    On the embeddability of certain infinitely divisible probability measures on Lie groups

    We describe certain sufficient conditions for an infinitely divisible probability measure on a class of connected Lie groups to be embeddable in a continuous one-parameter convolution semigroup of probability measures. (Theorem 1.3). This enables us in particular to conclude the embeddability of all infinitely divisible probability measures on certain Lie groups, including the so called Walnut group (Corollary 1.5). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian belajar dan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran perencanaan bisnis melalui pelaksanaan tindakan dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Inkuiri pada kelas X Pemasaran 3 SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan tes. Teknik analisis data yang di gunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan didukung data kuantitatif. Prosedur penelitian meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan , pengamatan dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian dengan model pembelajaran inkuiri dapat meningkatkan kemandirian belajar dan hasil belajar ditinjau dari aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik. Hasil kemandirian pada pra siklus sebesar 13,9%, meningkat pada siklus I menjadi 75% dan siklus II menjadai 88,9%. Ketercapaian hasil belajar aspek kognitif pada siklus I sebesar 74,3% dan meningkat pada siklus II sebesar 77,8%. Ketercapaian hasil belajar aspek afektif pada siklus I sebesar 83,3% dan meningkat pada siklus II sebesar 86,1%. Ketercapaian Psikomotorik pada siklus I sebesar 88,9% dan meningkat pada siklus II sebesar 97,2%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembalajaran inkuiri dapat meningkatkan kemandirian belajar dan hasil belajar siswa kelas X Pemasaran 3 SMK Negeri 3 Surakarta Semester Genap Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018 Kata Kunci : Inkuiri, Kemandirian Belajar, Hasil Belajar

    Strong Electronic Correlation Effects in Coherent Multidimensional Nonlinear Optical Spectroscopy

    We discuss a many−body theory of the coherent ultrafast nonlinear optical response of systems with a strongly correlated electronic ground state that responds unadiabatically to photoexcitation. We introduce a truncation of quantum kinetic density matrix equations of motion that does not rely on an expansion in terms of the interactions and thus applies to strongly correlated systems. For this we expand in terms of the optical field, separate out contributions to the time−evolved many−body state due to correlated and uncorrelated multiple optical transitions, and use “Hubbard operator” density matrices to describe the exact dynamics of the individual contributions within a subspace of strongly coupled states, including “pure dephasing”. Our purpose is to develop a quantum mechanical tool capable of exploring how, by coherently photoexciting selected modes, one can trigger nonlinear dynamics of strongly coupled degrees of freedom. Such dynamics could lead to photoinduced phase transitions. We apply our theory to the nonlinear response of a two−dimensional electron gas (2DEG) in a magnetic field. We coherently photoexcite the two lowest Landau level (LL) excitations using three time−delayed optical pulses. We identify some striking temporal and spectral features due to dynamical coupling of the two LLs facilitated by inter−Landau−level magnetoplasmon and magnetoroton excitations and compare to three−pulse four−wave−mixing (FWM) experiments. We show that these features depend sensitively on the dynamics of four−particle correlations between an electron−hole pair and a magnetoplasmon/magnetoroton, reminiscent of exciton−exciton correlations in undoped semiconductors. Our results shed light into unexplored coherent dynamics and relaxation of the quantum Hall system (QHS) and can provide new insight into non−equilibrium co−operative phenomena in strongly correlated systems

    Pendugaan Daya Gabung dan Heritabilitas Beberapa Karakter Agronomis pada Populasi Generasi F1 Kakao (Theobroma Cacao L.)

