Calidad ecológica del agua del río Utcubamba en relación a parámetros fisicoquímicos y biológicos. Amazonas, Perú.

Se evaluó la calidad ecológica del agua del río Uctubamba mediante parámetros fisicoquímicos in situ, determinándose también la microflora ribereña. Se establecieron siete estaciones de muestreo en la Cuenca del Utcubamba y se realizaron tres muestreos, en mayo, agosto y noviembre durante el 2009; abarcando las provincias de Chachapoyas, Luya, Bongará Utcubamba y Bagua. Además, se recolectaron muestras de agua para realizar diferentes pruebas físicoquímicas y biológicas a nivel de laboratorio y en una prensa botánica se colectaron especímenes de flora para su identificación ex situ. La calidad ecológica del agua del río Utcubamba se realizó en relación a la valoración de los parámetros fisicoquímicos y biológicos considerados y siguiendo criterios para valoración de importancia ecológica. Se encontró que la calidad ecológica del agua del río Utcubamba fue de (-178) debido al desarrollo de actividades antropogénicas.Palabras Clave: Calidad ecológica, río Utcubamba. ABSTRACTWe evaluated the ecological quality of water from the river Uctubamba through physicochemical parameters in situ, also determined the microflora waterfront. Established sevensampling stations in the basin of the Utcubamba and three samples were taken in May, August and November during 2009; covering the provinces of Chachapoyas, Luya, Bongara,Utcubamba and Bagua. Results of the COVID-19 mental health international for the general population (COMET-G) study.

INTRODUCTION: There are few published empirical data on the effects of COVID-19 on mental health, and until now, there is no large international study. MATERIAL AND METHODS: During the COVID-19 pandemic, an online questionnaire gathered data from 55,589 participants from 40 countries (64.85% females aged 35.80 ± 13.61; 34.05% males aged 34.90±13.29 and 1.10% other aged 31.64±13.15). Distress and probable depression were identified with the use of a previously developed cut-off and algorithm respectively. STATISTICAL ANALYSIS: Descriptive statistics were calculated. Chi-square tests, multiple forward stepwise linear regression analyses and Factorial Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) tested relations among variables. RESULTS: Probable depression was detected in 17.80% and distress in 16.71%. A significant percentage reported a deterioration in mental state, family dynamics and everyday lifestyle. Persons with a history of mental disorders had higher rates of current depression (31.82% vs. 13.07%). At least half of participants were accepting (at least to a moderate degree) a non-bizarre conspiracy. The highest Relative Risk (RR) to develop depression was associated with history of Bipolar disorder and self-harm/attempts (RR = 5.88). Suicidality was not increased in persons without a history of any mental disorder. Based on these results a model was developed. CONCLUSIONS: The final model revealed multiple vulnerabilities and an interplay leading from simple anxiety to probable depression and suicidality through distress. This could be of practical utility since many of these factors are modifiable. Future research and interventions should specifically focus on them

The present paper deals with the traditional remedies of protection of a buyer from faulty goods, from the Aedilitian actions arisen in the Roman law up to the influence of the contractual massification in these systems. Different juridical institutes that foster a similar tuition from a theoretical–doctrinal perspective stands out, which works as the basis, which leads to the analysis of the Cuban positive contractual law.El presente trabajo aborda los remedios tradicionales de protección a un adquirente de un bien defectuoso, desde las acciones edilicias surgidas en el derecho romano hasta la influencia de la masificación contractual en estos regímenes. Se distinguen los diferentes institutos jurídicos que propician una similar tuición desde una perspectiva teórico-doctrinal, lo cual sirve como base para desembocar en el análisis del derecho contractual positivo cubano
