    Penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode kualitatif yang merupakan penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif dan cenderung menggunakan pendekatan analisis dengan pendekatan induktif.Koperasi adalah salah satu lembaga keuangan yang melayani masyarakat dalam bidang simpan pinjam.Namun setiap pemberian pinjaman tentu mempunyai risiko, salah satu risiko yang terjadi adalah kredit macet atau piutang tak tertagih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penilaian Koperasi Swamitra Wahana Putra Bengkalis dalam menganalisis nasabah agar tidak terjadi kredit macet,  untuk mengetahui kolektibilitas kredit yang sering terjadi di Koperasi Swamitra Wahana Putra Bengkalis, untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi terjadinya kredit macet pada Koperasi Swamitra Wahana Putra Bengkalis, untuk mengetahui sistem penanganan kredit macet atau piutang tak tertagih pada Koperasi Swamitra Wahana Putra Bengkalis, dan untuk mengetahui kendala-kendala yang dihadapi atau ditemui Koperasi Swamitra Wahana Putra Bengkalis dalam menangani kredit macet. Dan juga untuk mengatahui sistem pencatatan akuntasinya.Jenis penelitian adalah penilitian Deskriptif.Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi kemudian dianalisis kembali. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Koperasi Swamitra Wahana Putra Bengkalis menganalisis nasabah agar tidak terjadi kredit macet adalah dengan cara menganalisis persyaratan permohonan pinjaman, menganalisis atau melakukan survey USAha nasabah, menganalisis atau mensurvey jaminan, menganalisis kondisi rumah nasabah, Bank Indonesia Checking, dan melakukan tahap pencairan dana. Kolektibilitas kredit di Koperasi Swamitra Wahana Putra Bengkalis adalah Coll 1, yaitu nasabah dikategorikan pada kualitas lancar, Coll 2 nasabah di ketegorikan kurang lancar, Coll 3 nasabah dikategorikan dalam perhatian khusus, Coll 4 nasabah dikategorikan dalam diragukan dan W/O nasabah di kategorikan macet

    Designing Inventory Management Of Finished Goods At PT Sinkona Indonesia Lestari

    Finished goods inventory is very important for all companies, especially companies engaged in the pharmaceutical industry, especially for PT SIL as a manufacturer of quinine and its derivatives. Finished goods inventory at PT SIL in the warehouse are beyond the normal range (> 15000 kg).  Root cause analysis showed the inventory problems at PT SIL were caused by: (i) PT SIL does not have an alternative strategy of pricing in dealing a price war against competitors, (ii) marketing division cannot utilize various types of promotion in marketing the product PT SIL, (iii) supplier from cinchona bark farmers have different product standards of PTPN VIII and importers, (iv) procurement policy of raw material by marketing divisions is improper to maintain sufficient inventory level, and (v) the ability of marketing division to forecast the demand is very low. Alternative solutions obtained by analyzing the situation of the industry internally and externally, by using value chain and five forces framework by Porter to get the TOWS matrix from PT SIL and quinine industry. That will get the strategy to find an alternative solution. Based on some alternative solutions obtained, then the best business solution to resolve high inventory of finished goods are: (i) PT SIL use quality product to fight a price war, (ii) PT SIL can use certain promotional media as a marketing tool, (iii) PT SIL does counseling to the supplier of cinchona bark farmers, (iv) procurement policy of raw material by marketing divisions is proper to maintain sufficient inventory level, and (v) PT SIL can use simple moving average as a method to conduct sales planning considerations. Keywords: supply chain management, quinine industry, inventory finished goods, business strategy.Â

This study aims to determine the role of environmental care in mediating the knowledge of the environment against the intention of purchasing green products injection motor Yamaha Blue Core.     Beban Kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, dan Keterlibatan Kerja Pengaruhnya terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Pln (Persero) Wilayah Suluttenggo Area Manado

    Kesuksesan usaha dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan produktivitasnya melibatkan karyawan, karyawan menjadi penentu utama. Kinerja karyawan adalah kualitas dan kuantitas yang dicapai oleh seorang karyawan dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang diberikan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah Beban Kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, dan Keterlibatan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Suluttenggo Area Manado dengan sampel sebanyak 51 karyawan tetap, menggunakan metode probability sampling khususnya proportionate stratified random sampling. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif dengan menggunakan analisis Regresi Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan secara simultan Beban Kerja, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, dan Keterlibatan Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Lebih lanjut, Beban Kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, namun Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan Keterlibatan Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Sebaiknya para karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Suluttenggo Area Manado lebih efisien dalam menyelesaikan Beban Kerja yang diterima dengan lebih fokus pada manajemen waktu sehingga tugas pekerjaan mereka dapat terselesaikan sesuai dengan waktu yang ditetapkan. Para karyawan juga diharapkan mempertahankan bahkan meningkatkan Organizational Citizenship Behavior dan Keterlibatan Kerja yang tinggi agar tercipta kinerja para karyawan menjadi lebih baik.     Pengaruh Kontaminsi Saliva terhadap Kekuatan Tarik antara Resin Komposit dengan Jaringan Dentin

