Survey on: Multimedia Content Protection using Cloud

    Get PDF
There is need for large scale multimedia content protection system. There are varying workloads for which cloud infrastructure provide cost efficiency, rapid development and scalability. Data protection along with security whole together contribute to the success of cloud. Security is very important in todays online world. It is widely accepted that cloud computing has the unrealized ability to make privacy disable. The cloud is been chosen because it provides some security features. The greatest challenge is to process data securely in cloud. One of the factor leading to high performance in cloud is nothing but the security. For the protection purpose, a system for multimedia content protection on cloud infrastructure is presented. The system can be used to protect various multimedia contents such as 2D video and 3D videos, graphics which is animated, images, audios clips etc. Multimedia is the combination of data, text, image, audio, or video in a single application. The system can be deployed on both public cloud and private cloud. Two major components to be considered are method to create signatures of 3D videos and matching engine for multimedia objects. Depth signals are captured from 3D videos. This system detects the duplicated multimedia content that is copyright material in an online environment

The importance of education and its role should be to open up minds and ensure that it thinks reasons and analyzes. The National Curriculum Framework 2005 places demands and expectations on the teacher, which need to be addressed by both initial and continuing teacher education. To enhance the knowledge, values and skill among student it is necessary to enhance these in teacher first. Critical thinking is a type of reasonable, reflective thinking that is aimed at deciding what to believe or what to do. This paper examines the critical thinking skill of three D.T.Ed, college student teachers’ in the Kolhapur city and develop a programme to check the effectiveness of It. Findings are discussed most of the student teachers are poor in acquiring expanding question skill aspect, evaluating question skill aspect and analyzing question skill aspect of critical thinking skill. The treatment given to experimental group has produced significant difference in score of critical thinking skill and it can be said that the programme on development of critical thinking skill significantly enhances the critical thinking skill

Diarrhea (Atisara) has long been recognized as an important health problem in all age groups and is a major cause of morbidity and mortality in rural communities of socio-economically backward and developing countries. According to Ayurveda Atisara means excessive flow of watery stool through anus. In the present study total 100 patients of Atisara were selected from Atisara from OPD and IPD unit of Dr. M. N. Agashe hospital, Satara. For the clinical study Shunthi Kalpa was selected as the trial drug which was given for the duration of 6 days in the dose of 2gm thrice a day. It was observed that 36% patients were from the age group 10-20 yrs, 68% were females, 56% were from lower socio economic class. Sama Jivha was found in all the patients and Jala Nimajjana Pariksha was positive in 96% patients. Among results Dravamalapravritti showed 96.36% relief, 94.44% improvement in Udarshula, 88.85% improvement in Agnimandya, 83.73% relief in Daurbalya and 78.66% improvement was seen in Aruchi.  All the symptoms showed highly significant results. 92% patients showed complete relief among which 60% were within first 3 days. Hence it can be concluded that Shunthi Kalpa is very effective remedy in the patients of Atisara having Amavastha

Agnikumara Rasa is a Sagandha, Sagni, Kantastha Bahirdhuma Kupipakwa Rasayana mentioned in Rasakamadhenu under Sangrahani Chikitsa Adhikara. It is prepared under Kramagni Tapa for 18 hours as per classics. The core ingredients are Shuddha Parada, Shuddha Gandhaka, Shuddha Vatsanabha and Hamsapadi Swarasa. It is indicated in conditions like Sannipata Kasa, Shwasa, Kshaya, Panduroga and Mandagni. Even though a total of 50 formulations have been explained in classics under the name of Agnikumara Rasa, no research work has been done till date on this particular yoga explained in Rasakamadhenu

SeDeM design expert technique used to evaluate the risks of poor flow of pharmaceutical powders under preformulation studies which reveals direct compression suitability and prepare robust composition of active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) and excipient in tablets formulation. The purpose of this study was to develop oral disintegrating tablets of Furosemide using different concentration of natural and synthetic superdisintegrants by means of SeDeM design technique. Oral disintegrating tablets (ODT) of Furosemide were prepared by direct compression technique using isolated banana powder and croscarmellose sodium (Ac-di-sol) together with microcrystalline cellulose as superdisintegrants. SeDeM design was performed to check suitability and deficient of excipients and drug for optimized composition derived based on IPP value. These tablets were evaluated for hardness, friability, drug content, weight variation, wetting time and in-vitro dissolution. All the formulations showed low weight variation with dispersion time less than 173.5±0.70 seconds and rapid in-vitro dissolution. The drug content of all the formulations was within the acceptable limits. Lubricated blend composition of F4 found average radius value 5.24, 0.66 and 5.509 for IGC, IP and IPP respectively, compressed tablet shown good physical properties. The optimized formulation F4 showed good release profile with 99.25 percentage drug release compared to other trial batches. It was concluded that natural superdisintegrant (banana powder) showed better disintegrating property than synthetic super disintegrant (Ac-di-sol) in the formulations of ODTs. Keywords: Furosemide, Oral disintegrating tablets, SeDeM expert system, Superdisintegrant

Preliminary phytochemistry and antimicrobial activity of bark of Bauhinia racemosa Lamk.

    Get PDF
The bark of Bauhinia racemosa are reported to have great medicinal value. Phytochemical screening of the plant bark reveals the presence of carbohydrates, alkaloids, steroids and tannins. the methanol, ethanol, aqueous, acetone and petroleum ether extracts of bark of B. racemosa Lamk. prepared and antimicrobial activity were studied by agar well diffusion method against enteric bacterial pathogens such as E. coli, S. aureus, B. subtilis, P. aeruginosa and fungi A. niger and C.albicans. The methanol extracts had wide range of antimicrobial activity against enteric microbes than ethanol extracts, where as ethanol extract were slightly higher antibacterial activity than aqueous extract. Antimicrobial activity of various extracts of bark of B. racemosa was carried in attempt to develop a new pharmaceutical drug from natural origin for prevention of enteric infection

    Get PDF
Recently, there are various computational methods to analyze the traumatic brain injury (TBI) from magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).The detection of brain injury is very difficult task in the medical science. There are various soft techniques for the detection of the patch of brain injury on the basis of MRI image contents. This paper gives brief analysis about the different methods to determine the normal and abnormal tissues of the brain