    Informasi mengenai parameter genetik diperlukan sebagai dasar penentuan tetua dalam perakitan varietas hibrida. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui daya gabung umum (DGU) dan daya gabung khusus (DGK) tetua dari 10 populasi F1 kakao hasil persilangan dialel 5 x 5 tanpa selfing dan tanpa resiprok. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan (KP.) Sumber Asin, Malang, Jawa Timur dari bulan April sampai Oktober 2013. Tetua yang digunakan adalah DR1 (kakao edel) dan ICCRI 03, TSH 858, ICS 13, dan Sca 6 (kakao lindak). Karakter yang diamati adalah lingkar batang, tinggi jorket, persentase tanaman berbunga, dan persentase tanaman berbuah. Data karakter tersebut dianalisis ragamnya menggunakan metode Griffing 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan klon TSH 858 memiliki efek DGU paling tinggi untuk karakter lingkar batang dan persentase tanaman berbunga, sedangkan klon Sca 6 untuk tinggi jorket. Kedua klon tersebut berpotensi untuk dijadikan tetua persilangan dalam pembentukan varietas sintetis. Nilai DGK paling tinggi ditunjukkan oleh kombinasi tetua DR 1 x Sca 6 untuk karakter lingkar batang, persentase tanaman berbunga, dan persentase tanaman berbuah, sedangkan kombinasi TSH 858 x DR 1 memperlihatkan nilai paling tinggi untuk karakter tinggi jorket. Kedua kombinasi tetua tersebut potensial dijadikan alternatif dalam perakitan varietas hibrida.Kata kunci: Kakao mulia, kakao lindak, Daya Gabung Khusus, Daya Gabung Umum, Griffing 4, heritabilitasKnowledge about genetic parameters is important for plant breeders as a basis for determining potential parent in hybrid breeding programs. The objectives of this study was to evaluate general combining ability (GCA) and specific combining ability (SCA) in F1 population of cocoa derived from diallel crossing of 5 x 5 without selfing and reciprocal. The experiment was conducted at the Sumber Asin experimental station, Malang, East Java, from April to October 2013. The parental clones used are ICCRI 03, TSH 858, Sca 6, ICS 13 (bulk cacao) dan DR 1 (fine cacao). Observations on agronomic characters including trunk girth, jorquette height, percent of flowering, and percent of fruiting were carried out on individual plants. Variance analysis was perfomed by Griffing Method type 4. The result showed that TSH 858 clone has the highest GCA effect on trunk girth and percent of flowering (TSH 858), while Sca 6 clone was significant only for jorquette height. Both of those clones would be potential as parent in assembling new variety, particularly to gain the large trunk girth and high jorquette. On the other hand, the highest SCA value indicated by the combination of DR 1 x Sca 6 for trunk girth, percent of flowering and percent of fruiting, whereas the combination of TSH 858 x DR 1 showed the highest value for jorquette height. Both of these parent combinations are prospective as an alternative in the assembly of new hybrid varieties

    Rolling and Annealing Effects on Microstructure and Hardness of Commercial 405 Stainless Steel

    The "cold-rolling" experiments for several values of true strain namely 5 percent, 10 percent, and 15 percent respectively have been carried out on commercial SS-405 steel samples at 350oC; the as-rolled samples were cut into several pieces in size of 10 x 10 x 5 mm3, and some pieces were annealed to 550oC for 24 hours. All samples were then mounted and polished before etching in order to observe the grain boundaries. The microstructure observation on all samples was carried out by using optical microscope (MO), meanwhile X-ray diffraction technique was employed in order to support the identification of the existing phases and to verify changes with respect to crystal orientation; the hardness tests were carried out by using Vickers micro hardness tester. The microstructure observation supported by X-ray diffraction results shows that the phase grains of rolled sample tends to take the oblong-shape, accompanied by a preferred orientation predominantly inclined toward the (110) plane. The microhardness testing results show that there has been an increase in the hardness of the as-rolled samples; Mainly because of the nearly negligible thickness of the original sample (being only 5 mm in size), the 15 percent as-rolled samples exhibits only a slight reduction in hardness compared to the 10 percent as-rolled samples; The main cause of this effect is the movement of some dislocations infiltrating the surface resulting in the reduction of the inner-stress in the bulk of the samples. In the rolled-annealed samples there is a very significant reduction in hardness compared to the as-rolled samples. Here the main cause is the recrystallization process taking place during annealing, which tends to significantly reduce the dislocations

    The background to this research is the unfavorable of the learning outcomes in pencak silat single artistic. The purpose this research was to determine the effect of intelligence, flexibility, and motor educability of the learning outcomes in pencak silat single artistic student on Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa Pencak Silat Islamic University “45”. This research was conducted at Islamic University “45” Bekasi, Jl. Cut Meutia No. 83 Bekasi in November 2016 with survey method, technical analysts use path analysis. The population this research is the student on Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa Pencak Silat Islamic University “45 amount to 30 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling amounted to 16 people. The instruments used are learning outcomes in pencak silat single artistic used assessment rubric scale of 3 (good, enough and less), an intelligence test, sit and reach test, and Motor Educability Iowa Brace Test. The conclusion is: (1) Intelligence directly affects the learning outcomes of pencak silat single artistic, (2) flexibility has no directly affects the learning outcomes of pencak silat single artistic, (3) Motor educability directly affect the the learning outcomes of pencak silat single artistic, (4) Intelligence directly affects the motor educability, and (5) flexibility directly affects the motor educability

    Development of Web-Based Learning Media in Vocational Secondary School

    This research aims to develop a Web-based learning media effectively on subjects of Automotive Basic Electrical Engineering in Vocational Secondary School (SMK) Negeri 1 Lintau Buo. Web-based learning media developed measured their effectiveness, as one media choice efficient and effective learning for students This research using the method of Research and Development (R&D) with 4-D model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The results obtained from this research are as follows: (1) the learning media validity of the web-based learning media is declared valid with value of  85.99%, and on aspects of the material declared valid with a value of 87.7%; (2) the media practicalities of web-based learning media on the teacher's response stated the practical value of 81.7%, and based on the response of the students stated the practical value of 88%; (3) the media effectiveness of the web-based learning media was declared effective in improving student learning outcomes
