When discussing the issue of learning the subject matter of training many researchers still easily replace the following notions and equate their meaning: simulation training, simulation training session and simulation clinic. And they insist that it is easy to develop cognitive skills in doctoring putting special emphasis on manual skills. No simulator or simulation technology can construct the real life situation including relations between the trainer and trainee. Training is an integrated complex of perceptions, thinking and effects. And it is the shift from reality during training that promotes incorporation of doubtful research information into education. Simplification of the problems with priorities given to marginal elements of training results in ineffective decisions especially when high quality treatment is required and medical training sessions cannot solve the problem of lacking medical personnel to provide high-tech medical care.Β ΠΠΎ-ΠΏΡΠ΅ΠΆΠ½Π΅ΠΌΡ ΠΌΠ½ΠΎΠ³ΠΈΠ΅ ΠΈΡΡΠ»Π΅Π΄ΠΎΠ²Π°ΡΠ΅Π»ΠΈ ΠΏΡΠΈ ΠΎΠ±ΡΡΠΆΠ΄Π΅Π½ΠΈΠΈ ΠΏΡΠΎΠ±Π»Π΅ΠΌΡ ΠΏΠΎΠ·Π½Π°Π½ΠΈΡ ΠΏΡΠ΅Π΄ΠΌΠ΅ΡΠ° ΠΎΠ±ΡΡΠ΅Π½ΠΈΡ Ρ Π»Π΅Π³ΠΊΠΎΡΡΡΡ ΠΏΠΎΠ΄ΠΌΠ΅Π½ΡΡΡ ΡΠ»Π΅Π΄ΡΡΡΠΈΠ΅ ΠΏΠΎΠ½ΡΡΠΈΡ, ΠΎΡΠΎΠΆΠ΄Π΅ΡΡΠ²Π»ΡΡ ΠΈΡ

Evaluation of the PV cell operation temperature in the process of fast switching to open-circuit mode
A procedure for measuring the overheating temperature
(ΞT ) of a p-n junction area in the structure of photovoltaic (PV) cells converting laser or solar radiations relative to the ambient temperature has been proposed for the conditions of connecting to an electric load. The basis of the procedure is the measurement of
the open-circuit voltage (VO C ) during the initial time period after the fast disconnection of the external resistive load. The simultaneous temperature control on an external heated part of a PV module gives the means for determining the value of VO C at ambient temperature.
Comparing it with that measured after switching OFF
the load makes the calculation of ΞT possible. Calibration data on the VO C = f(T ) dependences for single-junction AlGaAs/GaAs and triple-junction InGaP/GaAs/Ge PV cells are presented. The temperature dynamics in the PV cells has been determined under
flash illumination and during fast commutation of the load. Temperature measurements were taken in two cases: converting continuous laser power by single-junction cells and converting solar power by triple-junction cells operating in the concentrator modules

Objective: to study the efficiency of using small-dose estrogens as a component of remedial premedication. Subjects and materials. A hundred and ninety menopausal women were examined. All the patients were divided into a study group and a control one. Group 1 included patients with uterine myoma and menopausal syndrome, which was further divided into two subgroups: Subgroup A comprised patients who as a remedial premedication, along with the standard therapy, received hormonal therapy with oral estradiol in a dose of 2 mg once daily for 7 days. There were no contraindications to the use of these drugs in all the women from this subgroup. Postoperative estrogen therapy was continued in the above doses for a year (as recommended by the International Menopause Committee). Subgroup B consisted of 40 women with menopausal syndrome who received the standard conventional premedication and postoperative therapy. Group 2 included 70 patients with physiological menopause and uterine myoma. Studies were made when remedial premedication was given just before surgery and on discharge from hospital on days 7β8. Results. In the patients with the menopausal syndrome, the level of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) was ascertained to be higher than that