    MENINGKATKAN KEUNGGULAN BERSAING USAHA KECIL DAN MENENGAH (UMKM)

    The economy of Sukabumi Regency from year to year is heavily influenced by development of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The SMEs are in the sector of service, trade and manufacture. Each year, the SMEs in Sukabumi Regency keep increased and can even be absorbing labor big enough. SMEs in the Regency of Sukabumi have proven resilience when it occurred Economic Crisis of 1998. Only the SME sector that survived from the collapse of the economy, while the bigger sectors were broken  by the crisis. However, the creation of employment by the SMEs in Sukabumi Regency and the amazing of the SMEs in defending themselves from the economic crisis, not accompanied with quality increase of their development mainly in the case of competitive advantage. Competitive advantage of SMEs in Sukabumi Regency generally operates experiencing problems. The problems are subscription with inefficiency of the cost, products without the unique which have the effect on the lack of competitiveness, and lack of concentration on the certain segments. The study provides findings that SMEs are business cultivated by many people, and SMEs become one of many hopes of society for improving their economical welfare. Thus, SMEs must have a competitive advantage in order to achieve solution to fix the economy of society. SMEs will have a competitive advantage if notice of at least 4 (four) elements namely: cost efficiency, product differentiation, rapid response and market focus. the components can be sorted based on the priority, as follows: product differentiation, market focus, cost efficiency and rapid response.The economy of Sukabumi Regency from year to year is heavily influenced by development of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).     Peran Consumer Awareness dan Perception terhadap Buying Interest pada Properti Syariah

    The purpose of this study is to study the interaction of consumer awareness and perception of buying interests. The method in this study uses non propbability sampling, namely convenience sampling by distributing questionnaires to prospective sharia property buyers. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, and for hypothesis testing is a statistical test simultaneously (F test). F test results show a sig value of 0,000 <0,05 which means that together Consumer Awareness (X1) and Perception (X2) have a significant effect on Buying Interests (Y). Based on the test of the coefficient of determination of 0.749 can be interpreted according to the contribution given Consumer awareness and Perception of Buying Interest is 74.9%, then by 25.1% can be changed by other variables that are not necessary in this study.     Analisis Nilai Perusahaan Sebelum Dan Sesudah Melakukan Right Issue

    The purpose of this study is to analyze, describe, and measure the difference in the value of the company before and after the rights issue. The object of this research is the value of the company which is proxied by EPS, PER, PBV, and the Tobin's Q ratio before and after conducting a rights issue on companies listed on the BEI. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive comparative approach, which is a method that looks at the general description of the calculation results of the variables and the differences between the variables before and after the rights issue. Data analysis techniques start from data compilation, data tabulation to testing. The test uses the data normality test, and the different test uses SPSS with the data requirements. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the calculation results increased and decreased each period, the EPS ratio showed no significant difference between the companies before and after the rights issue, in contrast to the PER, PBV, and Tobin's Q ratios which showed differences in the companies before and after do a rights issue.   Keywords: Company Value, Tobin;s Q, Right Issue

    Pengaruh Locus of Control dan Stres Kerja terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan

    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of locus of control and job stress in increasing employee job satisfaction at PT. FIFGROUP Sukabumi branch. The research method used in this research is quantitative. The data analysis method used is descriptive and associative analysis. The data analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, including the coefficient of determination and multiple correlation coefficients. The results showed that the coefficient of determination test seen from the value (Adjusted R2) of 0.406 means that Locus of Control and Job Stress on employee job satisfaction is 40.6%. The remaining 59.4% is influenced by other factors outside of this study. The test value of the multiple correlation coefficient is seen from the R value of 0.653, which means that there is a moderate relationship between locus of control and job stress and employee job satisfaction. In conclusion, Locus of control and job stress affect employee job satisfaction. In the sense that the better the locus of control that occurs within the company, the job satisfaction of the employees in the company will be good or high and the better the work stress of the employees will also be better in completing their duties.     The purpose of this study were (1). To give you an idea of how models of Marketing Communication Strategies used PT. PLN (Persero) Customer Service Unit Cibadak Sukabumi Prepaid Electric Program. PLN (Persero) Customer Service Unit Cibadak Sukabumi, using the Model of Marketing Communications Strategy include: Sender (Source/Sender). Enconding (Translation), The transmission, decoding (Respond and intrepetasi), Action and Feedback. By utilizing direct marketing communications media, and not directly. This direct communication includes several programs related to information and dissemination of Prepaid Electricity Program, the Program Through SARLING (Marketing Roving), cooperation with local or central government, and Person to Person or from the mouth of the mouth. While no direct communication, we use the media covering Promotion Mix Advertising, Sales Promotion, Personal Selling, and Digital Online Marketing. (2).     Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui saldo kas optimal pada PT. Agung Podomoro Land Tbk periode 2015-2018 dengan menganalisis saldo kas yang dimiliki oleh perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan model miller-orr. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa saldo kas perusahaan dari tahun 2015-2018 berada pada posisi batas minimum saldo kas yang telah ditentukan. Simpulan, pengelolaan saldo kas pada PT.     According to the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Sukabumi City, the population aged 15 and over is the working-age population. The total labor force in Sukabumi City was known to have increased to 56.86 million in January 2021, compared to 55.74 million in January 2020. The labor force included unemployed persons over the age of 15 who were the employed or employed but temporarily jobless and the unemployed. The research was aimed at determining whether e-recruiting and social media had a significant influence towards increasing Gen Z's willingness to apply for jobs, and evaluating the effectiveness of social media and e-recruiting in evoking the interest in applicants among the Gen  Z students in Sukabumi. The primary research data were obtained from respondents and conducted quantitatively using associative descriptive method. The data, collected through questionnaires, consisted of 27 questions. The sample used consisted of 100 higher education students served as respondents from 10 universities in Sukabumi City by means of cluster sampling technique. Likert scale was deployed and multiple linear regression analysis was used for processing the data.     The research was aimed at determining the influence of brand awareness in mediating the relationship between brand associations toward buying decision. The research methods applied were associative descriptive and cluster sampling method by spreading out online questionnaires to 385 students who were Oppo users in Sukabumi city. The technique of analyzing data used in the research was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of data tabulating software IBM SPSS AMOS 24. The results of the research show that brand association influence significantly toward brand awareness, brand awareness influences positively and significantly toward buying decision, and brand awareness mediates the relationship of brand awareness toward buying decision.     Analisis Profitabilitas, Solvabilitas dan Ukuran Perusahaan yang Menyebabkan Audit Delay

    The purpose of this study is to determine the ratio of profitability, solvency and size of the company whether it affects the Audit Delay on PT Apexindo Pratama Duta Tbk listed on the Stock Exchange in the 2015-2017 period. the analytical method used in this research is descriptive-associative method. The data used in this study are secondary data from the company's financial statements. The results showed the value of Nagelkerke R Square was 0.672. This value shows the ability of independent variables (profitability, solvency and company size) in explaining the dependent variable (Audit Delay) is 67.2% and the remaining 32.8% there are other factors outside the model that explain the dependent variable. And the results of the Omnibus Test of Model Coefficients with a value of 0.329, which means greater than 0.05, the profitability, solvency and size of the company variables together do not affect the company's model (Audit Delay). In conclusion, profitability, solvency and company size variables do not affect and cause Audit Delay at PT Apexindo Pratama Duta Tbk.
