Se representa el rendimiento de la marcada respecto al número de tallas combinadas en tres prendas de vestir estándar con diferentes formas, tamaños y número de piezas, y se define los modelos (regresiones) de curva del rendimiento con el propósito de comprender mejor el efecto de la estructura de los artículos en la utilización del tejido. Se analiza la variación del rendimiento en función del diseño de la vestimenta.Three standard garments with different patterns, sizes and number of pieces were studied by determining their efficiency of the marker plan. It was defined the models (regressions) of behaviour with the aim of understanding better the effect of the article on the marker utilisation. Endogenous and Ectopic Expression ofnogginSuggests a Conserved Mechanism for Regulation of BMP Function during Limb and Somite Patterning

AbstractThe genenoggin,originally cloned inXenopus,encodes a secreted factor expressed in the Spemann organizer, where it functions to oppose the ventralizing influence of bone morphogenetic proteins (BMPs). Noggin protein acts by binding directly to BMPs, thereby preventing them from interacting with their receptors. Here we describe the pattern of expression of the chickennoggingene during somite and limb development, two tissues in which BMPs have been postulated to play essential patterning roles. We find thatnogginis expressed in dynamic restricted patterns consistent with an important role in the modulation of BMP signaling. Using a replication competent retrovirus we have ectopically expressednogginin developing somitic and limb bud mesoderm and observed phenotypes consistent with complete block of BMP activity. This includes suppression of lateral somite differentiation and, in the limb, complete inhibition of chondrogenesis and local suppression of programmed cell death. In addition, we find that ectopicnogginexpression in the limb has no effect on anteroposterior limb pattern, suggesting that BMPs are unlikely to play a significant role in this process. Taken together, our results indicate thatnogginis a key regulator of vertebrate limb and somite patterning and suggest that the antagonistic Noggin–BMP interaction is a widely used mechanism to modulate BMP signaling during multiple inductive events in vertebrate embryogenesis

Análisis critico de un documento normativo. Norma Cubana 3000

The critical analysis of a scientific document, despite its type, contributes to improving quality since it identifies flaws and imperfections. In the particular case of normative documents, which must be coherent with science, especial importance is granted to that type of critic. Taking into account the previous ideas this article has as a purpose to contribute to enhancing the Cuban Regulation number 3000, concerned with the vocabulary used in a system of integrated management of human capital, departing precisely from a critical analysis, which prioritizes document revision and other methods of the theoretic and mathematical levels. Explanations about the main weaknesses detected in the regulation are presented in the paper as it arrives to the conclusion that the document must be modified on the basis of the results and recommendations of the study

Influence de plusieurs paramèters de dessin et procès sur le largueur et la résistance du structure tissée

El proceso de tisaje genera unas contracciones en las estructuras tejidas, y estas estructuras tienen unas resistencias que dependen principalmente, y para unos ilados determinados, de unos parámetros geométricos (parámetros relacionados con la geometría de la estructura). En este trabajo se estudia la influencia del coeficiente de ligadura por trama, densidad de trama y, también, de la tensión de la urdimbre en el tisaje sobre el ancho del tejido resultante (y por lo tanto la contracción respecto al ancho de trabajo en el peine del telar) y sus resistencias, de urdimbre y trama. En este trabajo se establecen los modelos de regresión de las resistencias sobre los parámetros indicados; atendiendo a la información obtenida se propone unos niveles óptimos para obtener unas resistencias máximas.The weaving process generates contractions in the woven structures, and these structures have resistances that depend mainly, and for some specifics yarns, of several geometric parameters (parameters related with the geometry of the structure). The present work studies the influence of the interlacing, filling density and, also, of the tension of the warp in the weaving on the width of the fabric (and therefore the contraction regarding the work width in the comb of the loom) and its tensile strength, of warp and weft.In this work, linear models predicting tensile strength response were established; on the basis of the data obtained it’s proposed some good levels to find the maximum tensile strength.Le processus de tissage crée des contractions dans les structures textiles qui ont une certaine résistance qui dépend principalement, et pour quelques fils donnés, des paramètres géométriques de celles-ci. Cette étude se pendre sur l´influence du coefficient du liaison sens trame, sur la densité de trame et, également, sur la tension de la chaîne en tissage sur le largueur du tissu (et par conséquence, la contraction du tissu sur le largeur du peigne au travail) et sa résistance, en sens chaîne et trame. Cette étude établie les modèles de régression de résistance à la traction sur les paramètres indiqués; compte tenu de l´information obtenue, il est proposé quelques bons niveaux obtenir résistances maximales

