    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kontribusi pendapatan kangkung dan bayam dalam perekonomian rumah tangga di Desa Arongan Kecamatan Kuala Pesisir Kabupaten Nagan Raya. Teknik analisis yang digunakan peneliti untuk mengelola data yang telah diperoleh. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif. Pengolahan data kuantitatif digunakan untuk menganalisis besarnya kontribusi pendapatan dari total pendapatan keluarga yang dihitung dengan analisis persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara kontribusi pendapatan keluarga Petani Kangkung dan Bayam dalam perekonomian rumah tangga di Desa Arongan Kecamatan Kuala Pesisir Kabupaten Nagan Raya. Hal ini terlihat melalui pengelolaan pendapatan rumah tangga melalui kegiatan usaha tani, pengolahan, penyediaan kebutuhan pangan, kegiatan di luar pertanian terutama sebagai pedagang dan buruh, baik yang dibayar maupun tidak dibayar. Kontribusi tenaga kerja dan pendapatan dari sangat penting dalam menunjang kesejahteraan dan kemajuan keluarga nantinya. Di Desa Arongan, Kecamatan Kuala Pesisir, Kabupaten Nagan Raya, tidak hanya laki-laki yang bekerja di sektor pertanian, namun sebagian besar perempuan memang bekerja baik di bidang pertanian maupun di luar pertanian sebagai pencari nafkah penuh bagi keluarganya.     The potential of a coffee shop is very high where demand is increasing every year. Coffee shop entrepreneurs must know what are the main indicators of consumers in choosing a coffee shop so that they are able to meet consumer demand well. This research was conducted in Aceh Province in February 2019 - April 2019 using primary data and secondary data through observation, questionnaire distribution, literature study and documentation study. The observations produced eleven indicators that were considered by consumers in the province of Aceh in choosing a coffee shop namely delicious coffee taste, good service, a comfortable place, a variety of processed coffee drinks, affordable prices, food choices as an additional menu, facilities provided by coffee shop, recommendations from friends, the location of the nearest coffee shop, get to know coffee shop owners and famous coffee shop brands. The results of this study indicate that the most important indicator for consumers in choosing a coffee shop is a delicious coffee flavor with a percentage of 20 percent for male consumers and 21 percent for female consumers

This is seen by the market conditions of the product group of linot honey cultivation business group is still not developed compared to the market owned by the Business Group of linot honey cultivation located in other provinces.     Goat farming in Indonesia is currently growing rapidly through the adoption of science and technology. However, this development is not evenly distributed throughout Indonesia, this is because some regions still apply livestock systems with limited existing knowledge. Based on the results of observations made, some goat breeders have started to use fronds and palm fronds from maintenance plants and do not have economic value in Nagan Raya District, Aceh Province. The use of palm fronds as ruminant feed ingredients requires beneficial treatment to reduce the lignin content found in palm fronds, one of the technologies used is fermentation, this is to improve feed quality. The purpose of this study was to determine the ratio of grass feed to fronds and palm leaf feed for goats in Nagan Raya District. This research was conducted in Nagan Regency by calculating the ratio of Total Cost, Total Revenue and Profit Analysis on farms using grass goat feed with fronds and palm leaf goat feed. Based on the results of this study, it was found that farmers who used fronds and palm leaves forage earned a greater profit of 69.97% compared to farmers who used regular grass feed. This significant difference was found in the cost of providing grass feed which is more expensive than oil palm feed. Meanwhile, based on the farmer's information, there is no difference between the two types of feed in terms of the cost of vitamins, drugs and care provided.

    Empowerment of Robusta Coffee Farmers to Develop Entrepreneurs in Aceh Barat Based on Technology Application

