    The aim of this research was to know effective concentrationof M. anisopliae and HaNPV to Helicoperva armigera in the field. This research was carried out in Desa Tanjung Makmur Subdistrict Tandem Hulu 1 District Deli Serdang. This research used sampling random technique non factorial with seven treatments and four replications. They were the result showed that the highest larvae population was control (1.35) and the lowest was HaNPV 6g/liter of water (0.10). The highest of attacked intensity was control (38.75% ) and the lowest was HaNPV 6g/liter of water (2.50%). The highest production was HaNPV 6g/liter of water (261.09 g) and the lowest was M. anisopliae 4g/liter of water(234.45 g)

    Implementation of information system of academic especially in scheduling and assessment for online thesis defense is needed. This is because the implementation of thesis defense must be carried out online to avoid the possibility of spreading Covid-19. Therefore, The aims of this study to develop web-based information system for the thesis defense schedule and assessment. The development of information systems uses the waterfall model which consists of 5 steps are user requirement, system design, development, testing, and maintenance. The result of implementation show that web-based information system for the thesis defense schedule and assessment running well according to purpose and need assessment. The information system also can used for interaction between lecturers and students as long as the thesis process and defense don’t need to be done offline

    Penelitian ini menganalisis peran pendamping UMKM dalam meningkatkan ketahanan usaha usaha mikro. Fokus pengujian variabel yang diukur yaitu Fasilitator, Pendidik dan Motivator terhadap Manajerial dan Produktivitas dalam meningkatkan Ketahan Usaha pelaku usaha Mikro. Adapun tujuan dari studi ini untuk menganalisis dan menguji peran pendamping UMKM yang berpengaruh terhadap ketahan usaha. Metode penelitian dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Sampel penelitian berjumlah 155 sampel dengan teknik probability sampling dengan jenis simple random sampling. Dari hasil pengujian outer model bahwa setiap konstruk dari masing-masing variabel dinyatakan semuanya valid. Selanjutnya pengujian inner model peran Fasilitator, Pendidik dan Motivator memberikan kontribusi pengaruh dengan kategori moderat terhadap Manajerial dan Produktivitas. Pada program pendampingan UMKM variabel yang paling dominan dalam meningkatkan ketahanan pelaku usaha adalah peran Fasilitator dan Motivator yang memiliki pengaruh yang paling besar dalam meningkatkan kemampuan Manajerial dan Produktivitas terutama dalam memfasilitasi akses pemasaran bagi pelaku usaha dan pengawasan setiap bidang usaha. Sedangkan Produktivitas memiliki pengaruh yang paling besar dalam meningkatkan Ketahanan Usaha terutama pada kemasaan produk. Dengan demikian peran pendamping UMKM yang memiliki pengaruh yang paling besar harus lebih ditingkatkan sehingga dapat memberikan dampak yang lebih besar dalam meningkatkan kemampuan Manajerial, Produktivitas serta Ketahanan Usaha Pelaku Usaha Mikro di Kota Cimahi. ABSTRACT THE ROLE OF MSME ASSISTANCE INFLUENCES ON INCREASING THE RESILIENCE OF MICRO BUSINESS ACTORS (Debi S Fuadi, 1907602) ABSTRACT This study analyzes the role of MSME counterparts in increasing the resilience of micro-enterprises. The focus of testing the measured variables are Facilitators, Educators and Motivators of Managerial and Productivity in increasing the Business Resilience of Micro business actors. The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine the role of MSME facilitators that affect business resilience. The research method uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research sample amounted to 155 samples with probability sampling technique with the type of simple random sampling. From the test results of the outer model that each construct of each variable is declared all valid. Furthermore, testing the inner role models of Facilitators, Educators and Motivators contributed to the moderate category of influence on Managerial and Productivity. In the MSME assistance program, the most dominant variable in increasing the resilience of business actors is the role of the Facilitator and Motivator who has the greatest influence in increasing Managerial and Productivity capabilities, especially in facilitating access to marketing for business actors and supervision of each business field. Meanwhile, Productivity has the biggest influence in increasing Business Resilience, especially in product packaging. Thus, the role of MSME assistants who have the greatest influence must be further enhanced so that they can have a greater impact in improving Managerial abilities, Productivity and Business Resilience of Micro Entrepreneurs in Cimahi City. Pasar modern merupakan salah satu fasilitas pelayanan yang berperan dalam menyumbang pertumbuhan ekonomi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pola distribusi spasial pasar modern, mengidentifikasi interaksi ruang wilayah dalam perencanaan fasilitas pelayanan pasar modern, dan menganalisis implikasi penataan ruang kawasan strategis ekonomi.     Hypertension is a disease that spreads in the human body caused by increased blood pressure that exceeds normal limits. The increase occurs over a long period, causing complications in human organs that cannot be seen clearly, such as complications in the heart, kidneys, brain, and retina. One of the disorders or complications of high blood pressure is in the retina. The disorder in the retina can also be said as hypertensive retinopathy. Patients suffering from hypertensive retinopathy can only be diagnosed by an ophthalmologist; this is because hypertensive retinopathy cannot be seen with the naked eye. However, one of the earliest signs is the thinning of the arterioles, which can cause blindness. Therefore, computer-assisted processing and analysis of eye fundus images to identify hypertensive retinopathy is an important thing to do by applying the Convolutional Neural Network algorithm. There are nine Convolutional Neural Network architectures used, namely AlexNet, DenseNet, Inception-V3, InceptionResNetV2, Lenet-5, MobileNetV2, ResNet50, VGG16, and VGG19. Based on the experimental results, it was found that of the nine Convolutional Neural Network architectures, two of them, namely AlexNet and Lenet-5, obtained an F1 Measure value of 0.66 and the highest accuracy of 0.67

    Flow Field Evolution of a Decaying Sunspot

    We study the evolution of the flows and horizontal proper motions in and around a decaying follower sunspot based on time sequences of two-dimensional spectroscopic observations in the visible and white light imaging data obtained over six days from June~7 to~12, 2005. During this time period the sunspot decayed gradually to a pore. The spectroscopic observations were obtained with the Fabry-P\'{e}rot based Visible-Light Imaging Magnetograph (VIM) in conjunction with the high-order adaptive optics (AO) system operated at the 65 cm vacuum reflector of the Big Bear Solar Observatory (BBSO). We apply local correlation tracking (LCT) to the speckle reconstructed time sequences of white-light images around 600 nm to infer horizontal proper motions while the Doppler shifts of the scanned \FeI line at 630.15 nm are used to calculate line-of-sight (LOS) velocities with sub-arcsecond resolution. We find that the dividing line between radial inward and outward proper motions in the inner and outer penumbra, respectively, survives the decay phase. In particular the moat flow is still detectable after the penumbra disappeared. Based on our observations three major processes removed flux from the sunspot: (a) fragmentation of the umbra, (b) flux cancelation of moving magnetic features (MMFs; of the same polarity as the sunspot) that encounter the leading opposite polarity network and plages areas, and (c) flux transport by MMFs (of the same polarity as the sunspot) to the surrounding network and plage regions that have the same polarity as the sunspot.Comment: 9 pages, 7 figures, The Astrophysical Journal, accepted September, 200
