Implementación del Diagnóstico de Gestión Ambiental en la Empresa de Atención a Equipos, Pinar del Río, Cuba

The present work developed in the Company of Attention to Teams located in the km 31/2 highway to Viñales, in the municipality Pinegrove of the River, county Pinegrove of the River, Cuba; he/she had as main objective to implement a guide I diagnose for the environmental administration; where they were analyzed the reduction of the negative environmental impacts, fundamentally those associated to the energy consumption, natural resources and generation of pollutants. The methodology used for the case study object, was through the empiric methods, everything it starting from the participant observation and the surveys; leaving for it of the methodology emitted by the (CITMA, 2011). as a result of the same one the existence of possibilities was demonstrated of reducing the residual pollutants and the decrease of the noise, with it is achieved it to increase the efficiency in the adoption of technician-organizational measures of character; also, the important paper was identified that plays in those purposes the direct participation of the operatives and intermediate bosses that work in the key positions. The carried out evaluation evidenced that the control and the administration of the Division, they derived in a strategy with premeditation directed to minimize the environmental impacts that are generated on the other hand. The investigation throws that all the impacts generated by the different areas of key results give a negative character; all are moderate except for the contamination of waters and floors for accidental vertimentos. El presente trabajo desarrollado en la Empresa de Atención a Equipos ubicada en el km 31/2 carretera a Viñales, en el municipio Pinar del Río, provincia Pinar del Río, Cuba; tuvo como objetivo principal implementar una guía diagnostico para la gestión ambiental; donde se analizaron la reducción de los impactos ambientales negativos, fundamentalmente los asociados al consumo de energía, recursos naturales y generación de contaminantes. La metodología empleada para el caso objeto de estudio, fue a través de los métodos empíricos, todo ello a partir de la observación participante y las encuestas; partiendo para ello de la metodología emitida por el (CITMA, 2011). Como resultado de la misma se demostró la existencia de posibilidades de reducir los residuales contaminantes y la disminución del ruido, con ello se logra aumentar la eficiencia en la adopción de medidas de carácter técnico-organizativas; además, se identificó el importante papel que juega en esos propósitos la participación directa de los operarios y jefes intermedios que laboran en los puestos claves. La evaluación realizada evidenció que el control y la administración de la División, derivaron en una estrategia con intencionalidad dirigida a minimizar los impactos ambientales que se generan por su parte. La investigación arrojo que todos los impactos generados por las diferentes áreas de resultados claves dan un carácter negativo; todos son moderados con excepción de la contaminación de aguas y suelos por vertimientos accidentales

Concentración de gases de efecto invernadero en los motores de combustión interna de los grupos electrógenos

The work is in the Oil Fuel Maintenance and Generation Company of Pinar del Rio, where the installation of facilities is composed of batteries of generators with Hyundai engines, which run on diesel and fuel. In order to carry out a detailed analysis of the atmospheric emissions resulting from the combustion, a sampling was made of the exhaust gases of the engines, as well as the areas of the neighboring houses, for a month, with exhaust gas analyzers, with a view to determining the possible contamination of the environment by these gases. The results obtained, that the elements contained in the emissions do not exceed the current parameters of the regulations in force, which regulate.El trabajo se desarrolló en la Empresa de Mantenimiento y Generación Eléctrica Fuel Oil de Pinar del Río donde la instalación de emplazamientos se encuentra compuesto por baterías de grupos electrógenos con motores Hyundai, que operan con diésel y fuel-oil. Con el propósito de realizar un análisis detallado de las emisiones atmosféricas producto de la combustión, se realizó un muestreo de los gases de escape de los motores, así como en las áreas de las casas colindantes, durante un mes, con analizadores de gases de escape, con vistas a determinar la posible contaminación del medio ambiente por estos gases. Los resultados obtenidos, muestran que los elementos contenidos en las emisiones no sobrepasan los establecidos por las normas aplicables vigentes, que regulan éstas

Analysis of surface roughness of different woods in the provinces of Pinar del Rio and Artemisa, Cuba

The objective of this work was to the characteristics of the planing tests on the wood of Pinus caribaea Morelet var. caribaea Barret and Golfari, Acacia mangium Willd, Gmelina arborea Roxb, Samanea saman (Jacq.) Merril and Eucalyptus saligna Sm. The study material was obtained in plantations located in the agroforestry companies Pinar del Rio, Macurije and Costa Sur in the provinces of Pinar del Rio and Artemisa, Cuba. The planning tests, the evaluation of defects and classification were carried out according to ASTM D-1666-2004 and DIN/ISO 1302:2002.ASTM D-1666-2004 and Norma DIN/ISO 1302. In general, the woods studied were classified as species with excellent workability, so they can be used in the production of products with higher added value

Implementación de la Tecnología de Gestión Total Eficiente de la Energía (TGTEE) en la Central Eléctrica Fuel-Oíl “Antonio Briones Montoto” de Pinar del Río.

El presente trabajo se trazó como objetivo fundamental implementar la Tecnología de Gestión Total Eficiente de la Energía (TGTEE) en la Central Eléctrica Fuel-Oíl “Antonio Briones Montoto”, dicha tecnología ha sido desarrollada por un Colectivo de Autores de la Universidad de Cienfuegos. Para lograr el objetivo propuesto se recolectó la información correspondiente al año 2016. Se aplicaron las herramientas matemáticas y estadísticas existentes a la base de datos, donde se identifica que los portadores energéticos más consumidos son el Fuel-Oíl y el Diésel, representando el 92 % del consumo total de portadores energéticos. En general se demuestra que el proceso productivo actual se desarrolla con una elevada eficiencia debido al alto coeficiente de correlación que existe entre el consumo de combustible y la generación de electricidad

Análisis de la rugosidad superficial de diferentes maderas en las provincias de Pinar del Río y Artemisa, Cuba

Merril y Eucalyptus saligna Sm. El material de estudio se obtuvo en plantaciones localizadas en las empresas agroforestales Pinar del Río, Macurije y Costa Sur en las provincias de Pinar del Río y Artemisa, Cuba. Los ensayos de cepillado, la evaluación de los defectos y clasificación se realizaron según las Norma ASTM D-1666-2004 y DIN/ISO 1302:2002. En general, las maderas estudiadas fueron clasificadas como especies con excelente trabajabilidad, por lo que pueden ser utilizadas en la elaboración de productos con mayor valor agregado
