Structure and corrosion properties of galvanized sheet in the area of laser cutting

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou korozních vlastností pozinkovaného plechu v oblasti řezu laserem. Teoretická část popisuje různé typy zinkových povlaků s ohledem na jejich aplikaci, strukturu, vlastnosti atd. Jsou zde zmíněny také základní informace o procesu řezání laserem. Hlavní část rešerše je zaměřena na korozní vlastnosti a korozní odolnost zinkových povlaků speciálně v oblasti laserového řezu. Experimentální část obsahuje výsledky korozních zkoušek, které byly provedeny za účelem zjištění korozní odolnosti v oblasti tavného laserového řezu pozinkovaného plechu a také výsledky metalografického šetření oblastí blízkých řezu laserem. Korozní testy zahrnují elektrochemické korozní měření, expoziční zkoušky v solné mlze a v klimatické korozní komoře. Cílem experimentu bylo porovnat korozní odolnost na plochách řezů, které byly vytvořeny v atmosféře s kyslíkem nebo dusíkem a zhodnotit ochranný galvanický účinek zinkového povlaku na oblast laserového řezu.This diploma thesis deals with the issue of corrosion properties of galvanized sheet in the area of laser cutting. The theoretical part describes different types of zinc coatings with the regard on their application, structure, properties etc. The basic facts about process of laser cutting are mentioned hier too. Finally, the major part is focused on the corrosion properties and corrosion resistance of zinc coatings especially in the area of laser cutting. The experimental part contains results of the corrosion tests, that were carried out in order to find out the corrosion resistance in the laser cutting area of galvanized sheet, and the result from the metalography of laser cutting area too. Corrosion tests comprise electrochemical corrosion measurements, salt spray test and climate chamber test. The aim of the experiment was to compare corrosion resistance and corrosion properties in the laser cutting area, that were performed in the atmosphere of oxygen and nitrogen and evaluation of galvanic protection of zinc coating to the laser cutting area.636 - Katedra materiálového inženýrstvívýborn

The Influence of Silicon Content on Recrystallization of Twin-Roll Cast Aluminum Alloys for Heat Exchangers

Thin foils of aluminum alloys are commonly used in automotive industry for manufacturing heat exchangers. Use of twin-roll casting instead of direct-chill casting requires modifications in the manufacturing process and use of improved materials. In the present study, the evolution in microstructure and mechanical properties during isochronal annealing of two AW3003-based alloys differing in silicon content was monitored. The silicon influenced both the microhardness and precipitation kinetics during annealing, but not the recrystallization temperature. Precipitation of cubic alpha-Al15(Mn,Fe)3Si2 phase occurred in two steps in the material with higher Si content, while mainly precipitates of Al6(Mn,Fe) phase formed in the second material in a broad temperature interval, preferentially at grain boundaries

Pro tento cíl je nutné vytvořit podporu pro seskupování trace logů, a to rozšířením aplikace o možnost seskupování a hromadného načítání trace logů do skupin a následné zpracování a grafický výstup trace logů.The aim of this work is the visualization of multiple trace-log at a time that are bunched up to the groups and provide an environment for mutual analysis which serves as the basis for the further and more detailed analysis of each trace-logs. Urban study of the part of the locality „Sokolovská“ in Český Těšín

