low redshifts. In this context, each element in an gravitational N-body simulation behaves as a tracer of collapse governed by the process known as chaotic advection (or lagrangian turbulence). In order to develop a detailed study of this new approach we develop the COsmic LAgrangian TUrbulence Simulator (COLATUS) to perform gravitational N-body simulations based on Compute Unified Device Architecture (CUDA) for graphics processing units (GPUs).
