PLASTIC RECYLING IN INDONESIA BY CONVERTING PLASTIC WASTES (PET, HDPE, LDPE, and PP) INTO PLASTIC PELLETS

Due to the population growth, economic development, increasing the consumption of  products patterns in Indonesia and activities of citizen, MSW has generated by 384 Indonesia cities was about 80,235 ton  per day (or 320,940m3 per day). The plastics solid waste (PSW) become to the major concern after organic waste and significantly impact to in environment. In order to solve the problem this research is conducted to identify the potential raw material from plastics, in order to replaces the pure material of plastics pellets that is made from crude oil and minimize the effect bring to environment. This compendium is presented the concept of the appropriation technology for plastics recycling, it emphasize the typical method  by converting  plastics waste of thermoplastic  type Polyethylene terephthalate (PET), High density polyethylene (HDPE), Low density polyethylene (LDPE) and Polypropylene (PP) into plastics pellets. Whereas thermoplastics chemical structure possible for recyclable , the mechanical  recycling  method  is played as the best technology  and common used in recycling of conventional plastic waste material into new raw material without changing basic structure. EFEKTIVITAS KONSORSIUM Beauveria bassiana Bals. DAN Metarhizium anisopliae TERHADAP Crocidolomia pavonana Fabricius (Lepidoptera : Crambidae)

Crocidolomia pavonana merupakan salah satu hama utama pada tanaman kubis�kubisan yang dapat menimbulkan kerugian secara ekonomis. Salah satu pengendalian C. pavonana yaitu menggunakan cendawan entomopatogen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas dari cendawan B. bassiana, M. anisopliae, dan konsorsium B. bassiana dan M. anisopliae terhadap C. pavonana. Penelitian dilakukan di Laboratorium Bioekologi Serangga dan Laboratorium Pengendalian Hayati Departemen Proteksi Tanaman, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Andalas, Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) terdiri dari 6 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan. Perlakuan tersebut adalah cendawan B. bassiana, M. anisopliae, B.bassiana + M. anisopliae (1:1), B.bassiana + M. anisopliae (3:1), B.bassiana + M. anisopliae (1:3,), dan Kontrol. Parameter yang diamati yaitu mortalitas larva, waktu kematian (LT50), persentase pupa terbentuk, persentase imago terbentuk, masa pra-oviposisi; oviposisi; dan pasca-oviposisi, jumlah telur yang diletakkan dan persentase telur menetas. Data dianalisis dengan sidik ragam dan uji lanjut LSD pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan dengan cendawan entomopatogen B. bassiana, M. anisopliae, serta konsorsium B. bassiana dan M. anisopliae efektif menyebabkan mortalitas larva dengan masing-masing persentase 88% dan 100%, namun perlakuan dengan konsorsium dapat mempercepat waktu kematian (nilai LT50) larva uji dibandingkan dengan perlakuan isolat tunggal. SOSIALISASI PENGENALAN CYBER BULLYING PADA ANAK-ANAK REMAJA RW 04 KALIBARU, CILINCING, JAKARTA UTARA

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman tentang cyber bullying di kalangan anakanak remaja di RW 04 Kalibaru, Cilincing, Jakarta Utara. Cyber bullying, sebagai bentuk pelecehan online, telah menjadi isu yang serius di era digital, terutama di kalangan remaja yang aktif menggunakan media sosial. Melalui metode sosialisasi dan pendidikan, program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi tentang apa itu cyber bullying, dampaknya, dan cara-cara pencegahan serta penanganannya. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 30 peserta dan menggunakan pendekatan interaktif melalui metode ceramah, tanya jawab dan survey. Penekanan khusus diberikan pada aspek Sikap dan pengetahuan terhadap cyber bullying. Pre-test dan post-test dilakukan untuk mengukur Sikap dan pemahaman peserta. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman remaja tentang cyber bullying. Peserta lebih sadar akan hak dan tanggung jawab mereka sebagai pengguna internet. Mereka juga belajar tentang pentingnya empati dan etika dalam berinteraksi secara online. Penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya edukasi cyber bullying sebagai bagian dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Hal ini relevan, terutama dalam upaya preventif terhadap tindakan bullying di ruang digital yang semakin meningkat

Aquatic Polyphaga (Insecta: Coleoptera) from Kampong Speu Province, Cambodia

We present the results of a faunistic inventory undertaken on aquatic Polyphaga beetles as part of a workshop organised by the BIO-PHIL project in Cambodia. Three small rivers and a pond in Kampong Speu Province were sampled in July 2018. Twenty-one taxa were collected during the sampling and identifi ed to species or morphospecies level. These are described with comments on habitat, distribution and further remarks, where applicable. Coexistent squamous cell carcinoma and tuberculosis in the cervix: a rare case report

Tuberculosis may coexist with malignancy. But coexistence of tuberculosis and cancer in cervix is extremely rare. We present a rare case of coexistent squamous cell carcinona and tuberculosis of uterine cervix in a 35 years old lady who presented with chief complaints of white discharge and bleeding per vagina since 1 year. Histopathological findings of carcinomatous nests along with epithelioid granuloma, langhans type of giant cells and positive acid fast bacilli in the tissue section give authenticity to our diagnosis. Tuberculosis complicating malignancy may occur in regions with high prevalence of this disease.
