Plyometric exercise is a form of training that is quite diverse. In this study the researchers only use two forms of training that is Front Cone Hops and Rope Jump with a ratio of 1:1 and 1:2. By using the ratio 1:1 and 1:2 then this form of exercise in addition to increasing leg muscle strength, leg muscle power can also affect the increase in aerobic capacity. Pre test is done to know the initial data which will be used for division of group in Rope Jump and Front Cone Hops with ratio 1: 1.1: 2. given treatments 3 meetings in 1 week for 6 weeks. A week after the treatments were done post test in all groups. The results of paired t-test after post test in four groups showed significant results for leg muscle strength variables, to increase leg muscle power significantly only occurred in Front Cone Hops 1: 1 training group, and Front Cone Hops 1: 2. However, for aerobic capacity improvement showed less significant results in the four training groups. So it can be concluded that plyometric exercise using Front Cone Hops and Rope Jump with a ratio of 1: 1 and 1: 2. very efficient to increase leg muscle strength and leg muscle power but less efficient to increase aerobic capacity

Yuniati's research (2018) at TK At Taqwa Mekarsari Cimahi found that 17 people in the puzzle intervention group found that most of the children before being given a puzzle type educational game, had moderate fine motor skills (64.7%), the rest was (35.3%) ) respondents have low fine motor development. The research objective was to determine the effect of playing puzzle therapy on fine motoric development in pre-school children at TK Tunas Harapan Batokan Kasiman in 2021. This type of research was pre-experimental with a one group pretest-posttest approach. The sample in this study were 15 children. The sampling technique used total sampling. Data collection was by means of observation on February 1, 2021. The data were analyzed univariately and bivariately using statistical test paired samples T-test. The results of the study were the mean fine motor development before being given puzzle playing therapy at TK Tunas Harapan Batokan Kasiman with a mean value of 7.87, standard deviation of 1.246. The average fine motoric development after being given puzzle playing therapy at TK Tunas Harapan Batokan Kasiman with a mean value of 9.93 standard deviation is 1.534. There is an influence on the fine motoric development of children before and after playing puzzle therapy at TK Tunas Harpan Batokan Kasiman in 2021 with a p-value (0,000). The conclusion of the research on playing puzzle therapy can affect fine motor skills in children. It is hoped that puzzle playing therapy can be applied in TK Tunas Harapan Batokan Kasiman. And it is hoped that this research can be developed with other therapies to see the fine motor development of pre-school children

The rapid development of the social environment has posed significant challenges and influences on educational development in schools. Therefore, education that combines both school and Islamic boarding school (pesantren) is seen as one of the solutions for parents and children to overcome the challenges of the current era. However, the different cultural and educational contexts between schools in pesantren environments and formal schools will certainly have different impacts on the physical fitness of students. This study aims to identify the differences in the level of physical fitness between students at MTs Islamiyah Tulungagung (Islamic boarding school) and students at MTs Al-Falah Gajah (formal school). The population used in this study consisted of 276 students, while the sample size used was 25% of the total population, amounting to 65 students. The research method used was the ex post facto method with a static group comparison approach. The research instrument used was a psychomotor test, specifically the Physical Fitness Test for junior high school/MTs students (aged 13-15 years), which included: a) 60-meter sprint, b) pull-ups, c) sit-ups for 30 seconds, d) vertical jump, and e) Multistage Fitness Test (MFT). The results showed a significant difference in the average level of physical fitness between the students of MTs Islamiyah Tulungagung with a total average of 61.88 and the students of MTs Al-Falah Gajah with an average of 60.75. Thus, the level of physical fitness of students at MTs Islamiyah Tulungagung was better compared to MTs Al-Falah Gajah

This study aims to determine the learning motivation of students in the Physical Education subject through online / online learning in the 2020/2021 academic year. This study used a descriptive survey method and a questionnaire for data collection. The subjects in this study were all students of class X at SMA Plus Al Fatimah Bojonegoro, totaling 112 students. The validity coefficient is 0.890 and the reliability is 0.891. The results of this study indicate that through the online learning system physical education subjects in class X SMA Plus AL Fatimah Bojonegoro academic year 2020/2021 the learning motivation of students is in the "high" category which is 14.29% (14 students), the "medium" category namely 73.21% (82 students) while those in the "low" category were 12.50% (16 students). Thus it can be concluded that through the online system students of class X / SMA Plus AL Fatimah Bojonegoro in the academic year 2020/2021 the learning motivation of Physical Education students is in the moderate category

Background Problems: The lack of instruments suited to the unique needs of karate athletes in the junior Kumite category poses a significant challenge. Research Objectives: This study aims to develop a physical testing tool specifically designed to measure the physical abilities of junior athletes in the Kumite category. Methods:  The research method used developmental research to test the effectiveness of the product in the form of a karate physical test instrument. The data analysis was obtained from the results of interviews, observations, field notes, and describes the percentage of success of the trial product both in terms of process and research results starting from the planning, implementation, reflection, evaluation stages in the form of psychomotor, affective, cognitive data, and physical test results. Furthermore, the data from the physical test results were analysed using SPSS version 23 statistical techniques to identify the relationship between physical test results and performance in Kumite. Findings and Results: The results of this study indicated that the newly developed physical test instrument can provide a more specific measurement of the physical abilities of junior karate athletes in the Kumite category. In addition, the results also provided greater insight into the physical factors that influence performance in Kumite matches. By providing a more effective tool and increasing the understanding of the relationship between physical attributes and competitive performance. Conclusion: The implication of this study is that a scientific approach using physical measures provides a valuable contribution to the development of a selection system and the coaching of junior karate athletes. Thus, this study makes an important contribution to the development of the performance of junior karate athletes and improves the efficiency of their selection and coaching processes
