No full textThe use of video cameras for coastal management is now a valuable system for the control of morphodynamics and hydrodynamics in the coastal environment, and also for the control of ship traffic, tourist flow, etc. The aim of this paper is to present the video systems developed for the videomonitoring of the coastal zone in Europe, and applied during the BEACHMED-e project.