Import 07/02/2011Úkolem diplomové práce bylo navrhnout vhodné využití řešené lokality a vytvořit urbanistický návrh uspořádání stavebních objektu, včetně technických podmínek v území. V úvodu práce je proveden rozbor teoretických poznatků k řešenému problému a popis součastného stavu dané lokality. Při návrhu jednotlivých variant řešení jsem vycházel ze zjištěných skutečností o dané lokalitě. V diplomové práci jsem popsal součastný stav řešeného území a navrhl dvě varianty možného řešení prostoru zóny, určené pro hromadné bydlení. Jedna varianta byla zpracována v rozsahu územní studie. Územní studie obsahuje kromě návrhu urbanistické zástavby formou bytových domů, také řešení dopravy, technické infrastruktury a veřejných prostranství. Tato celá územní studie může sloužit jako podklad pro zástupce města Český Těšín, v rozhodování o budoucím využití daného řešeného území.The aim of this Diploma thesis are to design appropriate use of the site and to create an urban design of buildings, including technical specifications. First part of my Diploma thesis analyzes teoretical knowlage and describes the current status of the site. My proposals are based on verified fatcs about the locality. I described current status of the locality and designed two variant sof zones for public housing. One of this variant is processed in territorial study. The study contains design of residential buildings, transport solutions, technical infrastructure and public places. Import 29/09/2010Předmětem diplomové práce je problematika ocenění podniku STaRS, p.o. na základě analýzy majetku. V práci aplikuji jednotlivé metodické postupy ke stanovení substanční hodnoty podniku pro interní hodnocení úspěšnosti podniku a potenciální privatizaci. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. První část se zabývá teoretickými přístupy k oceňování podniku a vysvětluje jednotlivé metody používané při stanovení hodnoty podniku. Druhá část je zaměřena na ocenění podniku STaRS, p.o., které vychází ze strategické a finanční analýzy, které slouží jako podklad k samotnému ocenění podniku. Výsledná substanční hodnota podniku je stanovena pomocí substanční metody, přičemž pro její správné určení bylo nutné ocenit podnik STaRS, jako součet oceněného majetku odečteného od závazků, který je evidován v účetnictví podniku a pozemků, jenž jsou účetně vedeny Městským úřadem Třinec.Master thesis deals with valuation of company StaRS, allowance organization according property analysis. In the thesis there are methods leading to setting substance value of company applied on internal achievement valuation of company and possible privatization. Thesis consists of two parts. The first part deals with theoretical valuation of company and shows each methods used for setting of company value. The second part of the thesis focuses on valuation of StaRS, allowance organization,and its strategy and financial analysis made for valuation of company. Kiln control innovation

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vypalovacích pecí, jejího využití v průmyslu, a především řeší inovaci řízení vypalovací pece na konkrétním případu. Na tomto případu zhodnocuje její stav, dle kterého navrhuje modernizaci řízení. Tato inovace zahrnuje využití vhodného stávajícího zařízení, včetně výměny nevhodného zastaralého zařízení. Dále také počítá s výměnou řídícího systému za vhodný programový logický automat s požadovanými periferiemi a dostatečnou výbavou digitálních a analogových vstupů a výstupů. Výsledkem navržené a zrealizované inovace by měla být lepší účinnost vypalovacího cyklu, zjednodušení řízení pece a snížení provozních nákladů.This diploma thesis deals with kilns, their using at industry and especially inovation kiln control on specific example. It´s resulting existing condition in the same case according to which suggesting modernization of the kiln control. This inovation contains applicatting suitable existing devices, including change of outdated devices. It also counts with system´s control replacement for new suitable programmable logic controller with required peripherals and enought number of digital and analog inputs and outputs. New Machining Technology Proposal of Manganese Steel Cast in Slevarny Trinec, a.s.

Import 29/09/2010V diplomové práci se zabývám opracování odlitků z manganové oceli. Hodnotím Mn ocel z hlediska struktury a její vlastnosti vytvrzovat při obrábění (soustružení, frézování), což vyžaduje speciální metody při opracování. Obecně se zmiňuji o soustružení a frézování, kde jsem se soustředil hlavně na použití nejvhodnějších břitových destiček do obráběcích strojů. Popisuji výrobu destiček ze SK několikrát povlakovaných, které se nejlépe osvědčily při opracování konkrétních výrobků. Jedná se o srdcovky pro železnice a o kužely drtících mlýnů ve Slévárnách Třinec. Z parametrů použitých břitových destiček firmy PRAMET, které jsou z kubických karbidů a jsou opatřeny multivrstevnatým nanostrukturním povlakem, a z naměřených hodnot při frézování a soustružení jsem vypočítal náklady na frézování a soustružení. Tyto výsledky jsem porovnal z dřívějšími hodnotami při použití jiných břitových destiček z CBN a SK a stanovil úspory při novém způsobu opracování.In my diploma work I'm dealing with machining of Manganese Steel castings.