Sufrimiento competitivo y rendimiento en deportes de resistencia

La literatura que trata de relacionar aspectos precompetitivos como la ansiedad o el estado de ánimo con el rendimiento, en deportes de resistencia, es muy extensa. Sin embargo, las medidas precompetitivas han mostrado importantes inconsistencias en los resultados debido a que no tienen en cuenta las fluctuaciones en la respuesta emocional y en los procesos psicológicos del atleta una vez comenzada la competición (Hammersmeister y Burton, 1995). En esta investigación se estudia la relación de aspectos precompetitivos, como la ansiedad, el estado de ánimo y la autoeficacia, y aspectos acaecidos durante la competición, como las percepciones de amenaza y los recursos de afrontamiento,con el rendimiento. Mientras los aspectos precompetitivos se relacionan pobremente con el rendimiento, las percepciones de amenaza y los recursos de afrontamiento tienen un mayor poder explicativo de éste. Los resultados dan validez al concepto de sufrimiento competitivo que aparece cuando el atleta obtiene la certeza, mientras está compitiendo, de que no alcanzará el objetivo por el que está luchando.Research which attempts to relate precompetitive factors like anxiety or mood state with performance in endurance sports is very extensive. However, precompetitive measurements have showed important incongruence in their results because they don't bear in mind the changes in the emotional response and in the psychological processes of the athlete when the competition has begun (Hammersmeister y Burton, 1995). In this research, we study the relationship between precompetitive aspects -like anxiety, mood and self-efficacy-, aspects which arise when the competition has begun - like treath perceptions and coping resources-, and performance. While precompetitive aspects are poorly related with performance, treath perceptions and coping resources have a bigger explicative power over performance. Results give validity to the competitive suffering concept which arises when the athlete discovers, while competing, that he will not reach the goal which he is fighting for

Catalan cross-border spaces in the context of Europe

La cooperació transfronterera és un dels instruments de la integració europea i per això s’incentiva des de les institucions comunitàries. Es tracta d’impulsar la creació d’espais funcionals que tenen com a objectiu l’afebliment dels aspectes negatius dels efectes frontera. Comparant la integració transfronterera en diverses zones frontereres europees se’n desprèn la feblesa a l’espai català. De fet, no existeixen, en aquest Espai Català Transfronterer, mercats de treball integrats i hi ha pocs espais de quotidianitat (bassins de vie transfronterers). Aquest article aborda tres qüestions clau de la cooperació transfronterera a l’espai català. La primera, sobre els espais de cooperació transfronterera de Catalunya en el context europeu. La segona aporta una anàlisi de projectes Interreg i d’actors en l’Espai Català Transfronterer. La tercera remarca la importància de les comunicacions físiques, que són a la base de tota cooperació.Cross-border cooperation is one of the instruments used to further European integration, and this is why EU institutions encourage it. Its goal is to promote the creation of functional spaces that are capable of weakening the negative aspects of border effects. A comparison of cross-border integration in diferent border areas around Europe reveals the weakness of the Catalan space, given that there are no integrated job markets and few everyday spaces (cross-border bassins de vie or living/working areas) in this Catalan Cross-border Space. This article addresses three key issues in cross-border cooperation in the Catalan space. The first is about cross-border cooperation spaces in Catalonia within the context of Europe, the second analyses Interreg projects and projects by stakeholders in the Catalan Cross-border Space, and the third highlights the importance of physical connections, which are the foundation of all cooperation
