    “Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Team Accelerated Instruction Guna Meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar Siswa di MA Al-Inayah Bandung (Studi Eksperimen Pada Mata Pelajaran Ekonomi Kelas X IIS Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017)”. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya prestasi belajar siswa dan penggunaan metode pembelajaran konvensional yaitu metode ceramah yang menyebabkan siswa merasa bosan pada saat mengikuti pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Accelerated Instruction guna meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas X IIS di MA Al-Inayah Bandung. Penelitian ini dirancang menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan objek penelitian kelas X IIS 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan jumlah 26 siswa dan kelas X IIS 3 sebagai kelas kontrol dengan jumlah 24 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara pelaksanaan pretest, treatment dan posttest, teknik pengolahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Software SPSS 24.0 for windows. Hasil pengolahan data pada uji hipotesis yang dilakukan dengan uji-t menunjukkan bahwa signifikansi (sig.2-tailed) dengan uji-t adalah 0,160. Karena sig. 0,160 lebih besar dari 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Accelerated Instruction guna peningkatan prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi pada kelas X IIS di MA Al-Inayah Bandung. Sebagai akhir penelitian penulis menyampaikan saran kepada guru ekonomi agar dapat lebih kreatif dalam menjalankan proses pembelajaran dengan mengembangkan dan menggunakan berbagai macam model pembelajaran, kepada peserta didik agar dapat berusaha lebih aktif dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan menggali berbagai informasi yang menyangkut mengenai materi pembelajaran yang akan diberikan oleh guru, kepada pihak sekolah diharapkan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Accelerated Instruction dapat dijadikan sumber informasi berharga terutama dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa dan bagi peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan memiliki ketertarikan terhadap model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Team Accelerated Instruction dan dapat mengembangkan dengan inovatif pada pelajaran dan kelas yang berbeda.     Electromyographic activity of quadriceps and hamstrings of a professional football team during Bulgarian Squat and Lunge exercises

    The aim of this study was to analyse the quadriceps-hamstring coactivation in the lunge and Bulgarian squat exercises. A cross-sectional study design was applied to seventeen healthy professional football players. Muscular activity was measured using wireless surface electromyography (sEMG). The Maximum Voluntary Isometric Contraction was used to normalize the data. The muscle activation of each muscle belly was significantly different between the two exercises (F4.24 = 28.076, p .05). In both the lunge and the Bulgarian squat, a significantly greater activation of the vastus medialis (VM) and the vastus lateralis (VL) muscles were found compared to the rectus femoris (RF) and biceps femoris (BF) and semitendinosus (ST). Muscles showed a greater activation during the Bulgarian squat compared to the lunge, but the hamstrings to quadriceps ratio was similar in both exercises (p > .05). The present work shows that the Bulgarian Squat exercise produces greater muscle activation than the Lunge exercise, whereas in both exercises there is a similar pattern of muscle activation. No differences were found between legs. If one wants to work specifically on strength development, the Bulgarian Squat would be a better option, as would be the case if one were to focus on synergistic work on the quadriceps and hamstrings, as the Bulgarian Squat exercise shows a higher H:Q ratio

The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of a previous hamstring injury and limb dominance on the kicking pattern of elite female soccer players. 14 players belonging to a top first division soccer team volunteered to take part in the study. They were asked about their injury history and leg dominance in a questionnaire, and they performed 5 instep soccer kicks with either limb into a target 7m away. The results showed that limb dominance had no effect on the kicking pattern in elite players. Significant differences were found in the maximum hip angular velocity while kicking with a previously injured limb as compared to a previously uninjured limb. This indicates that rehabilitation programs probably should treat the injury differently in female soccer players

Forty-five players (twenty-six females and nineteen males) belonging to elite soccer teams volunteered to take part in the study. They performed 5 instep soccer kicks with either limb into a target 7m away. Female soccer players h d a lesser flexed knee at ball impact in the non-dominant limb which contributed to lower ball velocities in the toe and subsequently in the ball. Both gen&rs had a shorter backswing with the non-dominant limb, but this difference was made up in the follow through for males and in the subsequent phases for females. Working on bilateral symmetry and coordination would help improve kicking with the non-dominant limb, especially in females

    The objective of this study was to study if the influence of limb dominance on kicking is affected by a previous hamstring injury to either limb. Forty-five players (26 females and 19 males) belonging to elite soccer teams volunteered to take part in the study. They performed 5 instep soccer kicks with either limb into a target 7m away. Differences were found across limb dominance for the uninjured group in peak linear velocities, hip flexion velocity, knee angle at ball impact, and hip moments. A previous injury prevented the rapid extension of the hamstring muscle fibres, being more predominant in the nondominant limb. Thus the effects of a previous hamstring injury must be taken into account while dealing with the kicking technique, and the location of the injury on the dominant or non-dominant limb is equally important

    The objective of this study was to analyze how different training aspects and biological factors in running affect the probability of suffering an injury and which muscles and joints are more susceptible to develop an injury. A total of 408 subjects, 206 cases and 202 controls, participated in the investigation. The inferior body was more prone to an injury, especially the muscles and tendons associated with the knee and the shank. Several characteristics of the runner and his/her training habits like the sex, age, experience, motivation and mileage have an impact on the injury risk. This information is very useful because biomechanists and coaches can design programs to improve the technique of the runners and reduce the risk of an injury

    La lesión de isquiotibiales representa un 37% de todas las lesiones musculares de fútbol profesional [1] y también tiene una alta probabilidad de recaída [2]. El efecto de esta lesión ha sido estudiado en profundidad en la carrera [3] pero hay pocos estudios que vean el efecto de la lesión en el golpeo [4]. Por otra parte, el efecto de la pierna dominante en el golpeo aún no ha sido estudiado en detalle con futbolistas femeninas. Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, el objetivo del estudio ha sido estudiar el efecto de la lesión de isquiotibiales en la técnica del golpeo en fútbol femenino

    A Novel Clinical and Stress Cardiac Magnetic Resonance (C-CMR-10) Score to Predict Long-Term All-Cause Mortality in Patients with Known or Suspected Chronic Coronary Syndrome

    [EN] Vasodilator stress cardiac magnetic resonance (stressCMR) has shown robust diagnostic and prognostic value in patients with known or suspected chronic coronary syndrome (CCS). However, it is unknown whether integration of stressCMR with clinical variables in a simple clinical-imaging score can straightforwardly predict all-cause mortality in this population. We included 6187 patients in a large registry that underwent stressCMR for known or suspected CCS. Several clinical and stressCMR variables were collected, such as left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and ischemic burden (number of segments with stress-induced perfusion defects (PD)). During a median follow-up of 5.56 years, we registered 682 (11%) all-cause deaths. The only independent predictors of all-cause mortality in multivariable analysis were age, male sex, diabetes mellitus (DM), LVEF and ischemic burden. Based on the weight of the chi-square increase at each step of the multivariable analysis, we created a simple clinical-stressCMR (C-CMR-10) score that included these variables (age >= 65 years = 3 points, LVEF 5 segments = 1 point). This 0 to 10 points C-CMR-10 score showed good performance to predict all-cause annualized mortality rate ranging from 0.29%/year (score = 0) to >4.6%/year (score >= 7). The goodness of the model and of the C-CMR-10 score was separately confirmed in 2 internal cohorts (n> 3000 each).
