    The Integrated E-LKPD Development with SQ4R Learning Strategy to Train Students’ Metacognition Ability

    This research is stimulated by the low metacognitive ability of students in Indonesia. The real impact of students' low metacognitive ability is that they are unable to monitor themselves and do not know the nature of their learning goals. The use of the integrated E-LKPD (e-worksheet) with SQ4R learning strategies (Survey, Question, Read, Recite, Reflect, Review) has the potential to be an alternative choice to train students' metacognitive ability. This study aims to determine the validity of the product, and product characteristics as well as to train the metacognition ability’s profile of each student. This type of research is development research with the 4D model development. The integrated E-LKPD with SQ4R strategy has the characteristics; integrated with SQ4R strategy, train metacognitive abilities, attractive E-LKPD, flexible E-LKPD, interactive E-LKPD, and E-LKPD includes general requirements for LKPD. The results of the study prove that the integrated E-LKPD with the SQ4R strategy is valid with an average V index of 0.95 in the material aspect and 0.94 in the media aspect with the V table of 0.87. The results of the MAI questionnaire obtain a metacognitive profile of 85.25 with well-developed metacognition criteria. Thus, the developed E-LKPD has been tested to be valid and, therefore, can be used to train students' metacognitive ability

    Development of Teaching Materials on PLSV Using Scientific and Contextual Approach to Improve Mathematics Communication Ability and Self Confidence

    Development of teaching materials on PLSV material using combination of scientific and contextual approach to improve mathematical communication ability and self confidence to seventh grade junior high school students. The purpose of this research and development is to obtain a design for developing  mathematical teaching materials in the form of lesson plans and worksheet with combination of scientific and contextual approaches to PLSV material for smpn 3 cipeundeuythis study also aims to test the level of validity, practicality, and effectiveness of teaching materials with a combination of scientific and contextual approaches to PLSV material. This research is a development research. The results showed that based on the assessment of material experts and mathematics teachers, the teaching materials developed had very valid criteria with an average total score of 190.33 for lesson plans and 297.5 for worksheets. Based on the results of filling out questions on communication skills and student responses questionnaires about self-confidence, there has been a significant increase. So it can be concluded that with the development of teaching materials by combining scientific and contextual approaches with the results of filling out observations of the implementation of learning and the results of evaluating learning outcomes, it can be concluded that the teaching materials developed have a very good level of effectiveness with the percentage of learning implementation of 94.87% and the percentage of completeness students to 95%

    The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the direct and indirect effects of village fund allocation on village expenditure and poverty. The population in the study of 81 village governments in North Sumatra Province began, data was taken from 2014 to 2016. Determination of the number of samples using purposive sampling method that is with the criteria that is owned by the existence of village income and expenditure budget report data and the poverty level of the village government in North Sumatra Province. The results showed that the allocation of village funds had a direct effect on poverty, but the allocation of village funds did not have an indirect effect on poverty, thus village expenditure was not an intervening variable between village fund allocation and poverty.The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the direct and indirect effects of village fund allocation on village expenditure and poverty.     The study aims to analyze direct and indirect effects of village income and village fund allocation on spending of village expenditure budget and poverty. The respondents of the study which was a sample of population, was 81 governments of village in North Sumatra Province. The data gained from 2014 to 2016 was processed and the purposive sampling method was used to determine the number of samples with certain criteria based on the APBDes report and the poverty level report of the district government of North Sumatra Province. Data were analyzed based on multiple linear regression processes with f test and t test for hypothesis verification. The results of the study showed that village income and village fund allocation have a direct influence on village expenditure budget and poverty

    Development of Ludo-Science Media with a Somatic Auditory Visual Intellectual (SAVI) Approach to Train the Activeness and Conceptual Understanding

