Thermodynamic Interpretation of Field Equations at Horizon of BTZ Black Hole

A spacetime horizon comprising with a black hole singularity acts like a boundary of a thermal system associated with the notions of temperature and entropy. In case of static metric of BTZ black hole, the field equations near horizon boundary can be expressed as a thermal identity dE=TdS+PrdAdE = TdS + P_{r}dA, where E=ME = M is the mass of BTZ black hole, dAdA is the change in the area of the black hole horizon when the horizon is displaced infinitesimally small, PrP_{r} is the radial pressure provided by the source of Einstein equations, S=4πaS= 4\pi a is the entropy and T=κ/2πT = \kappa / 2\pi is the Hawking temperature associated with the horizon. This approach is studied further to generalize it for non-static BTZ black hole and show that it is also possible to interpret the field equation near horizon as a thermodynamic identity dE=TdS+PrdA+Ω+dJdE = TdS + P_{r}dA + \Omega_{+} dJ, where Ω+\Omega_{+} is the angular velocity and JJ is the angular momentum of BTZ black hole. These results indicate that the field equations for BTZ black hole possess intrinsic thermodynamic properties near horizon.Comment: 8 page

The participation of women at this time rather than just demanding equal rights but also expresses its function has the meaning for the development of society Indonesia. conflict of dual role is the simultaneous occurrence of two or more role allotment, which is the fulfillment of a role that will give rise to difficulties in fulfilling the role of the other. Work-family conflict has two components, namely family affairs interfere with work, work-family conflict can arise due to the Affairs of the jobs came family. Conflicts arising as a result of household chores and all the consequences disrupt the performance of the functions of the employment of mothers in the workplace. An adaptive response, linked by characteristics and individual psychology or process which is a consecuetion of any external action, situation or event that puts the demands of special psychological and or physical person. The results of the work can be accomplished by a person or group of people in an organization in accordance with the authority and responsibility of their respective efforts in order to achieve the objectives of the Organization in question legally, does not violate the law and in accordance with morals or ethics. Double role conflict can have an impact on work stress, this shows the higher conflict dual role female employees, then the greater the also stress their work. The impact of the conflict on performance of dual role female employees indicating higher role conflict the women, then the lower the performance of them. Work stress is also impacting on the performance of female employees have, i.e. show the higher the stress of work, then the lower the pulakinerja female employee

This study aims to identify and analyze the impact of the Covid-19 on the home industry and SMEs sector. The research method used was a literature study. Literature study is method research conducted by examining ten previous studies on strategies to survive the SMEs during the pandemic. Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are on the edge of a cliff. The Covid-19 pandemic caused the economic downturn. The lockdown stopped economic activity, reduced demand, and reduced interactions with others. At the beginning of the lockdown, SMEs one by one suffered losses and went bankrupt. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the home industry and SMEs sector is certainly influential because it has made a significant contribution to the economy in this field. The results showed that the use of information technology had been applied quite widely in various areas. Quite a lot of offline shops have also tried to open shops online, e-commerce sites, and even web e-commerce, apart from being accessed via the web, are also widely available. From the use of computers and the internet in managing their business. The conclusion that millennial customers' online buying interest during the Covid-19 outbreak was not influenced by product prices but influenced by millennial customer trust

MHD convective heat transfer of nanofluids through a flexible tube with buoyancy : a study of nano-particle shape effects

    Get PDF
This paper presents an analytical study of magnetohydrodynamics and convective heat transfer of nanofluids synthesized by three different shaped (brick, platelet and cylinder) silver (Ag) nanoparticles in water. A two-phase nanoscale formulation is adopted which is more appropriate for biophysical systems. The flow is induced by metachronal beating of cilia and the flow geometry is considered as a cylindrical tube. The analysis is carried out under the low Reynolds number and long wavelength approximations and the fluid and cilia dynamics is of the creeping type. A Lorentzian magnetic body force model is employed and magnetic induction effects are neglected. Solutions to the transformed boundary value problem are obtained via numerical integration. The influence of cilia length parameter, Hartmann (magnetic) number, heat absorption parameter, Grashof number (free convection), solid nanoparticle volume fraction, and cilia eccentricity parameter on the flow and heat transfer characteristics (including effective thermal conductivity of the nanofluid) are examined in detail. Furthermore a comparative study for different nanoparticle geometries (i.e. bricks, platelets and cylinders) is conducted. The computations show that pressure increases with enhancing the heat absorption, buoyancy force (i.e. Grashof number) and nanoparticle fraction however it reduces with increasing the magnetic field. The computations also reveal that pressure enhancement is a maximum for the platelet nano-particle case compared with the brick and cylinder nanoparticle cases. Furthermore the quantity of trapped streamlines for cylinder type nanoparticles exceeds substantially that computed for brick and platelet nanoparticles, whereas the bolus magnitude (trapped zone) for brick nanoparticles is demonstrably greater than that obtained for cylinder and platelet nanoparticles. The present model is applicable in biological and biomimetic transport phenomena exploiting magnetic nanofluids and ciliated inner tube surfaces

Variable-viscosity thermal hemodynamic slip flow conveying nanoparticles through a permeable-walled composite stenosed artery

    Get PDF
This paper presents a mathematical model for simulating viscous, incompressible, steady-state blood flow containing biocompatible copper nanoparticles and coupled heat transfer through a composite stenosed artery with permeable walls. Wall slip hydrodynamic and also thermal buoyancy effects are included. The artery is simulated as an isotropic elastic tube, following Joshi et al (2009), and a variable viscosity formulation is employed for the flowing blood. The equations governing the transport phenomena are non-dimensionalized and the resulting boundary value problem is solved analytically in the steady state subject to physically appropriate boundary conditions. Numerical computations are conducted to quantify the effects of relevant hemodynamic, thermophysical and nanoscale parameters emerging in the model on velocity and temperature profiles, wall shear stress, impedance resistance and also streamline distributions. The model may be applicable to drug fate transport modeling with nanoparticle agents and also the optimized design of nanoscale medical devices for diagnosing stenotic diseases in circulatory systems

Quantum corrections to the entropy of charged rotating black holes

Hawking radiation from a black hole can be viewed as quantum tunneling of particles through the event horizon. Using this approach we provide a general framework for studying corrections to the entropy of black holes beyond semiclassical approximations. Applying the properties of exact differentials for three variables to the first law thermodynamics, we study charged rotating black holes and explicitly work out the corrections to entropy and horizon area for the Kerr-Newman and charged rotating BTZ black holes. It is shown that the results for other geometries like the Schwarzschild, Reissner-Nordstr\"{o}m and anti-de Sitter Schwarzschild spacetimes follow easily
