    ANALISIS PERILAKU KONSUMEN DALAM PEMBELIAN PRODUK SAYURAN DI PASAR MODERN KOTA BEKASI

    This research was conducted to know what type of vegetables most desired by consumers those are sold in the supermarket, the characteristic of consumer behavior and those faktors could influence consumer to decide to get vegetables in the supermarket. Consumer samples was purposively chosen in four representative supermarket in the city of Bekasi. Those consumer respondents were asked to express their motives to buy vegetables in the supermarket by Questionnaire. The result shows that vegetables buyers were 89% woman and 11% man. The respondents varied 26-35 years old (41%), 36-45 years old (34%) and 15-25 years old (25%). The respondents have married (73%) and single (27%) By educational level, they were grouped 75% high education degree and senior high school 25%. By status of work, 43% (housewives), 37% (private works), 10% (entrepreneur) and 10% (state officers). Their income varied 46% (Rp. 2.000.000 – 3.000.000), 24% (Rp. 3.000.000 – 4.000.000), 18% (< Rp. 2.000.000), 10% (Rp.4.000.000 – 5.000.000) and 2% (>Rp 5.000.000). their family level 1-4 person (67%) and >4 person (33%). The most desired vegetables by consumers in the supermarket were spinach, broccoli, carrot, sweet maize, and the white mustard. The intensity of shopping for vegetables were only on special purposed (45%), weekly (22%), twice in a month (18%) and monthly (15%). The total money spent for vegetables shopping were 37% (Rp. 25.000 – 50.000). The data were analyzed to list 14 variables which influence the respondent to shopping vegetables in the supermarket by using SPSS 12.0. those variables were grouped into 4 groups. The first group were field of job (0.867), status and role (0.782), phase and age (0.757) and knowledge (0.705). the second group were family (0.749), life style (0.740), reference by group (0.660) and demography (0.6210. the third group were personality (0.794), perception (0.790), motivation (0.745) and confidence (0.636). the fourth group were economic welfare status (0.841) and social class (0.792)

    This study was to determine the effect of land area on the application of productivity technology and efficiency of granola potato farming. The unit of analysis is farmers who plant granola potatoes in MT 2021 in Cipanas District, Cianjur Regency, West Java. Respondents were taken from sample farmers with a layered random technique comparable to the size of 55 people. The analysis technique and hypothesis testing used were Kruskal Wallis and Cgi Square analysis. The results showed that potato farming performance based on land area: wide (1.75 ha), moderate (0.65 ha); and narrow (0.36 ha) shows relatively diverse conditions. The productivity of each farm land reached 13.56 tons/ha; 11.25 tons/ha; and 11.05 tons/ha. The income achievement of potato farming is Rp. 61,564,317/ha, medium land is Rp. 38.986.882/ha, and narrow land is Rp. 38.196.880/ha. R/C farming efficiency respectively: 2.34; 1.87 and 1.79. There are differences in the application of technology in potato farming based on large, medium, and narrow land areas. Potato farmers with large plots showed a better level of technology application than potato farmers with medium or narrow plots. The level of achievement of the application of potato farming technology was obtained by farmers with an area of 83.99% very good criteria; medium land farmers 72.50% good criteria; and farmers with narrow land 71.73 good criteria. There is a positive effect of the application of technology on the achievement of potato farming productivity. The productivity of large land farming shows a higher level than potato farmers with medium or narrow land. Each obtained by farmers with an area of 13,560 kg/ha; medium land farmers 11,185 kg/ha; and small land farmers 11,021 kg/ha. There is a positive effect of the application of technology on the efficiency of potato farming. Farming efficiency of farmers with large land shows a higher level than farmers with medium or narrow land. Each obtained by farmers with an area of 2.34; medium land farmers 1.87; and farmers with narrow land 1.79

    Analisa Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Preferensi dan Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen Kopi Buhun Kabupaten Sumedang

    Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui preferensi konsumen dalam menentukan preferensi dan keputusan pembelian konsumen kopi Buhun. Konsumen Kopi Buhun Nagarawangi didominasi oleh pria  pada rentang usia 26-45 tahun. Sebagian besar konsumen yang merupakan wiraswasta yang berdomisili di Kabupaten Sumedang. Pendidikan terakhir konsumen adalah  sarjana dan memiliki pendapatan per bulan Rp. 4.000.000,- Rp. 6.000.000,-. Pada hasil uji F seluruh variable menunjukkan nilai signifikansi di atas 0,05 yaitu 0,36 yang menyatakan bahwa setiap variable tidak berpengaruh nyata secara simultan. Hal tersebut menandakan bahwa secara umum konsumen memiliki persepsi dan keputusan yang hamper sama. Hasil  Uji T ditujukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh masing-masing variable secara parsial. Nilai signifikansi Uji T adalah 0,017  yang menyatakan bahwa variaebl tersebut berpengaruh nyata secara partial pada variable aroma. Variabel citarasa menunjukkan nilai 0,096, meskipun secara matematis tidak berpengaruh nyata, akan tetapi nilai Tingkat pencapaiannya sebesar 81,11%. Kopi Buhun memiliki kekuatan produk dari segi citarasa dan aroma kopi. Citarasa dan Aroma kopi yang khas menjadi sebuah keunggulan. Kopi buhun nagarawangi memiliki kekuatan product yang baik

    Community participation is important in the successful implementation of the Community Food Business Development (PUPM) program. This study aims to (1) Assess the effect of group management on the participation of farmer group members in program activities; (2) Assessing the socioeconomic influence on the participation of farmer group members in program activities; (3) Assess the influence of farmer institutions and socioeconomic on the participation of farmer group members in the success of the Community Food Business Development (PUPM) program. Descriptive Analysis research methods. Data collected by sampling technique. The sampling method used was simple random sampling. The study population numbered 138, with a research sample of 102 people. The selection of sample districts is done deliberately because the kecamatan is a location that receives a Community Food Business Development (PUPM) program. The results showed that the Institutional Factors of farmers had a positive and significant contribution to the level of participation of farmer group members in the Community Food Business Development (PUMP) program. Socio-economic factors of farmers have a positive and significant contribution to the level of participation of farmer group members in the Community Food Business Development (PUMP) program. Simultaneously farmer Institution and farmer socioeconomic contributed significantly to the participation of farmer group members in the Community Food Business Development (PUMP) program

    PENGARUH ATRIBUT PREFERENSI DAN FAKTOR SOSIAL EKONOMI KONSUMEN TERHADAP KONSUMSI ROTI BULAT PRODUKSI EDUFOOD AGROINDUSTRI SMKN 1 PACET CIANJUR

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepuasan konsumen terhadap produksi roti Edufood Agroindustri di SMKN 1 Pacet Cianjur dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh preferensi konsumen dan factor sosial ekonomi terhadap konsumsi roti bulat. Responden ditentukan dengan keacakan sederhana yang diperoleh sebanyak 70 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis CSI (Customer’s Satisfaction Index), dan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa kinerja prefensi konsumen terhadap roti bundar produksi Edufood Agroindustri di SMKN 1 Pacet Kabupaten Cianjur, yang terdiri dari: Tekstur; Membentuk; Rasa; Kemasan; Aroma; dan Warna mencapai 78,27% kriteria baik. Kinerja Faktor Sosial Ekonomi Konsumen Roti Bulat Produksi Edufood Agroindustri SMKN 1 Pacet yang terdiri dari, harga roti, penghasilan, usia, dan kemudahan memperolehnya diperoleh pencapaian 76,25% kriteria baik. Kinerja konsumsi roti bundar yang dihasilkan oleh Edufood Agroindustri di SMKN 1 Pacet, diperoleh capaian sebesar 58,57% dengan kriteria cukup. Kepuasan konsumen roti bundar produksi Edufood Agroindustri SMKN 1 Pacet ditunjukkan oleh CSI (Costumer’s Satisfaction Index) angka 78,05, dengan tingkat/kriteria: Puas. Atribut Preferensi Konsumen dan Faktor Sosial Ekonomi Konsumen berpengaruh terhadap konsumsi roti bundar produksi Edufood Agroindustri di SMKN 1 Pacet. Atribut preferensi yang mempengaruhi adalah kemasan dan rasa. Untuk atribut lainnya Tekstur, membentuk, aroma, dan warna menunjukkan efek yang tidak nyata. Selanjutnya, factor sosial ekonomi konsumen untuk: pendapatan, usia, dan kemudahan memperolehnya menunjukkan pengaruh positif yang signifikan sedangkan harga roti tidak berpengaruh dengan arah negatif

