A avaliação da aprendizagem tem se revelado um dos grandes problemas do desenvolvimento do processo pedagógico nos diversos níveis e modalidades de ensino, exigindo refl exões sobre a importância de se discutir a valorização de práticas avaliativas. Portanto, o presente trabalho aqui apresentado objetivou analisar o processo avaliativo utilizado pelos professores da educação de jovens e adultos. A pesquisa teve como amostra professores e alunos da Educação de Jovens e Adultos – Ensino Fundamental presencial de duas escolas municipais da cidade de Joinville. Para realização dessa pesquisa, utilizaram-se, como instrumento, questionários estruturados com perguntas fechadas e abertas que direcionavam para um discurso livre sobre a temática. Através desse trabalho, pode-se analisar o processo avaliativo na EJA no contexto das escolas pesquisadas e compreender o processo de avaliação, debruçando-se sobre os objetivos, o porquê, e como acontece, visando sempre a uma educação formativa e nunca um meio de exclusão. Diante dos dados da pesquisa, pode-se dizer que a avaliação deve ter seu sentido ampliado, isto é, o de ser uma alavanca do progresso do aluno, um sistema de informação sobre o andamento do processo ensino-aprendizagem. “On Farm” Production of microorganisms in Brazil

The use of microorganisms is an excellent strategy for controlling agricultural pests and diseases. In recent years, rural producers have manufactured microorganisms on their properties for direct application in crops, a practice known as on farm production. In this work of literature review, aspects related to the home production of microorganisms, advantages, disadvantages and future perspectives are addressed. The practice is not illegal. Producers are supported by the Organic Law, which allows the production of agricultural inputs for their own use. One of the main advantages of homemade multiplication is the reduction in the cost of purchasing the products and the inexistence of transport and storage costs. Quality control is essential for using the technique, as the main risk is contamination with human and animal pathogens. The main multiplied microorganisms are: Trichoderma sp., Metarhizium anisopliae, Bacillus subtilis, B. pumilus, B. amyloliquefaciens, B. thuringiensis, Bauveria bassiana, Nomuraea riley and Azospirillum brasilense. These microorganisms act in the induction of resistance, parasitism, antagonism and the production of enzymes that degrade the cell wall, as well as the production of toxic substances, essential characteristics for the alternative control of pests and diseases. On farm production is driven by the demand for healthier foods, the occurrence of chemical resistance problems and the lack of new products, traditionally used in conventional agriculture.O uso de microrganismos constitui uma excelente estratégia de controle de pragas e doenças agrícolas. Nos últimos anos, produtores rurais têm fabricado em suas propriedades microrganismos para aplicação direta nas lavouras, prática conhecida como produção “on farm”. No presente trabalho de revisão de literatura, são abordados aspectos relacionados à produção caseira de microrganismos, vantagens, desvantagens e perspectivas futuras. A prática não é ilegal. Os produtores se amparam na Lei dos Orgânicos, que permite a produção de insumos agrícolas para uso próprio. A multiplicação caseira tem como uma das principais vantagens a redução do custo da aquisição dos produtos e à inexistência dos custos de transporte e armazenagem. O controle de qualidade é essencial para a utilização da técnica, pois o principal risco é a contaminação com patógenos humanos e animais. Os principais microrganismos multiplicados são: Trichoderma sp., Metarhizium anisopliae, Bacillus subtilis, B. pumilus, B. amyloliquefaciens, B. thuringiensis, Bauveria bassiana, Nomuraea riley e Azospirillum brasilense. Esses microrganismos atuam na indução de resistência, parasitismo, antagonismo e a produção de enzimas que degradam a parede celular, assim como a produção de sustâncias tóxicas, características essenciais para o controle alternativo de pragas e doenças. A produção “on farm” é impulsionada pela demanda de alimentos mais saudáveis, pela ocorrência de problemas de resistência a produtos químicos e a falta de lançamento de novos produtos, tradicionalmente utilizados na agricultura convencional

O PROCESSO DE AVALIAÇÃO DA APRENDIZAGEM: UMA ANÁLISE DE PERSPECTIVAS DE SUJEITOS DO PROEJA

A avaliação da aprendizagem escolar é uma das áreas dentro do campo da educação mais discutidas, independentemente da modalidade de ensino. Nesse sentido, a necessidade de se discutir e pensar tal temática é essencial. A presente pesquisa tem como objetivo analisar os discursos sobre a avaliação da aprendizagem dos sujeitos da Especialização em PROEJA do Câmpus Joinville-SC. O instrumento utilizado para subsidiar o alcance dos objetivos foi um formulário on-line com questionamentos abertos e fechados à respeito das concepções e práticas avaliativas dos sujeitos. Através desse trabalho foi possível empreender uma análise das concepções acerca da avaliação da aprendizagem destes sujeitos e com a análise dos dados obtidos observou-se que o caráter progressista da Especialização em PROEJA contribui para a construção de uma concepção de avaliação mais aberta, ampla, democrática e cidadã, visando o diagnóstico da aprendizagem e valorizando a construção do conhecimento, negando a avaliação enquanto classificação ou punição. Com os resultados da pesquisa, percebemos que os sujeitos compartilham da prática de avaliar seus estudantes em todo o processo de construção do conhecimento, o que é bastante relevante, pois os estudantes, independentemente da esfera de ensino, precisam ter a sua produção observada em sua totalidade, e não apenas em momentos pontuais em que múltiplos fatores podem contribuir positiva ou negativamente para o resultado final

Long COVID and the mental and physical health of children and young people: national matched cohort study protocol (the CLoCk study).

INTRODUCTION: There is uncertainty surrounding the diagnosis, prevalence, phenotype, duration and treatment of Long COVID. This study aims to (A) describe the clinical phenotype of post-COVID symptomatology in children and young people (CYP) with laboratory-confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection compared with test-negative controls, (B) produce an operational definition of Long COVID in CYP, and (C) establish its prevalence in CYP. METHODS AND ANALYSIS: A cohort study of SARS-CoV-2-positive CYP aged 11-17 years compared with age, sex and geographically matched SARS-CoV-2 test-negative CYP. CYP aged 11-17 testing positive and negative for SARS-CoV-2 infection will be identified and contacted 3, 6, 12 and 24 months after the test date. Consenting CYP will complete an online questionnaire. We initially planned to recruit 3000 test positives and 3000 test negatives but have since extended our target. Data visualisation techniques will be used to examine trajectories over time for symptoms and variables measured repeatedly, separately by original test status. Summary measures of fatigue and mental health dimensions will be generated using dimension reduction methods such as latent variables/latent class/principal component analysis methods. Cross-tabulation of collected and derived variables against test status and discriminant analysis will help operationalise preliminary definitions of Long COVID. ETHICS AND DISSEMINATION: Research Ethics Committee approval granted. Data will be stored in secure Public Health England servers or University College London's Data Safe Haven. Risks of harm will be minimised by providing information on where to seek support. Results will be published on a preprint server followed by journal publication, with reuse of articles under a CC BY licence.
