    Holism of Islamic Education: A Comprehensive Review of the Management of the Ibnu Abbas Islamic Boarding School in Klaten, Central Java

    Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia play an important role in developing Islamic education, but views on them are limited. Islamic education includes more than just the transfer of knowledge, but also values in the teaching and learning process, such as tarbiyah and ta'dib. Islamic boarding schools also contribute to improving the quality of human resources. This study aims to explore the Holism of Islamic Education: A Comprehensive Review of the Management of the Ibnu Abbas Klaten Islamic Boarding School in Central Java. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research, by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The result of this research is the management of Islamic education in the Ibn Abbas Klaten Islamic boarding school, various aspects of management such as leadership, public relations, finance, infrastructure, and dormitory are described in detail. Through a holistic approach, this Islamic boarding school divides its organizational structure into three main units: education, human resources, and finance, with an emphasis on friendship and consensus deliberation. Excellence programs in public relations and media management, especially through IBBASTV's YouTube channel, demonstrate the commitment of Islamic boarding schools in service to the surrounding community. This holistic approach in education management in Islamic boarding schools includes not only academic aspects, but also aspects of cleanliness, safety, comfort, and self-development of students. Various programs and activities are set to support the vision and mission of holistic education, including the use of modern communication technologies such as WhatsApp to improve communication and coordination between stakeholders. In maintaining cleanliness and availability of complete infrastructure, Islamic boarding schools affirm their commitment to providing a holistic and sustainable educational environment

    This study aims to test and find out (1) the effect of leadership style on teacher work motivation, (2) the effect of the work environment on teacher work motivation, (3) the effect of leadership style on teacher performance, (4) the effect of work environment on teacher performance (5) the effect of motivation work on teacher performance. This study uses a quantitative approach using path analysis through SPSS statistical analysis software. Leadership style positively affects motivation, with significance value of 0.770, greater than significance = 0.05, and a beta coefficient of 0.027. The environment has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance with a significance value of 0.000 which is less than the value = 0.05, and the beta coefficient shows 0.871. Motivation has no significant positive effect on teacher performance, with a significance value of 0.401, less than = 0.05, and the beta coefficient shows the number 0.200. From these results, leadership and work environment will affect motivation and will have an impact on performance. In other words, leadership and work environment, directly and indirectly, affect performance through motivation.

    This study aims to describe and analyze the recruitment system of educators at SDIT Salsabila 3 Banguntapan Yogyakarta, and improve the quality of education through the recruitment system of educators. The study employed a qualitative descriptive methodology. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis from a selected group of school staff. The results showed that the recruitment system for educators at SDIT Salsabila 3 Banguntapan Yogyakarta was described in several stages, namely, administration, interview stages, and reading and writing the Qur'an and micro teaching. The school is looking for qualified educators according to the profile and has a teaching commitment to improve the quality of education at SDIT Salsabila 3 Banguntapan. The school's efforts in improving quality by conducting development programs for educators and evaluation activities every week. The school provides facilities in developing the talents and interests of students with extracurricular and simaan activities to increase memorization which is carried out twice a week. The implications of recruiting educators have loyalty and commitment in teaching.     The Effort of Principal Improving Quality Education In Online Learning at SD Muhammadiyah Blimbingrejo Jepara

    This study aims to determine the principal's efforts in improving the quality of education in online learning at SD Muhammadiyah Blimbingrejo Jepara and the supporting and inhibiting factors. This study uses a qualitative approach. The research subjects were principals, vice principals and teachers. Research data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques with data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data obtained through triangulation of sources and triangulation of techniques. The results of this study indicate that the state of education quality before the pandemic was quite good. However, the quality of education began to decline after the pandemic and the implementation of online learning. Efforts made by school principals in improving the quality of education in online learning are carrying out their functions as school principals, implementing curriculum according to needs, optimizing the procurement of online learning support devices, and controlling online learning activities.     This research is aimed to describe the school image management during the era of the Covid-19 pandemic in Budi Mulia Dua Junior High School Yogyakarta. This type of research belongs to qualitative research. The subjects of this research were the headmaster, teacher, employees, and student representatives, parents, and local authorities. The data collecting techniques applied were interview, observation, and documentation. The data analysis techniques were data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. Credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability tests were applied to test the data validity. The research was conducted through four stages. The first stage was preparing activities based on field situations and conditions, referring to the vision and mission, designing methods and techniques, and equipping facilities and infrastructure. The second stage was the organization dividing the work team based on the teachers’ and employees’ abilities. The third stage was the implementing principal, leading, mobilizing, and motivating teachers and employees to carry out the tasks according to the plan by minding the health protocols. Program activities that used online media used the website, Instagram, Zoom meeting, Google classroom, Youtube, Tik Tok, and WhatsApp Groups.
