UUBE for Secure Sharing of Personal Health Records in Cloud
Cloud based Personal Health Record (PHR) is a prominent cloud based platform for switching a person’s health information in a secure manner. They are next generation cloud platform making possible for well organized , reliable & scalable data access to foster the public care. There happen numerous security issues when records of the data owners are reevaluated through the outsider cloud suppliers. The health records which are kept secret should be put away and recovered through a protected source with no misfortune in the information. Nonetheless sharing and probing of the data is the bottom line, but when it is outsourced beyond doubt it is a burdensome task. It might prompt reveal the delicate data thus the records may get helpless against the technocrats. In this article, we have suggested a novel access control structure called as User Usage Based Encryption (UUBE) constructed on the searchable attribute based encryption to guarantee the data protection. Utilization is planned as credential with a time span to each private attribute. The client can decipher only if there is a match between the accreditation's related with the attributes. Utilizing the feature extraction the accessible encryption plot empowers a predictable directing of encoded credits. Prior to starting the encryption conspire we apply the singular value decomposition algorithm to the non-utilized or less utilized credits to diminish the trait set. Moreover the information client privacy traps are handled utilizing the semantic grouping. To save the client secrecy a solid overlay protection convention is planned. We show a total security investigation with the goal that our suggested framework rules the cutting-edge approaches regarding communication and encoding cost
Evaluate the efficacy of comparative study of Aavapa Dravya Triovasti and Somavalkala Kashaya Yogabasti in Madhumeha (NIDDM)
Background: Madhumeha has become a burning issue in day today life. The term Prameha has broader connotations indicating the increased quantity and quality of urination. Madhumeha vis-Ă -vis Diabetes mellitus is a group of metabolic disorder characterized by Hyperglycaemia resulting from defects in Insulin secretion or its Action. In classics the prime importance has been given to Basti among Panchakarma and even termed as Ardhachikitsa or complete Chikitsa, as it produces multi-dimensional effect. Objectives: To evaluate the efficacy of the Vasti in Trio-vasti pattern and also to evaluate the efficacy of the Avapadravya in Vasti in Madhumeha, Methodology: 30 patients were selected for the study and equally divided in three groups. Group-A: 10 patients received Somavalka Kashaya Niruha Yoga Basti. Group-B: 10 patients received Somavalka Kashaya with Aavapa Dravya Niruha Yoga Basti. Group-C: 10 patients received Somavalka Kashaya Niruha Yoga Basti in Trio-vasti pattern. Results and Conclusion: After proper administration of Somavalka Kashaya Yogabasti in all the groups the results were noted that, it gives immediate and lasting results, both symptomatically and in sugar levels. Among 30 patients, 7 patients (23.33%) showed mild response, 12 Patients (40%) showed moderate response, 11 patients (36.66%) showed marked response. In mild and moderate type of Madhumeha patients, Somavalka Kashaya given in Trio-Basti helps to control it. Along with Bastikarma, administration of Patya Aahara- Vihara and Shamanoushadis may give better effect
Phyto-pharmacognostical study of Mocharasa (exudate of Shalmali)
Shalmali (Bombax malabaricum DC.) is a very useful Ayurvedic herb. The exudates of Bombax malabarica is known as Mocharasa. It is a Reddish-brown colored extract that oozes out from the broken crevices of the trunk of the Shalmali tree. Medicinal uses of Mocharasa have been reported in many traditional system of medicine such as Ayurveda, Siddha and Unani medicine since ancient times. Acharya Charak and Asthanga Samgraha mentioned Mocharasa under Sandhaniya Mahakashaya while Acharya Sushruta mentioned Mocharasa under Priyangvadigana, which has property as Sandhaniya. In present study, all aspects about Mocharasa have been taken like name, geographical source, Macroscopic, Microscopic, Physicochemical, Phytochemical (Qualitative & Quantitative) & Chromatographic activities. The macroscopic features of the Mocharasa were observed under magnifying lens. The powder microscopy showed the presence of starch grain, calcium oxalate, and stone cells. The physicochemical properties such as foreign matter, moisture content, ph value, aqueous soluble extract, alcohol soluble extract, petroleum ether soluble extract, total ash, acid insoluble ash, water soluble ash values of stem were carried out. In phytochemical study powder of Mocharasa showed the presence of many important classes of phytoconstituents like carbohydrates, alkaloids, amino acid, protein, saponin, glycosides, phenolic compound, steroids and tannins. Estimation of carotene, total flavonoid content, steroidal content, vit C, vit D, calcium and saponin analysis were carried out for quantitative analysis
