L'articolo si propone di sviluppare una lettura semiotica dei processi organizzativi e decisionali dell'impresa, in particolare inn relazione al passaggio dalla dimesnione fordista a quella post-fordista. Sono evidenziate le trasformazione dei ruoli tematici e narrativi al fine di evidenziare i diversi livelli di autonomia e potere,, e le loro ricadute concrete dal punto di vista del funzionamento dell'impresa. Si analizzano infine le forme di interazione previste/correlate ai modelli organizzatvi più recenti. mostrandone i rischi soprattutto dal punto di vista della trasformazione degli obiettivi e delle condiizoni della loro realizzabilità
Radiation-induced edge effects in deep submicron CMOS transistors
The study of the TID response of transistors and isolation test structures in a 130 nm commercial CMOS technology has demonstrated its increased radiation tolerance with respect to older technology nodes. While the thin gate oxide of the transistors is extremely tolerant to dose, charge trapping at the edge of the transistor still leads to leakage currents and, for the narrow channel transistors, to significant threshold voltage shift-an effect that we call Radiation Induced Narrow Channel Effect (RINCE)
Molecular detection of parasites (Trematoda, Digenea: Bucephalidae and Monorchiidae) in the European flat oyster Ostrea edulis (Mollusca: Bivalvia)
Members of the globally distributed bivalve family Ostreidae (oysters) have a significant role in marine ecosystems and include species of high economic importance. In this work, we report the occurrence of digenean parasites of the families Bucephalidae (Prosorhynchoides sp.) and Monorchiidae (Postmonorchis sp.) in Mediterranean native populations of Ostrea edulis (but not in the introduced Magallana gigas). Molecular detection was based on DNA sequencing of the ribosomal intergenic spacer 2 (ITS2) marker. The importance of detecting the presence of overlooked digenean parasites in Mediterranean oysters is discussed. © 2018 The Author(s). New strategy for the cleaning of paper artworks: A smart combination of gels and biosensors
n this work an outlook on the design and application, in the cultural heritage field, of new tools for diagnostic and cleaning use, based on biocompatible hydrogels and electrochemical sensors, is reported. The use of hydrogels is intriguing because it does not require liquid treatment that could induce damage on artworks, while electrochemical biosensors not only are easy to prepare, but also can be selective for a specific compound and therefore are suitable for monitoring the cleaning process. In the field of restoration of paper artworks, more efforts have to be done in order to know how to perform the best way for an effective restoration. Rigid Gellan gel, made up of Gellan gum and calcium acetate, was proposed as a paper cleaning treatment, and selective biosensors for substances to be removed from this gel have been obtained by choosing the appropriate enzymes to be immobilized. Using this approach, it is possible to know when the cleanup process will be completed, avoiding lengthy and sometimes unnecessary cleaning material applications
Radiation damage and annealing in 1310 nm InGaAsP/InP lasers for the CMS tracker
Radiation damage in 1310 nm InGaAsP/InP multi-quantum-well lasers caused by 0.8 MeV neutrons is compared with the damage from other radiation sources, in terms of the increase in laser threshold current. The annealing behavior is then presented both in terms of both temperature and forward-bias current dependence. The annealing can be described by a model where radiation induced defects have a uniform distribution of activation energies for annealing. This model can then be used to predict the long-term damage expected for lasers operating inside the CMS tracker. (19 refs)
Pre-Production and Quality Assurance of the Mu2e Calorimeter Silicon Photomultipliers
The Mu2e electromagnetic calorimeter has to provide precise information on
energy, time and position for 100 MeV electrons. It is composed of 1348
un-doped CsI crystals, each coupled to two large area Silicon Photomultipliers
(SiPMs). A modular and custom SiPM layout consisting of a 32 array of
66 mm UV-extended monolithic SiPMs has been developed to fulfill
the Mu2e calorimeter requirements and a pre-production of 150 prototypes has
been procured by three international firms (Hamamatsu, SensL and Advansid). A
detailed quality assurance process has been carried out on this first batch of
photosensors: the breakdown voltage, the gain, the quenching time, the dark
current and the Photon Detection Efficiency (PDE) have been determined for each
monolithic cell of each SiPMs array. One sample for each vendor has been
exposed to a neutron fluency up to 8.5~~10 1 MeV (Si) eq.
n/cm and a linear increase of the dark current up to tens of mA has been
observed. Others 5 samples for each vendor have undergone an accelerated aging
in order to verify a Mean Time To Failure (MTTF) higher than 10

NH3 Emissions From Treated Buffalo Manure Application In Mediterranean climate And Comparison To ALFAM Model
Ammonia volatilization is widely recognized as one of the major environmental European problems, due to the increase in livestock farming activities. As a consequence, accurate ammonia assessment is needed in order to control ammonia emissions and to update national emission inventories. Besides some uncertainties still related to the measurement methods, another important issue is the necessity of investigating a different kind of fertilizers. In the last few years, considerable attention has been paid to many manure treatments prior to field application.
This study aims to assess ammonia emissions from the field application of separated buffalo manure digestate in the Mediterranean climate, in order to improve the emission inventory for this animal species, reared mostly in South Italy. Two measuring methods were used: wind tunnel (WT) and Integrated Horizontal flux (IHF). Moreover, ammonia emission measured were compared to those obtained running the statistical regression model ALFAM. This model based on Michaelis-Menten type equation is often used to predict cumulative ammonia loss and since it is based on a significant dataset is useful to discuss the effectiveness of the emission measured. The total ammonia losses measured in 7 days were 26.39 and 49.24 kg N ha-1, for WT and IHF, respectively. Although the predicted total emissions were 40.99 and 36.56 kg N ha-1, for IHF and WT, respectively, it is possible to observe the good accordance of the ALFAM model with the temporal pattern of both methods
