O PAPEL DA EDUCAÇÃO DO CAMPO NA CONSTRUÇÃO DO DESENVOLVIMENTO RURAL: UMA PROPOSTA DE AGENDA PARA A PESQUISA A PARTIR DAS DIMENSÕES DE GÊNERO E RAÇA NA AGRICULTURA FAMILIAR

Este artigo propõe uma agenda de pesquisa para a educação do campo, adotando um recorte de gênero e raça. Observa-se a presença das comunidades quilombolas no meio rural brasileiro, refletindo sobre o lugar ocupado pelas mulheres nesse contexto. Para a elaboração deste trabalho foram utilizados procedimentos pré-definidos de pesquisa e informações oficiais de diversos órgãos públicos que possuem ações voltadas ao etnodesenvolvimento, incluindo o Ministério do Desenvolvimento Agrário - MDA, a Secretaria Especial de Políticas de Promoção da Igualdade Racial - SEPPIR, o Ministério do Meio Ambiente - MMA, o Ministério da Educação - MEC e o Ministério do Desenvolvimento Social e Combate à Fome - MDS. --------------------------------------------------------This article proposes an agenda of research with approach of gender and race for the rural education. It is focused in the presence of remaining communities of quilombos in the Brazilian agricultural way, reflecting on the important place for the women in this context. A cachoeira do poço encantado : empreendimento familiar e presença Kalunga na cadeia do ecoturismo em Teresina de Goiás

Apresentam-se os principais resultados e discussões de dissertação de mestrado, cujo objeto é a experiência desenvolvida na Cachoeira do Poço Encantado, no município de Teresina de Goiás, considerando-o, metodologicamente, como manifestação singular da conformação atual da sociedade capitalista, que se apresenta de forma contraditória e dinâmica. Na construção do objeto perseguiram-se os seguintes objetivos: conhecer as estratégias implementadas e que conformam a cadeia do ecoturismo naquela localidade; compreender de que maneira os Kalungas estão inseridos nessa cadeia; refletir sobre a formulação e implementação de políticas públicas que contemplem as comunidades quilombolas no Brasil, e fornecer indicações quanto às perspectivas futuras.The object of study in this research is the ecotourism experience developed in the Poço Encantado Waterfall located in Teresina de Goiás, in the Chapada dos Veadeiros region, Northeast of Goiás. It is a family business established since 1996 opened to public visitation which offers rural and ecological tourism. The activities developed there are also related to the territory of the biggest remaining community of quilombos in Brazil: the Kalunga community. In order to understand this object of study we attempted to attain the following objectives: a) To know the strategies that form and were implemented in the chain of ecotourism in the waterfall of Poço Encantado; b) To understand in what ways the Kalunga people are inserted within such chain; c) To reflect about the formulation and implementation of public policies which can benefit the Quilombolas communities in Brazil; d) To provide a plan concerning future perspectives. In this research, we chose the single case study as a methodological resource. We consider the Poço Encantado Waterfall to be a unique manifestation that must be contextualized and part of the present capitalist society which presents itself in a contradictory and dynamic way. The purpose of this research is to contribute in the agribusiness field. This business proposition is to analyze and point out immediate and viable ways to change the approach and strategies in the activities involved along the productive chains

Análise da implementação do Programa de Aquisição de Alimentos (PAA) pela Companhia Nacional de Abastecimento no período 2003-2015: estudo de caso sobre a modalidade compra com doação simultânea

Este artigo pretende analisar o desenho e a prática de implementação do Programa de Aquisição de Alimentos - PAA, adotando como estudo de caso a modalidade “Compra com Doação Simultânea”, operacionalizada pela Conab no período de 2003 a 2015. O trabalho se desdobra nas seguintes seções: apresentação da trajetória que deu origem ao Programa; referencial teórico sobre o desenho da política pública; identificação dos arranjos e estratégias adotadas pela Companhia na implementação da política; análise da política pela matriz SWOT; e recomendações finais, propondo medidas que promovam maior eficiência na implementação do Programa.Número de páginas: 41 p.Políticas Públicas e Sociai

SUBSÍDIOS PARA A ELABORAÇÃO E IMPLEMENTAÇÃO DE POLÍTICAS PÚBLICAS COM RECORTE DE GÊNERO E RAÇA NA AGRICULTURA FAMILIAR

Neste artigo são apresentados subsídios para a elaboração e implementação de políticas públicas com recorte de gênero e raça na agricultura familiar. Em meio à diversidade da estrutura agrária brasileira, destaca-se a presença das comunidades quilombolas, refletindo sobre o lugar ocupado pelas mulheres nesse contexto. Tal proposição justifica-se pela falta de avaliação e reconhecimento do papel deste segmento, na preservação dos valores étnicos, do patrimônio material e imaterial, dos cuidados com a manutenção da biodiversidade e da segurança alimentar. Para a elaboração deste trabalho foram utilizadas informações obtidas pelo projeto Gênero, raça e atividades produtivas para o Etnodesenvolvimento (UNIFEM/DFID/MDA). Inicialmente, apresenta-se um breve nivelamento conceitual que busca introduzir a discussão. Considera-se que além de reconhecer a divisão sexual do trabalho, como elemento estruturador da organização do trabalho, também é fundamental reconhecer as especificidades dos grupos étnicos. Em seguida, são apresentados dados referentes às atividades produtivas desenvolvidas pelas mulheres quilombolas. E finalmente, na terceira parte, busca-se refletir sobre a elaboração e implementação de políticas públicas voltadas a um maior empoderamento econômico e social das mulheres quilombolas, levando em consideração o seu papel no desenvolvimento rural
