    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Free Cash Flow (Aliran Kas Bebas) dan Return On Asset (ROA) terhadap Rasio Pembayaran Dividen pada PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda dengan Rasio Pembayaran Dividen yang diukur berdasarkan rasio antara devidend per share dengan earning per share yang dalam persentase menjadi variabel dependen dan dua variabel independen, yaitu Free Cash Flow yang diukur berdasarkan antara cash flow from operation dengan capital expenditures dan Return On Asset (ROA) yang diukur berdasarkan persentase dari rasio antara laba bersih setelah pajak dengan total aktiva. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), dengan teknik dokumentasi serta laporan keuangan. Olah data menggunakan regresi linear berganda.Hasil pengolahan data diperoleh model Y = 22,508 + 0,00003515 X1 + 5,595 X2. Secara parsial, hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa variabel Free Cash Flow (FCF)= 4,033 dan Return On Asset (ROA) = 3,793 berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Rasio Pembayaran Dividen karena thitung > ttabel = 2,365. Berdasarkan hasil simultan diperoleh nilai F sebesar 4,989 dengan tingkat probabilitas 0,033 ini menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama variabel independen, yaitu Free Cash Flow dan ROA berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Rasio Pembayaran Dividen pada PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Nilai Koefisien Determinasi (R2) adalah 0,563, hal inimenunjukkan bahwa variabel independen yang diteliti mampu menjelaskan 56,3 persen terhadap variabel Rasio Pembayaran Dividen

    Optimasi Formula Losio Tabir Surya Ekstrak Kulit Buah Naga Super Merah (Hylocereus Costaricensis)

    Paparan sinar matahari yang berlebihan dan berlangsung lama dapat menyebabkan eritema dan kulit terbakar, penuaan dini, dan kanker kulit. Salah satu bentuk sediaan kosmetik yang dapat digunakan untuk melindungi kulit adalah losio yang mengandung zat aktif tabir surya. Ekstrak kulit buah naga super merah adalah bahan alam yang memiliki efek antioksidan dan tabir surya. Optimasi formula losio tabir surya dilakukan menggunakan metode D-optimal dengan 2 faktor yaitu ekstrak kulit buah naga super merah sebagai bahan aktif dengan kisaran konsentrasi 9-12% dan natrium alginat 3-6% dari seluruh komponen losio sebagai peningkat viskositas. Nilai SPF, viskositas, dan daya sebar ditetapkan sebagai respon. Losio yang dihasilkan berwarna coklat, berbentuk semipadat khas losio, homogen, beraroma khas minyak mawar, pH sesuai syarat SNI dengan tipe emulsi minyak dalam air (M/A). Hasil respon yang diperoleh dari 11 formula menghasilkan nilai SPF dengan kisaran 6,64–14,12, nilai viskositas 10333 – 13000 cp yang memenuhi standar SNI, dan nilai daya sebar 6,52–7,92 cm. Formula optimum hasil prediksi D-optimal menggunakan perangkat lunak Design Expert® 7.1.5 ditetapkan konsentrasi ekstrak 12% dan natrium alginat 3%.     The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of the net income (PEPS) and income from operating activities (POP) to earnings response coefficient manufacturing company in 2011-2014. The research type used is a correlational study by purposive sampling method. The total research sample is 24 manufactur company.The data used in this research is secondary data which got from the financial statements which published by the center stock market reference at the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The multiple regression analysis model is used to test the hypothesis while processing the data using the statistical program SPSS 21. The results of this research shows that the (1) net income (PEPS) and income from operating activities (POP) simultaneously influance to earnings response coefficient (2) net income (PEPS) has negative influance to earnings response coefficient (3) income from operating activities (POP) has positive influance to earnings response coefficient

    Estimation of temperature and electron density in stainless steel plasma using laser induced breakdown spectroscopy