in women with normal menopause, the level of estradiol was accordingly lower. The differences found in the levels of hormones in the patients depending on the clinical course of a menopausal period allowed the use of hormonal replacement therapy with estradiol in the remedial premedication regimen as both etiologically and pathogenetically founded. On admission, the first stage of psychoemotional testing before remedial premedication revealed impairments of memory, attention, and thinking, as well as high anxiety in all the patients with myoma and menopausal syndrome. There was a significant reduction in long-term memory and memorization. Seven days after preoperative preparation using estradiol, 2 mg/day, there were no short- and long memory disorders and there was stabilization of psychoemotional disorders in most patients. Hemodynamic studies showed that before remedial premedication the patients with abnormal menopause had the following hemodynamics types: hypertensive-hypodynamic dissociation (60.2%) and isolated hypertension (25.2%). In patients with concomitant menopausal syndrome, correction of hemodynamic changes, with the type of central hemodynamics being kept in mind, reduced the frequency of a hypertensive-hypodynamic dissociation and isolated hypertension to 24.7 and 12.0%, respectively. Conclusion. Evaluation of the efficiency of preoperative preparation of patients with concomitant menopausal syndrome may lead to the conclusion that there are benefits of using small doses (2 mg/day) of estrogen for 5β7 days as a component of remedial premedication. By exerting a specific hormonal effect, estrogen therapy promotes psychoemotional stabilization and cardiovascular function normalization. This all reduces the time of preparation of patients for surgery, leads to its favorable course, and decreases the incidence of postoperative complications. Key words: premedication, uterine myoma, menopausal syndrome, psychoemotional disorders, hemodynamics, estrogens, preoperative preparation.Π¦Π΅Π»Ρ. Objective: to clarify the causes and changes of body temperature in relation to the type of stroke and the presence or absence of pyoinflammatory complications.Subjects and methods. The case histories were retrospectively analyzed in 211 survivors and deceased patients with acute cerebrovascular accident at the age of 38β87 years. In the patients from different groups and subgroups, changes in their temperature were assessed from its curves during their hospital stay. Indicators, such as initiation of hyperthermia (hours), duration of hyperthermia (days) and unrelieved hyperthermia (hours), were estimated. The pattern and number of pyoinflammatory complications in each patient were taken into account.Results. The paper deals with the retrospective analysis of a temperature response in the survivors and deceased patients with myocardial infarction and intracerebral hemorrhage. It shows body temperature changes in relation to the type of stroke and the presence or absence of pyoinflammatory complications, such as pneumonia, meningitis, purulent tracheobronchitis, etc. The main causes of hyperthermia in stroke were elucidated.Conclusion. Hyperthermia affects negatively the outcome of stroke and increases the length of hospital stay regardless of the type of stroke. In patients with acute cerebrovascular accident, the causes of hyperthermia are a focus of brain injury, blood in the cerebrospinal fluid system, and pyoinflammatory complications.Β Π¦Π΅Π»Ρ ΡΠ°Π±ΠΎΡΡ β ΡΡΠΎΡΠ½ΠΈΡΡ ΠΏΡΠΈΡΠΈΠ½Ρ ΠΏΠΎΠ²ΡΡΠ΅Π½ΠΈΡ ΠΈ Π΄ΠΈΠ½Π°ΠΌΠΈΠΊΡ ΡΠ΅ΠΌΠΏΠ΅ΡΠ°ΡΡΡΡ ΡΠ΅Π»Π° Π² Π·Π°Π²ΠΈΡΠΈΠΌΠΎΡΡΠΈ ΠΎΡ Π²ΠΈΠ΄Π° ΠΈΠ½ΡΡΠ»ΡΡΠ° ΠΈ Π½Π°Π»ΠΈΡΠΈΡ ΠΈΠ»ΠΈ ΠΎΡΡΡΡΡΡΠ²ΠΈΡ Π³Π½ΠΎΠΉΠ½ΠΎ-Π²ΠΎΡΠΏΠ°Π»ΠΈΡΠ΅Π»ΡΠ½ΡΡ