    This study is aimed to develop an educational game media called ludo-science that is compiled with Somatic Auditory Visualization Intellectually (SAVI) approach which can be used to train the activeness and students' conceptual understanding. The development procedure is reference to the ADDIE development model. The research data were obtained in the form of validation data, readability data, response data, activeness data, and pretest posttest scores. The results showed that after going through the product validation process by material experts obtained an average percentage of 92,70% and included in the category of very feasible. Product validation by media experts obtained an average percentage of 82,39% and included in the very feasible category. The average readability gained 95,75% and included in the excellent category. The results of activeness obtained an average activity of students by 82,94% and included in the category of very active. The pretest and posttest showed an increase in students' conceptual understanding. The classical calculation state that at the pretest the concept understands is 37,27% while at the posttest is 63,59%. The average questionnaire responses for the use of Ludo-science media with SAVI received an average of 86,79% and included in the excellent category

    This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of the Quality of Human Resources, Utilization of Information Technology, Internal Control Systems on the Reliability of Village Financial Reporting in Deli Serdang Regency. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collection method uses a questionnaire distributed directly to respondents. The respondents in this study were 52 respondents, namely the village treasurer and village secretary in Tanjung Morawa District, Deli Serdang Regency. As a data acquisition tool used is primary data and the measuring tool uses a Likert scale. This research was conducted in the village of Tanjung Morawa subdistrict. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling in which all members of the population are sampled. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPPS program version 20. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion of the research results, it shows that the variables Human Resources (X1), Utilization of Information Technology (X2), Internal Control System (X3) are Partial and Simultaneous have a positive and significant influence on the Reliability of Financial Reporting (Y)

Changes and additions to the curriculum a better curriculum is the government's efforts in developing the educational level in particular junior level in In-donesia. Curriculum SBI is known for referring to international standards commonly used by developing countries. Completeness of infrastructure and professional competencies possessed by the teacher / lecturer can be measured by the success of SBI curriculum developed by the government. So far, research on school SBI / RSBI have been carried out. The study was made to determine the relevance (effectiveness and suitability) SBI curriculum with the national curriculum, which will be able to know the relationship between them. On the other hand, the professional competence of the teacher / lecturer also test them to determine whether there is a relationship with SBI curriculum currently implemented

    Project-based Laboratory Rotation Blended Learning Model to Train Students’ Critical Thinking and Collaboration in Physics Course

    Critical thinking and collaboration skills are part of the 21st century skills that need to be trained in learning at the university level. This research focused on developing a project-based laboratory rotation blended learning (PjLRBL) model to train students’ critical thinking and collaboration. Development was carried out using the ADDIE model. The resulting model products were lesson plans, digital module, critical thinking, and collaboration skills assessment tools. Experts’ validation result of the entire product obtained valid criteria. The products were implemented in the course on Basic Physics 1, Science Education Study Program especially on projectile motion topic. At the implementation stage, the critical thinking skills of student obtained results of 12.00% low, 40.00% moderate, and 48.00% high. Then, the collaboration skills of student obtained results of 6.00% low, 36.00% moderate, and 56.00% high. Based on these results, the PjLRBL can be an offer to be applied to the higher education to train students’ critical thinking and collaboration skills

    Development of E-Worksheet with the TPACK Approach to Train Students\u27 Digital Literacy and Higher Order Thinking Skills

    21st century skills that must be mastered by students in an era of rapid technological development, one of which is digital literacy and HOTS. Therefore, there is a need for innovation in form of E-worksheet with the TPACK approach to train students\u27 digital literacy and HOTS. TPACK can integrate technology with learning. This study aims to analyze the validity of E-worksheets with the TPACK approach to train students\u27 digital literacy and HOTS, and also to analyzing students\u27 digital literacy and HOTS profiles after using the product. This type of research is Development which uses the ADDIE model. The average value of Aiken\u27s E-worksheet products with the TPACK approach which was validated by 5 experts was 0.94 indicating that E-worksheet products developed were valid to be used to train students\u27 digital literacy and HOTS. The digital literacy profile of 27 students is 7% very good criteria, 48% good criteria, and 45% good enough criteria. The HOTS profile of 27 students is 67% good criteria and 33% good enough criteria. It can be concluded that the E-worksheets with the TPACK approach is valid and can be used to train students\u27 HOTS digital literacy