    Composite resin are restorative materials having color similar to teeth and have been widely used in dentistry. The successful application of composite resin influences the duration of the restoration in the oral cavity. The aim of this research is to describe the influence of artificial saliva contamination and the application of re-conditioning on tensile bond strength of composite resin to dentin. In the control group, the dentin were etched, bonding were applied and composite resin were restored on the dentin. In the group with artificial saliva contamination without re-conditioning, the dentin were etched, bonding were applied and then contaminated with artificial saliva, dried and then restired with composite resin. While the group with artificial saliva contamination with re-conditioning, the dentin were etched, bonding were applied and contaminated with artificial saliva, and then etched and applied bonding agent and restored composite resin.Bond strength test used “Universal testing machine, AG 5000. The results showed that highest value of tensile bond strength of composite resin to dentin was at the control group.     Look-alike humans identified by facial recognition algorithms show genetic similarities

    The human face is one of the most visible features of our unique identity as individuals. Interestingly, monozygotic twins share almost identical facial traits and the same DNA sequence but could exhibit differences in other biometrical parameters. The expansion of the world wide web and the possibility to exchange pictures of humans across the planet has increased the number of people identified online as virtual twins or doubles that are not family related. Herein, we have characterized in detail a set of “look-alike” humans, defined by facial recognition algorithms, for their multiomics landscape. We report that these individuals share similar genotypes and differ in their DNA methylation and microbiome landscape. These results not only provide insights about the genetics that determine our face but also might have implications for the establishment of other human anthropometric properties and even personality characteristics.This work was funded by the governments of Catalonia (2017SGR1080) and Spain (RTI2018-094049-B-I00, SAF2014-55000, and TIN2017-90124-P) and the Cellex Foundation

    TRY plant trait database – enhanced coverage and open access

    Plant traits - the morphological, anatomical, physiological, biochemical and phenological characteristics of plants - determine how plants respond to environmental factors, affect other trophic levels, and influence ecosystem properties and their benefits and detriments to people. Plant trait data thus represent the basis for a vast area of research spanning from evolutionary biology, community and functional ecology, to biodiversity conservation, ecosystem and landscape management, restoration, biogeography and earth system modelling. Since its foundation in 2007, the TRY database of plant traits has grown continuously. It now provides unprecedented data coverage under an open access data policy and is the main plant trait database used by the research community worldwide. Increasingly, the TRY database also supports new frontiers of trait‐based plant research, including the identification of data gaps and the subsequent mobilization or measurement of new data. To support this development, in this article we evaluate the extent of the trait data compiled in TRY and analyse emerging patterns of data coverage and representativeness. Best species coverage is achieved for categorical traits - almost complete coverage for ‘plant growth form’. However, most traits relevant for ecology and vegetation modelling are characterized by continuous intraspecific variation and trait–environmental relationships. These traits have to be measured on individual plants in their respective environment. Despite unprecedented data coverage, we observe a humbling lack of completeness and representativeness of these continuous traits in many aspects. We, therefore, conclude that reducing data gaps and biases in the TRY database remains a key challenge and requires a coordinated approach to data mobilization and trait measurements. This can only be achieved in collaboration with other initiatives

    Równość jest jednym z podstawowych czynników jakości nawierzchni. Stanowi ona charakterystykę stanu drogi, jak również bezpieczeństwa na drodze i komfortu jazdy. Nierówności podłużne powodują niedogodności w ruchu drogowym i niebezpieczeństwo zmniejszenia oddziaływania między kołami a nawierzchnią. Wymienione aspekty zostały wzięte pod uwagę w analizie poziomów klasyfikacji w ramach Słowackiego PMS. Symulacje różnych warunków brzegowych podczas diagnostyki nawierzchni miały na celu przede wszystkim zbadanie wpływu nierówności na pojazd, a co za tym idzie, na komfort jazdy. Z drugiej strony, wpływ nierówności na oddziaływanie między nawierzchnią a kołem stanowił podstawowe kryterium oceny z punktu widzenia bezpieczeństwa. Przedmiotem artykułu jest obserwacja i ocena opisanych parametrów podczas przeprowadzonych symulacji i pomiarów eksperymentalnych. Do symulacji użyto dynamicznych charakterystyk prawdziwych pojazdów.Road evenness is one from basic factors of the pavement quality. It represents the characteristic of the road serviceability but also road safety and comfortable. The longitudinal unevenness causes the traffi c discomfort and danger of the wheel-pavement interaction decreasing. Listed aspects were taken into account for analyze of classifi cation levels in frame of the Slovak PMS. The simulations of different boundary conditions during pavement surface diagnostics were oriented above all to the response of unevenness to the vehicle and to the ride comfort consequently. On the other hand an effect of unevenness to interaction between surface and wheel was the basic criteria of evaluation from safety point of view. The paper is oriented to the observation and evaluation described parameters during realized simulations and experimental measurements. For simulations were used dynamic characteristics of real vehicles