    This study aims to analyze the differences in production costs, productivity, revenue and income used in lowland rice (Oriza lativa L.) farming with conventional planting systems and jajar legowo planting systems for farmers who participate in the LP2B program in Sukabumi City. The data analysis method used in this study is to use a statistical test t-test. The results showed that there were significant differences in the number of workers, namely the number of farm workers using the conventional planting system of 63.43 HOK/Ha and the farming using the jajar legowo planting system of 76.53 HOK/Ha; there is a difference in production costs, the conventional planting system is lower, namely Rp. 7,860,558,-/Ha, and the total cost of production in the jajar legowo planting system is higher, namely Rp. 8.810.753,-/Ha; there is a difference in productivity, which uses the conventional planting system, namely the productivity of 5,484 Kg/Ha; while the productivity with the jajar legowo planting system is 6,827 kg/ha; there is a significant difference in farm income, with a conventional planting system of Rp 23,580,930,-/Ha, with a row planting system of Rp 29,355,101/Ha. There is a significant difference in farm income with conventional cropping systems, which is Rp 15,720,372/Ha/MT, and the jajar legowo planting system of Rp 20,544,348/Ha/MT

    Aquaculture business in Sukabumi City is a small-scale business, so there are still various problems that can hinder business development. By joining the group, it is hoped that it will have a real influence on the empowerment of fish farmers, especially in increasing production and independence of fish farmers in making decisions. This study aims to determine the combined effect of group dynamics and independence, the influence of each, as well as the relationship between group dynamics and independence on the success of tilapia aquaculture in the Fish Farmers Group (Kelompok Pembudidaya Ikan) in the city of Sukabumi. The study was conducted in Sukabumi City in November 2021 - March 2022 with the subject of the analysis being Pokdakan which farming tilapia as many as 49 people. The research variables are Group Dynamics (X1), Group Independence (X2) and Business Success (Y). The results shows that the direct influence of group dynamics and group independence on business success was 34%. Group dynamics have no significant effect on business success, the direct effect is only 3.13%. Group independence has a significant effect on business success, with an effect of 20.89%. Group dynamics and group self-reliance have a significant and positive relationship

    This study aims to determine the effect of Agricultural Policy and Agricultural Institutions on the Success of Cut Chrysanthemum Flower Farming. The method used is a survey of farmers in Sukaresmi District, Cianjur Regency. Data was taken from August 2021 to October 2021 based on the census technique obtained by 70 respondents. The analytical technique for testing the hypothesis used is SEM (Structural Equetion Modeling). The results obtained from the research on the role performance of agricultural policies in the context of the success of cut chrysanthemum farming in Sukaresmi District, Cianjur Regency, which include: Production input policies; Marketing Policy; Research Policy; and credit policy obtained an achievement level of 63.57 % with good criteria. Performance of the Role of Agricultural Institutions which includes: Production input institutions; Marketing Institutions; Financial Institutions; Farmer Group Institutions; and Research Institutions in the context of the success of cut chrysanthemum farming in Sukaresmi District, Cianjur Regency, obtained an achievement rate of 68.25%, good criteria. The performance of the success of cut chrysanthemum farming in Sukaresmi District, Cianjur Regency, which consists of: Quality; Productivity; continuity ; and the level of profit of farming obtained an achievement level of 66.70%, the criteria are Good. There is a fairly strong relationship between Agricultural Policy and Agricultural Institutions as indicated by a correlation coefficient of 0.89. The better the Agricultural Policy, the better the agricultural institutions and vice versa. Agricultural policies and agricultural institutions have a positive effect on the success of chrysanthemum cut flower farming. The total influence of agricultural policies on farming success is 6.91%, and the total influence of agricultural institutions is 83.71%.
