Based on the strategic analysis, the company's position on the market and its competitive advantage is determined. According to the company's vision and strategic goals, a comprehensive strategy for the development of a small business is proposed, including a time schedule for implementation.

Reflection of the internet in Art and Theory of the 21st Century

The purpose of this thesis is to show several examples of how the Internet affected art and theory in the 21st century. We can trace the origins of these changes as far as the 1990s when the Internet became a massively used medium. At that time, the art movement of net.art was born and new media studies were established. This so-called digital avantgarde used the unprecedented possibilities of communication and distribution that the Internet offered and pushed further the boundaries of artistic practice. This avantgarde was followed later by new generations of artists who experimented further with the medium and reflected on it critically. The Internet however changed dramatically many times ever since then - its interface and contents were being more and more influenced by the users. Artists connected to the term post-internet started to translate Internet aesthetics and themes to physical space. They were the first to do that in such a big measure. Currently the Internet has become so banal and transparent that it's difficult to recognise how far its influence on art and the art theory reaches. The second part of this thesis concentrates on concrete examples of theorists and artists whose practice is being influenced by the Internet in greater matter. These examples will show that it's no longer..

The Relationship between Motion Activity and Reproduction, Production and Health Parameters in Dairy Cattle.

The aim of this thesis was to assess the relationship between motion activity of dairy cattle as measured using activity meters and reproduction, production and health parameters. For a one-year period the motion activity of 210 dairy cows was monitored. The results show that at the start of the rutting period there is a noticeable increase in motion activity (mainly during nighttime hours), specifying the exact start of rutting and the subsequent insemination. If the rutting period is detected accurately the percentage of dairy cows that are impregnated increases. Using activity meters improves reproduction indicators. Motion activity in sick cattle is generally reduced and after a warning the animals can be treated in time. The relationship between motion activity and production parameters is statistically inconclusive

The work is aimed at the definition of the investigated tourist destination Prachaticko, the completion of the analysis of the tourist services, the completion and the evaluation of the field investigation, the proposal of the marketing conception and the definition of the marketing mix. The visitor profile for this destination was defined by the questionnaires and the personal survey. On the basis of this evaluation I proposed the product ``Historical region of Prachaticko{\crqq} which is focused on discovery of natural, cultural and historical sights and bicycling. The service package for this product includes accommodation services, boarding and entrance fees to cultural events and historical sights

Application of diffusive samplers for ambient ozone measurements

Diffuse sampling is based on free flow of analyte molecules from the sampled medium to a collecting medium. This method is used for quantifying ambient, gaseous air pollutant concentrations. Diffuse monitoring offers a geographical concentration distribution. It is available choice for measuring ambient ozone. Today, tropospheric ozone belongs to the most problematic pollutants in the atmosphere. And thatś why it is useful to monitor spatial and temporal variations in the amount of this pollutant. Leisure time of pre-school aged children and parents

The bachelor's thesis pertains to the topic of shared time between parents and preschool age children. The aim of the thesis is to map the method and the amount of spent time together between parents and children, while at the same time finding out finding out how the coronavirus pandemic affected their time together. Initial sections are composed of theoretical foundation for family issues, the developmental specifics of the preschool child, as well as the characteristics of quality time between parents and children. The practical part includes quantitative research in the form of questionnaires and qualitative research in the form of semi-structured interviews with parents of preschool children. The coronavirus pandemic has affected some families not only in the amount of time spent together but also in the preferences of certain joint activities. Overall, the pandemic has brought a number of positive and negative changes

Tourism development in microregion Netolicko

It is the object of the paper to analyse the development of the Netolicko micro region with an emphasis on tourism, completion of a situational analysis and proposal of its new possibilities. The field survey consisted in an annual monitoring of press and controlled interviews with mayors of the individual municipalities. The assessment yielded two main product designs, namely the ``Basic Package{\crqq} and the ``Cycling Package{\crqq} focusing on the getting to know of the natural, cultural and historic monuments and cycling tourism. The basic package consists of accommodation and catering services. The Cycling Package contains a bicycle rental, a guide service and offer of cycling paths