    Background: The problems of robusta coffee farmer in Aceh Barat Regency are lack of insight into the downstream potential of robusta coffee,  lack of business development ideas and farmer do not understand making financial reports, legality and business organizational systems. For this reason, assistance are needed to coffee farmers so that they develop their business and increase their income. Contribution: Increasing insight into potential utilization and marketing, entrepreneurial development ideas, business finance. Method: Community service was held on 11-13 November 2022 at Teuku Umar University. The approach taken is in the form of a process of education, training and mentoring focuses on three stages: (1) Education of potential beneficiaries and development of the Robusta coffee business (2) Assistance in preparing financial reports, business organization systems and technology adoption and (3) Socialization of efficient coffee marketing channels. Results: The process that goes through each stage is the purchase of red cherries for robusta coffee. There are 3 sub-districts that currently can become suppliers of robusta coffee in Aceh Barat Regency, namely Woyla Induk District, Samatiga District and Meureubo District. The three districts have taken samples and carried out the drying process to become green beans. After purchasing the fruit, the next stage is the process of drying, roasting, grinding and packaging.     Indonesia dikenal sebagai salah satu negara penghasil kopi terbesar keempat di dunia setelah Brazil, Vietnam dan Kolombia, dan dikenal juga sebagai negara yang menjadi referensi produksi kopi berkualitas baik. Budaya minum kopi sekarang merupakan menjadi rutinitas atau bahkan menjadi kebiasaan yang sering kita jumpai mulai dari kedai kopi di gang sempit, persimpangan jalan, hingga mal – mal di perkotaan. Hal ini menjadi penanda bahwa fenomena kedai kopi menjadi sebuah bisnis baru yang cukup menjajikan, salah satunya yaitu red house coffee. Pertumbuhan UMKM di kabupaten bener meriah ditambah dengan adanya program pemerintah yaitu PPKM membuat pendapatan para pelaku usaha semakin berkurang. Red house coffee merupakan coffee Honey, wine, natural,luwak,robusta, speacility berlokasi di kabupaten bener meriah, provinsi aceh yang harus terus berinovasi agar usahanya dapat bertahan yang dapat dilakukan dengan memetakan model bisnis dan mengevaluasinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan memetakan operasional bisnis usaha mikro dengan studi pada “red house coffee” dengan pendekatan Business Model Canvas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan analisis Sembilan blok business model canvas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa bisnis model kanvas red house coffee terdapat aspek yang masih lemah pada red house coffee dan perlu diperbaharui, yaitu aspek Channels yang masih mengandalkan penjualan dari outlet dan kurang mengoptimalkan penjualan online, meningkatkan promosi melalui social media seperti Instagram, facebook, tiktok dan youtub dengan melakukan iklan berbayar. Aspek value propotition yang belum menambahkan logo pada kemasan produk, menambah fasilitas wifi. Aspek customer relationship membangun awareness merek dan mengadakan membership. Aspek Revenue stream yaitu bisa menambah pendapatan dengan penyewaan tempat. Dan aspek key partner yaitu bisa memasok produk pada retail atau pun melalui minimarket local dan nasional

    Gender equality represents gender justice in various household activities, both in domestic and public spheres. The current issues are highly crucial and require special attention to enhance gender justice, as a means to improve women’s well-being. Gender justice is also observed in the realm of the coffe commodity busness concerning the employment of women in these units. The objective of this research is to analyze gender justice among workers in coffee commodity businesses in Bener Meriah District. The theoretical framework employed in this study is feminist theory, as it provides the analytical tools to examine gender discrimination using various sub-theoritical approaches. The reserch methodology is qualitative with a constructivist paradigm. Qualitative data analysis involves a descriptive analysis of earch gender issue prevalent in society. The results of this reserch addres four noteworthy gender issue: (1) Women’s roles in the public sphere concerning the coffee commodity business are still limited; (2) Many women workers continue to engage in voluntary, unpaid labor, as it has become a tradition for women to work in their own gardens and assist their husbands: (3) Women still uphold local wisdom and values prevalent in the community, such as engaging in rotational collective work during the coffee harvest; (4) Male dominance is observed in coffee shop employment, which may indicate an unequal absorption of female labor compared to male labor, or it might be attributed to a tradition rooted in the local community’s values and wisdom

    Increas e  mo tivation   an d   discipline  of   work  in   improvin g  the  performance   of  employees  is   one  of   the  goals  of   the  organizatio n .  The   prob l e m  in  this   study  is   how   the  mot iva tion   and   discipline  to  the   performa n ce  of  employees  working  in   the  province  of   Ben g kulu   Regiona l   Revenue   Office.  Th e  pur pose   of  this   study  was  to   determine   the   e ffect   of  work   motivation   and   dis cipli ne   to   employee  mot i v at i on  in  Bengkulu  Provincial Revenu e Offi ce .   The  study  design   was  des cr iptive  analyti c  me t h od.   Th e  study  population  were  all   employees  of  Region al   Revenue  Office   of  Bengkulu  province,  amounting  to  71   peop le   as   respondents  using  census.  Sources   of  data   in   this   study   is   primar y  data  that   is   obta ined   directly   from  the  data   source  object   of  research,  the  technique  of   collecting  data  us in g   ques tionnaires   and  inter views.  Based   on  the  survey   results   revealed   that   the  pos iti ve  effe ct   of  the  direction   and   motiv a tion ,   discipline  on   the  per f ormance   of  employees  w orking  in  the  pr o v i n ce   of   Bengkulu  Region al  Rev enue  Offi ce   (s ignifi cance   0 . 000   <0.050),  which   means   that  the   motiv a tion   and   discipline  of   wor k  can   improve  employee  perf ormance .
