microempresa YEFANY S.A.C.
la Inversión) de 4.7 meses y B/C (Beneficio-Costo) 2.7.The general objective of this work was to develop a proposal for improvement in shoe production
management; to reduce costs and therefore improve its economic profitability of the microenterprise
YEFANY S.A.C.
First, a diagnosis was made of the current situation of the microenterprise for each area under study.
The Production area was selected as it was diagnosed that they were the most critical in the
microenterprise because it can be considered as the heart of it, and if the activity of this section were
interrupted, the entire microenterprise would cease to be productive.
Once the stage of problem identification was completed, the diagnosis of the microenterprise was
drafted. Likewise, calculations were made to determine the economic impact generated in the
microenterprise by these problems represented in monetary losses.
In addition, it is systematically detailed Industrial Engineering tools used such as: Economic Order
Lot, Planning of manufacturing resources (MRP 2), 5 S, Control format for raw material, Physical
Distribution of Processes and Incentives.
The results that were achieved are: Reduce the costs that are generating the root causes of S /.
20,159.54 per month to S /. 12,110.74 obtaining a benefit of S /. 8,048.80 per month (approximately
a total of 40% savings).
For the implementation of the proposal, an upward investment of S /. 9,950 soles in tangible materials
and tools; S/. 716 monthly operating costs to carry out the work and S/. 50.33 monthly for
depreciation.
In the same way, the economic indicators show the following results: NPV (Net Present Value) S /.
31,322.98, IRR (Internal Rate of Return) by 50.37%, PRI (Period of Recovery of Investment) of 4.7
months and B / C (Benefit-Cost) 2.7
Fluctuations of a surface relaxation model in interacting scale free networks
Isolated complex networks have been studied deeply in the last decades due to
the fact that many real systems can be modeled using these types of structures.
However, it is well known that the behavior of a system not only depends on
itself, but usually also depends on the dynamics of other structures. For this
reason, interacting complex networks and the processes developed on them have
been the focus of study of many researches in the last years. One of the most
studied subjects in this type of structures is the Synchronization problem,
which is important in a wide variety of processes in real systems. In this
manuscript we study the synchronization of two interacting scale-free networks,
in which each node has dependency links with different nodes in the other
network. We map the synchronization problem with an interface growth, by
studying the fluctuations in the steady state of a scalar field defined in both
networks.
We find that as slightly increases from , there is a really
significant decreasing in the fluctuations of the system. However, this
considerable improvement takes place mainly for small values of , when the
interaction between networks becomes stronger there is only a slight change in
the fluctuations. We characterize how the dispersion of the scalar field
depends on the internal degree, and we show that a combination between the
decreasing of this dispersion and the integer nature of our growth model are
the responsible for the behavior of the fluctuations with .Comment: 11 pages, 4 figures and 1 tabl
Brain electrical activity discriminant analysis using Reproducing Kernel Hilbert spaces
A deep an adequate understanding of the human brain functions has been an objective for interdisciplinar teams of scientists. Different types of technological acquisition methodologies, allow to capture some particular data that is related with brain activity. Commonly, the more used strategies are related with the brain electrical activity, where reflected neuronal interactions are reflected in the scalp and obtained via electrode arrays as time series. The processing of this type of brain electrical activity (BEA) data, poses some challenges that should be addressed carefully due their intrinsic properties. BEA in known to have a nonstationaty behavior and a high degree of variability dependenig of the stimulus or responses that are being adressed..

Prunella laciniata (Lamiaceae), new record for the Argentinean flora
Fil: Torres, Cristian Daniel. An End-User Semantic Web Augmentation tool
Web Augmentation is usually applied to add, remove and change Web sites’ functionalities, content, and presentation. Content- based Web Augmentation is commonly performed by integrating con- tent from an external Web site into the current one. In this article, we explore the use of the Semantic Web as a source of information to be incorporated to any Web site, aiming to simplify the development of Web Augmentation based on Semantic Web data. Our approach allows end-users without any programming skills to build Web Augmentation scripts that takes some information from the current Web page, and produce new related information gathered from the Semantic Web. This article introduces a pipeline process for building SWA and an End-User Development tool called SWAX to create augmentation layers without the need for any programming or SW skills.Publicado en Lecture Notes in Computer Science book series (LNCS, vol. 11553).Laboratorio de Investigación y Formación en Informática Avanzad

Early maladaptive schemas and cognitive distortions in psychopathy and narcissism
Personality disorders have traditionally been considered refractory to psychological interventions. Two of the most common, and potentially harmful personality disorders are antisocial personality disorder / psychopathy, and narcissism. Although a great deal of conceptual overlap exists between psychopathy and narcissism, the empirical study of these constructs has proceeded largely independently of one another. Further complicating the discrimination of these constructs is the identification of the bi-factorial nature of psychopathy - conceptualised as primary and secondary psychopathy - as well as the identification of two distinct forms of narcissism, overt and covert. The recent resurgence of interest in the sub-clinical manifestations of these two constructs has led to the development of a number of easily administered instruments to measure each of the psychopathy and narcissism constructs, as dimensional traits, within normal populations. This has provided empirically validated and reliable instruments to further explicate these two overlapping constructs. The first of the two studies reported sought to discriminate between psychopathy and narcissism through the recharacterisation of these constructs in terms of the early maladaptive schemas outlined in Young’s early maladaptive schema theory (Young, 1999). Findings are consistent with the hypothesis that psychopathy and narcissism are discriminable in cognitive-interpersonal terms, as operationalised by early maladaptive schemas. Findings also call into question the earlier observed hierarchical structure of the Young Schema Questionnair
