Before PP (Government Regulation) No. 54/2007 on the Implementation of Child Adoption was in effect, a Notary played his role in drawing up Child Adoption Certificate. At that time, child adoption was legal when there was a Notarial Deed. The reasearch shows after PP No. 54/2007 An Adoption Certificate which was made by a Notary before PP No. 54/2007 was in effect is valid and it is final and conclusive for those who made it before a Notary. This is in accordance with the transitional provision which states that by the time this PP is in effect all regulations on adoption are valid as far as they are not contrary to the PP. The role of a Notary in drawing up Adoption Certificate after PP No. 54/2007 is in effect is providing counseling and consultation for those who are involved in child adoption in order that people get information and understand the requirements and procedure of child adoption. A Notary should refer to legal provisions which are related to the making of the law

News story segmentation in the Físchlár video indexing system

This paper presents an approach to segmenting individual news stories in broadcast news programmes. The approach first performs shot boundary detection and keyframe extraction on the programme. Shots are then clustered into groups based on their colour and temporal similarity. The clustering process is controlled using the groups' statistics. After clustering, a set of criteria are applied and groups are successively eliminated in order to converge upon a set of anchorperson groups. The temporal locations of the shots in these anchorperson groups are then used to segment the programme in terms of individual news items. In University Computer Indonesia there is a decision letters that is divided into two groups, namely the rector's decision letter and decision letter of the foundation and of any decrees are divided into various types including the decision letter Policies, decision letter scholarships, decision letter the formation of the team, the decision letter post of structural, letter staffing decisions, decrees the establishment of the unit, a decision letter forming BEM and SMEs. And for each party receiving the decision letter did just a storage archive without putting it into a database and archival storage can allow data is damaged or lost and in search of data can take a long time.By seeing the current issue so I took the research topic "Decision letter of Information Systems at the University of Indonesia computers". To realize that we need a process of making integrated software. Making the software is done by using PHP and MySQL.Results of this final project is the form of the Management Information System Application Decision letter based web. Hopefully with this System can help the performance of the secretariat of the rector and the relevant parties in the University Computer Indonesia

Pengaruh Pembiayaan Mudharabah,musyarakah, Murabahah, Istishna dan Ijarah terhadap Profitabilitas pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia

This research aimed at knowing the effect of mudaraba, musyaraka, murabaha, istishna, and ijarah financing on the profitability of Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia. The profitability is measured by using return on assets (ROA). The data used in this research were collected from the Quartely Financial Report Published by Sharia Commercial Banks during period of 2009-2013. The sampling method of this research is using purposive sampling. The samples consist of three Sharia Commercial Banks. Those are Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Bank Mandiri Syariah, and BRI Syariah. The technical analysis used in reasearch is multiple linear regression. This research found that the mudharabah and musyaraka financing have negative effect, while murabahah, istishna,and ijarah have positive effect on profitability of Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia. However, only murabaha and istishna have significant effect on profitability of Sharia Commercial Banks in Indonesia

The efforts hygiene food sanitation is essential to maintaining public health. Know of 57 places the management of food and beverage in the area Kadugede health center distric examined only 40 paces food management (70,17%) were eligible. It is still lower the target in 2012 of 71,00%. The purpose of this study was to determine relationship of knowledge and attitudes of food handlers with hygiene sanitation place the food in Sub District of Kadugede of Kuningan District. Type of research is correlation analytic study using cross-sectional design. Populations in this study are food handlers where the processing power available in the working area kadugede health center distric of KuninganDistrict the total is 57 peoples. Samples in this study were taken by using purposive sampling technique, the data collected is primary data bad secondary data, while data analysis is univariate and bivariat analyze to determine the relationship between the independent variable and dependent variables using spearman rank test. Bivariate analyze knowledge relationships with food handlers practice hygiene food sanitation management place with ?=0,043 and r=0,269, attitudes relationship with food handlers practice hygiene with food sanitation management places value ?=0,033 and r=0,283. There is correlation between knowledge and attitudes of food handlers with hygiene sanitation practice place the food in the working area management kadugede health center distric of Kuningan district or health center of Kuningan District. Expected that the increase attitudes and practices of food handlers hygiene food sanitation management space, either by kadugede health center distric of Kuningan district and health offices of Kuningan District in the form of courses or training hygiene food sanitation either training hygiene food sanitation have to developed is more optimal implementation hygiene sanitation practices management foods

Efektivitas Metode Pemecahan Masalah untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa Kelas X Teknologi Pengolahan Hasil Pertanian (TPHP) 1 SMK Negeri 1 Limboto pada Materi Konsep Mol

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya keefektifan metode pemecahan masalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X Teknologi Pengolahan Hasil Pertanian (TPHP) 1 SMK Negeri 1 Limboto pada materi konsep mol. Metode penelitian ini merupakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas X Teknologi Pengolahan Hasil Pertanian (TPHP) 1 SMK Negeri 1 Limboto yang berjumlah 25 siswa, dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian Pre-Experimental Designs dengan rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah “One-Group Pretes-Posttest Design”. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes hasil belajar dalam bentuk essai yang terdiri dari 5 butir soal dan diperoleh nilai rata seluruh siswa sebesar 82,24 dengan frekuensi 18 siswa tuntas dan 7 siswa tidak tuntas. Hasil analisis nilai gain yang dinormalisasi, <g>, menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas metode pemecahan masalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X Teknologi Pengolahan Hasil Pertanian (TPHP) 1 SMK Negeri 1 Limboto pada materi konsep mol sebesar 0,76
