Implementación de un plan de manejo para el turismo sostenible del bioparque La Isla, parroquia Tena, cantón Tena, provincia de Napo.

La presente investigación propone: elaborar el plan de manejo para el turismo sostenible del Bioparque “La Isla” ubicado en la parroquia Tena, cantón Tena, provincia de Napo. El mismo consta de cuatro etapas, la primera corresponde al análisis del diagnóstico situacional para conocer condiciones del territorio de estudio teniendo como resultado la existencia de recursos que pueden ser aprovechados turísticamente y que el sitio de estudio no se encuentra bajo una debida planificación, en la segunda etapa se efectuó un estudio de mercado en relación a los componentes del sistema turístico, determinándose que la demanda es relativamente joven y viaja en forma independiente, en relación a la competencia turística el Bioparque es el único establecimiento que oferta la modalidad de turismo sostenible y el más cercano son las cabañas San Isidro ubicadas en la parroquia Cosanga, en la tercera etapa se ha analizado la problemática turística en donde sobresalen los componentes: ambiente, turismo y cultura, en cuanto a la visión filosófica se pretende lograr que el Bioparque se consolide como un destino turístico sostenible competitivo; en la última fase se ha formulado varios programas y proyectos junto con su respectivo plan operativo anual (POA) siendo prioritarios la capacitación, gestión turística, ambiente y cultura, promoción y comercialización turística fijándose un tiempo de intervención de 5 años y estimando un presupuesto de $ 43493,7. Es así que el presente plan constituye una herramienta estratégica que permite contribuir a la consecución del buen vivir, por lo que se recomienda su aplicación con el asesoramiento de una universidad de prestigio con amplia trayectoria en temas ecoturísticos. Palabras claves: turismo sostenible, destino turístico, herramienta estratégica.The present investigation proposes elaborating a management plan for the sustainable tourism of the Biopark “La Isla”, (The Island) located in the Tena parish, Tena canton, Napo province. It consists of four stages: the first one corresponds to the situational diagnosis analysis to know to study territory conditions having as a result the resource existence which can be used in tourism and that the study site is not under a planning; in the second stage, a market study was carried out as related to the touring system components, determining that the demand is relatively young and travels in an independent way; as to the touring: the Biopark is the only establishment that offers the sustainable tourism modality being the nearest to the San Isidro Huts located in the Cosanga parish; In the third stage, the tourism problems have been analyzed in which the following components outstand: environment, tourism and culture, as to the philosophical vision, it is pretended to attain that the Biopark may be consolidated as a competence sustainable touring destiny; in the last stage, various programs and projects have been formulated together with their corresponding annual operative plan (POA), being priority components, training, touring management, environment and culture, promotion and touring commercialization, fixing a 5 years intervention time and calculating a budget of 43.493.7 USD. Thus, the present plan constitutes a strategic tool permitting to contribute to the consecution of well living; this is why, its is recommended with the advice of a prestigious university and with ample experience. Análisis de la calidad mediante modelo servperf del servicio en el centro turístico comunitario kichwa shayari, Sucumbíos Ecuador

Introduction. The present research work was carried out in the Cascales canton, Sucumbios province at the Kichwa Shayari Community Tourist Center. Objective. Analyze the quality of service in the Kichwa Shayari Community Tourist Center of the Cascales canton, Sucumbíos province. Methodology. During the research process, it was considered to evaluate the quality of the tourist service through the SERVPERF model. Results. The type of research applied was descriptive, since in this research bibliographic information was collected through structured surveys. The instrument was validated through Cronbach's alpha method, giving a reliability of 0.87. Conclusion. The dimensions most valued by the clients of the Shayari Community Tourism Center are security, empathy and reliability, which require direct contact with the client.Introducción. El tipo de investigación que aplicada fue descriptiva, puesto que en esta investigación se recopiló información bibliográfica a través de encuestas estructuradas. Se validó el instrumento a través del método alfa de Cronbach dando una confiabilidad del 0,87. Conclusión. las dimensiones más valoradas por los clientes del Centro de Turismo Comunitario Shayari son seguridad, empatía y fiabilidad las cuales requieren un trato directo con el cliente

Characterization of the Tourist Accommodation Service Using Multivariate Method in the Tena Canton, Napo Province

El presente trabajo de investigación se realizó en el cantón Tena, provincia Napo con la finalidad de caracterizar al servicio de alojamiento turístico, con fecha corte octubre 2019, mediante la utilización del método estadístico multivariado. Durante el proceso de investigación se consideró como sujetos de estudio a 92 establecimientos que constan en el catastro turístico, mismos que fueron sometidos a un análisis de suficiencia KMO con la utilización de 30 variables. Mediante el análisis estadístico se agrupó las variables en seis componentes para la interpretación del sistema estadístico en un porcentaje equivalente al 57,03%. El instrumento de recopilación de información fue validado mediante el método de Alfa de Cronbach, dando una confiabilidad del 0,873. El servicio de alojamiento turístico se desarrolló bajo bases empíricas desde la perspectiva de sus administradores con un flujo turístico nacional. Es importante innovar sin olvidar que las actividades turísticas están caracterizadas por ser dinámicas y altamente estacional.The present research work was carried out in the Tena canton, Napo province in order to characterize the tourist accommodation service, with cut-off date October 2019, by using the multivariate statistical method. During the research process, 92 establishments included in the tourist registry were considered as study subjects, which were subjected to a KMO sufficiency analysis using 30 variables. By means of statistical analysis, the variables were grouped into six components for the interpretation of the statistical system in a percentage equivalent to 57.03%. The information collection instrument was validated using the Cronbach's Alpha method, giving a reliability of 0.873. The tourist accommodation service was developed under empirical bases from the perspective of its administrators with a national tourist flow. Análisis de indicadores económicos de turismo para la provincia de Pastaza enfocados al observatorio turístico “UEA”

La presente investigación se enfoca en el Observatorio Turístico de la Universidad Estatal Amazónica, localizado en la ciudad de Puyo, provincia de Pastaza.
