Digital technology has had an important impact on entrepreneurship. It has changed the uncertain nature of the process of new venture idea generation, and it has also brought unprecedented opportunities for the generation of new digital venture ideas. In order to explore how startups can deal with major challenges brought by digital technology and create new digital venture ideas, this paper focuses on micro level entrepreneurial actions and constructs a theoretical model of the relationship among networking capabilities, IT capabilities, prior knowledge, and new digital venture ideas. Furthermore, through the hierarchical linear regression analysis of 278 sample data, the paper finds that in the context of digitalization, both networking capabilities and IT capabilities have a positive impact on the generation of new digital venture ideas. In addition, prior knowledge plays an important role in moderating the relationship between IT capabilities and new digital venture ideas. This paper conducts both theoretical and empirical analysis to explore how startups can build new digital venture ideas in the context of digitalization, which guides small and medium-sized enterprises in responding to new challenges

The migration of households within China's population is a clear trend, and the proportion of migrant children is increasing annually. The government has gradually paid more attention to the migrant population and the children living with them, and has introduced preferential policies to alleviate the pressure they face. However, migrant children experience frequent mobility within their family structure, which can negatively impact their personal development, psychological health, and socialization. Comprehensive factors leading to poor family interactions in mobile families. A strong parent-child relationship is crucial for successful socialization of children and adolescents, and plays a pivotal role in the process of children's physical and mental development. Therefore, how to solve the parent-child problems encountered by these families after their mobility is the problem that social work should pay attention to. From the perspective of empowerment, this study utilizes the group work method to intervene in the parent-child relationship of migrant children, aiming at providing some experience for the research and practice of exploring the path of improving the parent-child relationship of migrant children

Herein, curcumin (Cur) was encapsulated into poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid) (PLGA) nanoparticles to improve the water solubility of Cur, and the formulation was optimized by single factor experiments. The surface of PLGA nanoparticles was modified by human transferrin (Tf) to improve the absorption efficiency of active substances by intestinal cells. Our findings indicated that the optimal preparation method for Cur-PLGA-NP was solvent volatilization and mixing the oil phase with the aqueous phase at a volume ratio of 1:2.5, the optimal loading ratio was 1:15, and the optimal mass concentration of emulsifier F68 was 0.3%. The uptake of Tf-modified PLGA nanoparticles (Tf-NP) by human colon cancer cell line HT-29 cells was significantly higher than that of the control, indicating that both the loading efficiency of Cur and its absorption by intestinal cells were significantly improved by using Tf-NP as a delivery vehicle for Cur. In summary, the absorption efficiency of Cur can be improved by modifying Cur-loaded PLGA nanoparticles with Tf, which provides a reference for the design of delivery systems for active substances with poor water solubility

A novel static synchronous compensator for reactive power compensation of distribution system (DSTATCOM) is proposed, based on the cascaded H-bridge multilevel inverter configuration. The mathematical formulation of the multilevel DSTATCOM is presented using state-space representations. A new software phase-locked loop (SPLL) is presented for grid synchronization and the obtained phase angle of the fundamental component of the grid voltage is utilized for deriving the active and reactive power balancing equations of the multilevel DSTATCOM. The proportional-resonant (PR) controller scheme is adopted for the current tracking control of the inverter, and the average dc-link voltage is controlled using a proportional-integral (PI) controller to regulate the active power flow of the DSTATCOM. Besides, the voltage balancing (VB) control among individual H-bridges is achieved by using separate PI regulators to control the difference voltage between the individual dc-link voltage and the average dc-link voltage. The validity of the proposed multilevel DSTATCOM and its control strategies is substantially confirmed by the extensive simulation results and the experimental results from the prototype system.

Research has long been associated with human life. In the effort to make a living, many experts who have contributed to the modernization of traditional research methods by conducting various research activities. In this process, professionals, from farmers to senior researchers, have done their part by developing plants that can tolerate or resist to disease. The growing population, climate change and plant disease are having a devastating effect on food security. In particular, it is essential to increase food production by producing high yielding crops of good quality, that may ensure food security. Recently, different gene- editing technologies have been developed. These techniques have been applied in many research fields and their development has provided economic benefits to farmers. Agrobacterium-mediated and biolistic methods are very important techniques for transforming genetic materials in plants. Genome- editing technologies are recent and highly applied in plant research to improve genes associated with yield, disease resistance and drought resistance. For example, Zinc-finger Nucleases (ZFNS), Transcription Activator-like Effector Nucleases (TALEN), and Clustered Regularly Interspaced Short Palindromic Repeats system (CRISPR/ Cas9) methods are now widely applied by researchers and are playing a positive role in increasing production and productivity. Of the gene- editing technology, CRISPR/ Cas9 is widely applied in plant breeding programme as it is easy to use and cost-effective. In this review, we mainly focus on peanut plant, which is an important oil-bearing allotetraploid crop. Therefore, peanut gene editing-technology could increase the oleic acid content in edible peanut oil. Thus, genome editing and gene transformation technologies are extensively explored in this review
