In Jakarta, the amount of manpower was larger than the number of opportunitiesfor employment. This fact made a serious unemployment problems.The purpose ofresearch was analyzing the influence of GDP, wage and investment on the absorptionof manpower.There were 3 results of research. First, GDP had a positive significanceinfluence on absorption of manpower. Second, wage factor had a negative significantinfluence on. And third, investment had a negative significant influence on. The lastresult was not according with theory, because the most of investors in Jakarta more usecapital-intensive than manpower-intensive.This study suggested the local government to improve economic growth up, tosurmount the disagreement of wage between employee and employer, and to deep-selectto the next of big investors applicant who will plant their large capital in Jakarta

Digital Game Prototyping Using Board Game/Table Top as it’s Mock Up Case Study: Taman Putroe Phang Game Project

Many of the games with the Indonesian culture adaptations has been developed nowadays. Some of them are made for commercial markets and the other still developed as portfolio and also academic purposes. Some games, already had great gameplay and also had some beautifully digitalized artwork. However, in academic level games projects such as communications designs student’s final projects games prototyping, they often show many errors in the process, especially at gameplay and asset’s development. This circumstances happened because they (the students) lack of the knowledge about how to make a good gameplay based on narrations and always concern about how to designing the visual contents than make it have a great game. With the qualitative research methods by analyzing a games’ project called Taman Putroe Phang, a game project which adapting the Aceh’s Kingdom Romance History. Using game development theory and game design theories, this research wants to explain about how the game developed using board game/ tabletop prototyping before go to the digitalized final game design. The research purpose is to give a perspective and helps the beginner game designer to make a success game prototype using the table top mock up at the process, that shown in game’s prototype. Analisis Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi dalam Memenuhi Kewajiban Membayar Pajak (Studi Kasus pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Singosari)

This study aims to analyze the factors that affect individual taxpayers in meeting their tax obligation. The independent variable in this study is the realization pay tax, service tax authorities, knowledge and understanding of tax laws, the perception of the effectiveness of the tax system. While the dependent variable in this study is the willingness to pay taxes. This study used a nonprobability sampling technique using this type of sampling Incidental sampling. Primary data collection method with questionnaires and secondary data with documents in the collection. Respondents were sampled from the 50 respondents who constitute individual taxpayers and registered with the Tax Office Primary Singosari taxpayer classified as effective. Analysis of the research data using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the analysis of this study showed that awareness of paying taxes to the value β1 = 0.180, the value of the service tax authorities β2 = 0.205, knowledge and understanding of tax laws with β3 = 0.296 and the value perception of the effectiveness of the tax system with the value of β4 = 0.261, respectively variables affect the willingness to pay taxes to the value of a = 1.542

Determinasi Motivasi Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPS

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinasi motivasi berprestasi dengan hasil belajar IPS. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada semester genap SMP Negeri 3 Singaraja. Subjek penelitian diambil secara proportional random sampling sebanyak 186 orang dari 360 orang populasi. Data hasil belajar diambil melalui tes hasil belajar, data motivasi berprestasi diukur dengan kuesioner model skala Likert. Data dianalisis dengan korelasi product moment. Penelitian menemukan terdapat determinasi langsung antara motivasi berprestasi dengan hasil belajar IPS sebesar 16,9% dengan (r = 0,412; ρ = 0,016) Keadaan ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar IPS dikontribusi oleh motivasi berprestasi

Cooperative performance is one factor that must be taken to ensure that the purpose of the cooperative to run well. Cooperative aims to improve the welfare of members in particular and society in general. The study was conducted to assess the performance of the cooperative based on the Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 06 / Reg/ M.CSME / V / 2006. Location study on Cooperative Employees (Kopkar) PT Gudang Garam, Tbk "MEKAR" 2011-2013 period. Aspects of assessment used is the aspect of organization, governance and management, productivity , as well as the benefits and impacts. This research is a descriptive research with quantitative approachment. The performance assessment conducted in Kopkar PT Gudang Garam, Tbk "MEKAR" during the 2011-2013 period fluctuating results. The average value of performance based aspects of the organization during the period 2011-2013 amounted to 89.77 with a very good description, aspects of governance and management amounted to 70.83 with a good description, aspects of productivity amounted to 59.37 with sufficient description, as well as aspects of the benefits and impacts at 96.87 with a very good description

Evaluasi Penetapan Formulasi Kebijakan Pajak Hiburan dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) di Kota Batu

This research aims to know the background of the Batu City Government in making policies entertainment. Tax rate is increasing in the Regional Regulation No. 6 of 2010 and decreased in the tax rate entertainment in Regional Regulation No. 2 of 2012 also analyzing the impact of the posed to the entertainment tax revenue in Batu. Another objective of this research is to determine the factors supporting and entertainment in the process of tax collection in Batu. The results of this study are revenues from entertainment tax Batu running optimally with the enactment of the Regional Regulation No. 2 of 2012 compared with the Regional Regulation No. 6 of 2010. The researchers also find a discrepancy between the formulation of the Government of Batu City with applicable laws, namely the absence of a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and an academic paper in the process of establishing local regulations on entertainment tax. Factors supporting the entertainment tax collection in Batu are the awareness of the taxpayer in paying taxes and a beautiful geographic of Batu. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived usefulness, interest, and the use of e-commerce (case study on users Olx.co.id) and provide input to Olx.co.id for more attention to advertisements that do not giving complete information on goods or services they offer. Based on the research objectives, the method of analysis is to use quantitative analysis by distributing questionnaires to sellers/buyers (users) Olx.co.id. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data, primary data used is by distributing online questionairs to the respondents, and secondary data used comes from reports, journals and archives relevant literatures. The analysis of data is using path analysis. The results showed that the ease of having a significant impact on the usefulness, interest, and the use of Olx.co.id simultaneously. Usefulness variables have the most dominant influence on the interest in using Olx.co.id

Hull Inspection Productivity Measurement for a New Shipbuilding Project (Case Study of Bic 11.02 a New Shipbuilding Project)

Hull construction process for a new shipbuilding project usualy consist of a set of stages. Starting from material identification, marking, cutting fabrication, assembly and testing. For many shipyard hull inspection activity and hull production stages are joined to simplify production progress monitoring. A 20% credit given for inspection activity. Inspection activities particulary for hull construction which consist of inspection and repair work. Schedule slip of a new shipbuilding is very potencial. This condition is met when man power allocation and work priority are not set properly. Therefore, a clear parameter which conduct with inspection productivity to production manager should be provided. This parameter could help production manager to determine priority of repair work. In this case, differences parameter between production that is using pane measurement and inspection that is using compartement measurement. These two different parameter could make difficulties, particulary when production manager want to know how much progess has been done.
