Torsional Stifness Analysis of Formula Student Frame Modification

Pavel Chalupa Analýza torzní tuhosti upravené varianty rámu vozidla Formule Student DP, ÚADI, 2010, 66 str., 66 obr. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá výpočtovou analýzou rámové konstrukce Formule Student. Základní návrh této konstrukce je vymodelován v programu ProEngineer. Dále je model převeden do výpočtového softwaru Ansys, kde je provedena analýza metodou konečných prvků při zatížení krutem a ohybem. Z výsledných hodnot je proveden výpočet torzní tuhosti. Výsledky jsou nakonec porovnány s předchozími variantami rámů.Pavel Chalupa Torsional Stifness Analysis of Formula Student Frame Modification DW, IAE, 2010, 66 str., 66 obr. This thesis is concerned with a calculation analysis of a frame construction for Formula Student. The Base design of this construction is modeled in computer program ProEngineer. In next step the model is transfered to calculation software Ansys. The analysis is made by finite element method in torion and bend there. The calculation of torsional stiffness is made of resultant values. Finally, the results are compared with previous frame versions.

Management Functions of the Coach in the Chosen Sport

Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, zda trenéři v klubu využívají manažerské funkce v trenérské pozici. V práci jsou vymezeny pojmy související s manažerskými nástroji trenéra a jeho stěžejními vlastnostmi. Získané teoretické poznatky jsou v analytické části rozpracovány a zaměřeny na divizní fotbalový klub HFK Třebíč. Na základě uvedené teorie a získaných informací jsou navržena doporučení ke zvýšení kvality trenérské práce.The goal of this Bachelor´r thesis is to find out, if the coaches are using managerial functions in their coaching role. There are definitions of the terms related to coach´s management tools and their key qualities. The theoretical knowledges that I learnt are applied to divisional football club HFK Trebic. There are suggested recommendations for improving the quality of coach´s work in this thesis.

The Proposal of Age Management Application in Selected Company

Cílem práce je navrhnout opatření, která mohou vést ke zmírnění rizik spojených se stárnutím zaměstnanců v rámci aplikace Age managementu ve vybrané společnosti. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy týkající se řízení lidských zdrojů a není opomenut ani současný demografický vývoj. V analytické části jsou zpracovány analýzy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí podniku. Také byl proveden kvantitativní a kvalitativní výzkum. Na základě získaných dat jsou vytvořeny prvotní návrhy pro zavedení Age managementu ve vybrané společnosti.This thesis deals with proposal of measures that may lead to risk mitigation associated with employees´aging under the terms of the Age Management application in the chosen company. The theoretical part explains the concepts of human resources management and current demographic trends are not omited either. The analytical part presents the analysis of external and internal business environment. The quantitative and qualitative research was conducted as well. Based on the obtained data initial proposals are made for the introduction of age management in the chosen company.

Application of the Methodology of Communication Skills Training for Employees of Hotel Companies, Based on Immersion into the Virtual World

This paper describes a research study of communication skills training for future hotel workers in an immersive environment. The research team developed a model of the hotel reception in a virtual environment, and proposed a methodology for three-phase training. The research involved 56 testers who provided detailed feedback. To improve the communication skills of the participants, it is necessary to repeat the simulations and analyze the individual aspects of the communication in depth

Předmětem této diplomové práce je pevnostní kontrola nákladního přívěsu HIPOCAR HTV 18 a návrh úprav. Pro pevnostní kontrolu byla zvolena metoda konečných prvků. Podle výsledků pevnostní kontroly byl model rámu upraven. Následně byla provedena pevnostní kontrola upraveného rámu.The subject of this master's thesis is the strength analysis of the cargo trailer HIPOCAR HTV 18 and proposed modifications. For the strength analysis was selected finite element method. The frame model was modified by the results of the strength analysis. After that has been carried out the strength analysis of the modified frame.

The human ages in symbolic decoration of facades of renaissance townhouses on the Czech-Austrian border

The aim of the bachelor thesis is the catalog of the human ages in decoration of Renaisssance facades of townhouses on the Czech-Austrian border, content and comparative interpretation of selected theme. The first chapter discusses the state of research in historical and art-historical science. Next it discusses the historiography, the concept a sgraffito and the shape of Renaissance townhouses. The second chapter deals with the actual motive of human ages, symbolism and theatrical adaptation. The third chapter describes the various fronts on the Czech-Austrian border. The last chapter compares the different decorations and solve religious question of the owner. The conclusion summarizes the findings and presents opportunities for further research

Computer simulation of an automated rack stacker

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to create a simulation model of the High Bay Storage using the simulation program Tecnomatix Plant Simulation. In the first part of this thesis, a software analysis was carried out, Plant Simulation was selected to process the problematics of discrete simulation of production systems. This is followed by an explanation of the terms model, simulation run and system. Additionally, discrete and continuous simulations are compared in this part of the thesis. This section also explains the problematics of High Bay Storage, including their automation options, stackers and storage stocks management. Palletization together with different types of automated storage and retrieval systems are discussed as well. The second part of this thesis contains a simulation model of the warehouse with multiple types of storage and retrieval systems. All these types are evaluated, and the most effective option is selected

Self-Service Business Intelligence in the Management of Business Informatics (MBI)

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na rozvoj referenčního modelu MBI (Management of Business Informatics) vyvíjeného na půdě Katedry informačních technologií Vysoké školy ekonomické v Praze ve spolupráci s Katedrou softwarového inženýrství ČVUT. Cílem práce je představení problematiky implementace a provozu Self-Service Business Intelligence řešení ve firmě. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, kde první část stručně popisuje principy Self-Service BI řešení, definuje jeho možné přínosy a efekty ve firmě a porovnává možnosti využití Self-Service BI s klasickým Business Intelligence řešením. Druhá část je zaměřena především na již zmíněné rozšíření modelu MBI. V této části jsou představeny nejčastější úlohy spojené s implementací a provozem Self-Service BI, jejich vazby na uživatelské role, a významné faktory, kterými může být toto řešení ovlivňováno.The bachelor thesis is focused on the development of reference model MBI (Management of Business Informatics) exerted on the land of the Department of Information Technologies in the University of Economics in collaboration with the Department of Software Engineering CTU. The aim of this thesis is the introduction issues of implementation and operation of the Self-Service Business Intelligence solutions in the company. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part briefly describes principles of the Self-Service BI solution, it defines its potential benefits and effects in the company and compares the possibilities of using Self-Service BI with traditional Business Intelligence solution. The second part is focused on the already mentioned expansion of the MBI model. There are introduced the most common tasks related to the implementation and operation of Self-Service BI in this part, their links to user roles and important factors that may be affected by this solution

Conceptual design of the trailer body

Tato práce je koncepčním návrhem nástavby přívěsu, která je určena na přepravu sportovních potřeb, především jízdních kol, lyží a lodí. Obsahuje přehled současných možností přepravy zmíněných sportovních potřeb a koncepční návrh nástavby přívěsu, která bude sloužit k přepravě všech uvedených sportovních potřeb. Nástavba bude umístěna na v současnosti nabízených přívěsech.This thesis is a conceptual design of the trailer body which is intended to transport sporting goods, especially bicycles, skis and boats. It contains an overview of current transportation options mentioned sporting goods and a conceptual design of the trailer body which will serve to transport all these sporting goods. The body will be placed on trailers currently offered.
