Uji Mutu Ikan Cakalang (Katsuwonus Pelamis-l) Dan Ikan Tongkol (Euthynnus Affinis) Segar Di Tpi Tumumpa Selama Penyimpanan Dingin

The skipjack tuna (Katsuwonus pelamis-L) or the locally known as Cakalang and the mackerel tuna (Euthynnus affinis) or tongkol as it known locally are the types of fishes that have high economic value. The aim of this research is to observe the decrease in freshness quality of the skipjack tuna and the mackerel tuna that have been stored for 14 days in a cool box with the temperature of 0–5ºC, with the supporting data based on The TVB-N analysis, organoleptic analysis and Miogobin value analysis. The results using the three testing procedures which are consists of TVB-N value, organoleptic value and Mioglobin value, indicated that the meat of the mackarel tuna have more faster rate of degradation than the skipjack tuna. Data from the result of TVB-N anova calculation proved that the type of fish have no influence on the TVB-N value, while the storage duration are very influential the TVB-N value. In data of organoleptic value the general impression of skipjack tuna and the mackerel tuna obtained from the anova calculated imply that the type of fish influence the appearance and texture but not with the eyes gills and odour . While the treatment of storage time are impacted greatly on the appearance, texture as well as gills and odour. Keyword: TVB-N, Organoleptic, Mioglobin. Ikan cakalang(Katsuwonus pelamis-L) dan ikan tongkol (Euthynnus affinis) merupakan salah satu jenis ikan yang mempunyai nilai ekonomi tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni untuk melihat kemunduran mutu kesegaran ikan cakalang dan ikan tongkol yang disimpan selama 14 hari dengan suhu 0–5ºC di cool box. Metode yang digunakan yaitu analisa TVB-N, analisa organoleptik dan analisa nilai Miogobin sebagai pendukung. Hasil analisa dengan tiga metode uji yaitu nilai TVB-N, nilai organoleptik dan nilai mioglobin, semuanya mengatakan bahwa daging ikan tongkol lebih cepat terdegradasi dibandingkan dengan ikan cakalang. Data hasil perhitungan anova TVB-N menyatakan bahwa jenis ikan tidak mempengaruhi kadar TVB-N sedangkan waktu lama penyimpanan sangat mempengaruhi tingkat kadar TVBN. Pada data nilai organoleptik kesan umum ikan cakalang dan ikan tongkol pada hasil perhitungan anova didapatkan jenis ikan mempengaruhi kenampakan dan tekstur tetapi tidak untuk mata, insang dan bau Sedangkan untuk perlakuan lama penyimpanan sangat mempengaruhi pada kenampakan, tekstur, insang, mata dan bau

Optimalisasi Ruang Dalam Pada Pusat Komunitas Film Indie Di Kota Malang

Sebuah pusat komunitas film indie memiliki karakter sendiri baik dari film indie maupun komunitasnya. Dengan memiliki karakter tersendiri maka sebuah pusat komunitas film indie yang memiliki studio bioskop memiliki konsep yang berbeda dengan bioskop komersial. Dengan menggunakan karakter film inide dan komunitasnya ini bangunan ini akan memaksimalkan tingkat Kenyamanan di dalamnya. Walaupun memiliki karakter yang berbeda, studio pada pusat komunitas film indie ini dirancang sesuai dengan standar akustik dan sudut pandang pada bioskop, sehingga selain menambah tingkat Kenyamanan dengan menyesuaikan karakter ruangan dengan penggunanya, tingkat Kenyamanan ini ditambah dengan sudut pandang dan akustik yang sesuai standar.Studi utama yang dilakukan adalah studi karakter film indie dan komunitasnya. Dengan mengamati dan menganalisa film indie akan didapatkan sifat-sifatnya dan dengan mengamati dan menganalisa komunitasnya ini akan mendapatkan macam-macam aktifitas yang dilakukan dalam sekaligus sifatnya. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dan pengamatan itu maka dihasilkan kebutuhan ruang yang sesuai dengan kegiatan komunitas film indie dan sifat-sifatnya.Hasil dari studi tersebut berupa desain sebuah pusat komunitas film indie dengan ruang-ruang yang diperlukan untuk aktifitas komunitas film indie dan karakter-karakter ruang yang sesuai dengan karakter komunitas film indie dan film indie itu sendiri. Harapannya pusat komunitas film indie ini akan menjadi sebuah percontohan bagi kota-kota lainnya untuk membuat bangunan serup

Penurunan Kadar Gula Darah Pasien DM Tipe 2 dengan Aktivitas Fisik

This study aims to determine the relationship between physical activity and blood glucose levels in patients with type 2 diabetes. The research design used was a descriptive correlation with a cross-sectional approach. The results of the univariate analysis showed that the majority of respondents had moderate activity, as many as 19 people (43.2%), and the majority of respondents had poor blood sugar levels, namely 21 people (47.7%). The results of the bivariate analysis showed that p-value = 0.000 <0.05 with a correlation coefficient (r = 0.756). In conclusion, there is a relationship between physical activity and blood sugar levels in Type 2 DM patients.   Keywords: Physical Activity, Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, Blood Glucos

Performance Analysis of Tree-Based Algorithms in Predicting Employee Attrition

Based on data throughout 2022, there have been many reductions in employees both globally and Indonesia. The reduction was made due to adjustments with developments to keep the business afloat in increasingly fierce competition. However, reducing the number of employees is not an easy decision to make. This decision can have an impact on many aspects of the development and course of a business or company. To make a decision especially related to the aspect of termination of employment, it is necessary to consider carefully and thoroughly. Assessment and decision-making cannot be based on just one aspect, other aspects need to be seen to be taken into consideration. Additional aspects that can be selected to strengthen decision-making can be taken from the data. Data will not have any value without processing it with various approaches, one of which is the prediction process. Starting from the data, the prediction results will be more appropriate to make a decision. This study made a comparison of 3 decision tree algorithms, and produced a comparison of the three methods in terms of accuracy. The results of this study are the best accuracy for each algorithm C.45 = 83.44; Random Forests = 85.85; LMT = 88.29 with a linear precision value, and the best algorithm model with the highest accuracy is the Logistic Model Tree (LMT) algorithm

Pemilihan Karakter Agronomi untuk Menyusun Indeks Seleksi pada 11 Populasi Kedelai Generasi F6

High-yielding variety is one of the targets in soybean breeding program. High-yielding variety could be developed through simultaneous selection. Simultaneous selection using selection index was more efficient than selection based on an individual trait only. Objective of the research was to select agronomic characters for construction selection index on 11 soybean populations F6 generation based on correlation analysis, path analysis, and heritability. The correlation analysis showed that number of branch, number of total nod, number of filled pod, number of unfilled pod, number of total pod, and percentage of filled pod have positively and significantly correlated with yield per plant. Based on path analysis, characters number of branch, number of unfilled pod, and number of filled pod have positive direct on yield per plant. The result also showed that number of filled pod has maximum positive direct effect on yield per plant. Generally, number of total nod, number of filled pod, number of total pod, and percentage of filled pod have higher heritability than other characters