    LIBS plasma produced by a 1064 nm Q-switched Nd:YAG laser in an atmospheric pressure was studied for the stainless steel sample. The laser output energy 150 mJ with pulse duration of 6 ns. The plasma emission spectrum was recorded by the LR1 Spectrometer connected to the fibre optic. The plasma temperature and electron density of each element were estimated by time-resolved spectroscopy of neutral atom and ion line emission. The plasma temperature was obtained from the Boltzmann plot method and their electron density was determined by using Saha-Boltzmann equation method. The preliminary qualitative LIBS analysis shows that several elements contained in the stainless steel. The element detected was Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni, and Cr. The results shows that Mn and Fe has the highest plasma temperature of 1.2 eV, but the electron density of Mn was the highest with value 4.6x1020 cm-3, while the Cu has the lowest temperature that is 0.73 eV with the electron density 2.8x1017 cm-3.     Background of this study is the low outocomes of natural science (IPA) of the fourth grade students of IV SD Muhammadiyah 4 Pekanbaru, with the average score of the class is 58,54. Based on the standard minimum criteria (KKM) 70 which has been determined by the school, there were 20 stedents are below the standard minimum criteria or 60,61% and 13 students are above the minimum standard criteria or 39,39% from overal number of 33 students. This research is an actions research which aims to enhance learning outocomes natural science (IPA) grade students of IV SD Muhammadiyah 4 Pekanbaru with the implementation of model inkuiry. Formulation of the problem: does model inkuiry can increase natural science (IPA) autocomes of students at class IV SD Mmuhammadiyah 4 Pekanbaru?. This research was carried out on 30 April 2015 until 21 May 2015 with II cycles. The subject of this research is students at class IV SD Muhammadiyah 4 Pekanbaru with total number 33 stedents who were bacame the participants of this research. Data collection instruments in this research are teacher and studets activity sheets as well as a written test sheet. The result of this research can bee seen from the result of the study before the implementation of inkuiry model are given which the average score 58,54 after the action is given or after implementation of inkuiry model are increased in cycle I, with an average score 71,03 which are increased as much as 21,33% and cycle II the average score 82,06 which are increased as much as 40,17%. It can be concluded that the inkuiry model can increase natural science (IPA) autocomes of students at class IV SD Mmuhammadiyah 4 Pekanbaru

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) besarnya biaya, penerimaan, dan pendapatan agroindustri tempe di Desa Pawindan Kecamatan Ciamis Kabupaten Ciamis; (2) kelayakan USAha agroindustri tempe di Desa Pawindan Kecamatan Ciamis Kabupaten Ciamis. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Pawindan Kecamatan Ciamis Kabupaten Ciamis dengan menggunakan metode survai. Sampel lokasi ditentukan secara sengaja (purposive) dengan pertimbangan bahwa Desa Pawindan merupakan sentra agroindustri tempe di Kecamatan Ciamis. Teknik penarikan responden dilakukan secara sensus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Rata-rata biaya total sebesar Rp 1.274.208,90, yang dihasilkan dari penjumlahan biaya tetap rata-rata sebesar Rp 17.427,24, dengan biaya variable rata-rata sebesar Rp 1.256.781,70. Pendapatan rata-rata yang diperoleh sebesar Rp 644.791,09, dari penerimaan rata-rata sebesar Rp 1.919.000,00,- dikurangi biaya total rata-rata sebesar Rp 1.274.208,90. Analisis Kelayakan yang digunakan yaitu analisis kelayakan USAha yang membandingkan antara penerimaan dan biaya total. Rata-rata penerimaan yang diperoleh sebesar Rp 1.919.000,00,- dan biaya total rata-rata yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp 1.274.208,90. Dengan demikian diperoleh R/C sebesar 1,50 artinya berarti bahwa USAha agroindustri tempe layak untuk dijalankan

    Stemming text-based web page classification using machine learning algorithms: a comparison

    The research aim is to determine the effect of word-stemming in web pages classification using different machine learning classifiers, namely Naive Bayes (NB), k-Nearest Neighbour (k-NN), Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Multilayer Perceptron (MP). Each classifiers' performance is evaluated in term of accuracy and processing time. This research uses BBC dataset that has five predefined categories. The result demonstrates that classifiers' performance is better without word stemming, whereby all classifiers show higher classification accuracy, with the highest accuracy produced by NB and SVM at 97% for F1 score, while NB takes shorter training time than SVM. With word stemming, the effect on training and classification time is negligible, except on Multilayer Perceptron in which word stemming has effectively reduced the training time
