Information System for a Learning Center

Práce je zaměřena na použití jazyka PHP a MySQL při tvorbě informačního systému pro školící centrum. Před samotnou tvorbou aplikace je provedena důkladná analýza požadavků a následně navržena databázová struktura pro danou aplikaci tak, aby plně vyhovovala danému prostředí. Při analýze byl kladen zvýšený důraz na bezpečnost a rozšiřitelnost aplikace. Dále je popsána samotná implementace aplikace a problémy, které při tvorbě aplikace nastaly. V závěru jsou uvedena možná další rozšíření a zlepšení aplikace.This thesis is aimed at the usage of PHP language and MySQL database system towards the creation of information system for a learning center. A deep analysis is performed before the design of an application together with the database structure, which is appropriate for the environment. An increased emphasis is laid on security and easy expansibility of the application in this analysis. Further on is described the design phase of the application and all the problems that came up. In the end of this work are listed possible extensions and improvements of this application.

Physical Protection of the Company Sectron Mobil, Ltd. in Ostrava

Import 04/07/2011Tato bakalářská práce slouží k zhodnocení stávající situace v oblasti bezpečnostních opatření a technologií ve firmě Sectron Mobil s.r.o. v Ostravě a klade si za cíl nalézt efektivnější systém ochrany objektu a přilehlého okolí. V úvodní části práce je zdůrazněn cíl a celková teoreticko-právní část spolu s popisem firmy. Stěžejní část práce obsahuje analýzu a vyhodnocení stávajícího stavu. Na závěr jsou uvedeny návrhy řešení.The key goal of this paper is to evaluate the current situation of security measures and technologies in the Sectron Mobile Ltd in Ostrava. It aims to find a more effective system of protection of the building itself and the adjacent neighborhood. The first part specifies the goals of the paper and contains theoretical and legal background along with a description of the company. Recent reforms of federalism in German speaking countries

The purpose of this thesis is to acquaint the reader with the processes and the results of the recent reforms of federalism in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. It is remarkable that in spite of their historical, geographical and cultural proximity show these federal countries substantive differences in the institutional framework as well as in the execution of the reform procedures. This thesis considers also the potential possibility to (partly) apply the knowledge and experience of these reforms within the EU framework. Despite difficult comparison of the EU with the federal countries there are certain identical elements and processes, may it be the execution of the shared competences or reallocation of the public finances. In order to better understand these deliberations and due to the modest Czech literature on federalism and federations the thesis provides also historical perspective as well as broader theoretical background

Případ Mangold je jedním z dalších střípků mozaiky komplikovaného vztahu Soudního dvora EU na straně jedné a národními soudy jednotlivých členských států na straně druhé. Signifikantním je zejména vztah mezi Soudním dvorem a německým Spolkovým ústavním soudem, který již vytvořil na toto téma poměrně bohatou judikaturu. Přitom stav kooperace je do jisté míry žádoucím stavem pro obě strany. Diskutovaný případ se týká transpozice antidiskriminační směrnice, i když případ sám o sobě není ani tolik zajímavý pro samotnou antidiskriminační směrnici, jako spíše pro obecné otázky, velmi úzce související se základními principy, na kterých stojí celé evropské právo, ale i s principy, na základě kterých by měly národní soudy se Soudním dvorem spolupracovat. V práci je tak diskutováno přiznání přímého horizontálního účinku směrnice či problematika ústavních tradic společných členským státům
