Mediação e sinergia em La Paloma (Uruguai): migrações que transformam uma localidade turística

Este artículo explora experiencias innovadoras de asociatividad entre migrantes recientes (ex-turistas) y antiguos residentes de La Paloma, una pequeña localidad costera uruguaya. A través de entrevistas en profundidad y análisis de documentos, se observan oportunidades para el desarrollo local dado el encuentro entre residentes de diversas trayectorias, a partir de las características que hacen de ese entorno un dinámico polo turístico. Diferentes competencias y saberes se integran, en pos de mejorar la calidad de vida de la población local, además de apostar por el cuidado del ambiente.This article explores innovative association experiences carried out by recent migrants (former tourists) from different origins and former residents from La Paloma, a small Uruguayan seaside town. Through in-depth interviews and several documents analyzed, it is observed that opportunities for local development arise from the encounters between residents with diverse backgrounds, within the touristic amenities in the zone. Different competences and knowledge are brought together, as means to improve the local quality of life and the sustainability of the environment.Este artigo explora experiências inovadoras de associatividade entre migrantes recentes (ex-turistas) e antigos moradores de La Paloma, uma pequena localidade costeira uruguaia. Naturaleza jurídica del reglamento de propiedad horizontal, la tutela del consumidor inmobiliario y las cláusulas abusivas

This essay analizes the legal nature of the Horizontal Regulation, in order to determine, given the existence of unfair contractual terms, that the principles and rules of the consumers protection could be applied to the real legal Estate system. Therefore, we ask ourselves what is an adhesion contract? What characters does it have? And what influence does it have in the Institute indicated? On that basis, it brings up to our attention the real Estate consumer tutelage institute, which gives us a broad defiance to legal regulation, and has a large impact not only among the academic field, but also in society dayto- day life. Lastly, the influence of the good faith principle at the co-property regulation is studied, giving us the starting point to study and exemplify clauses stipulated under which the dominant contract party includes contractual terms that alter or disturb their respective positions, and break the balance of their rights and obligations.El siguiente ensayo analiza la naturaleza jurídica del Reglamento de Propiedad Horizontal, para así determinar si ante la existencia de cláusulas abusivas se podrían aplicar al Régimen de Propiedad Horizontal, los principios y las normas de la Ley de Defensa del Consumidor. Para ello, nos preguntamos qué es un contrato de adhesión, cuáles son sus caracteres, y cuál es su incidencia en el instituto señalado. A partir de ello, se trae a colación el instituto de la tutela del consumidor inmobiliario, que nos brinda un amplio paraguas de protección legal y tiene gran incidencia no solo en nuestros ámbitos académicos, sino también en el día a día de la sociedad toda. Finalmente, se estudia la incidencia del principio protectorio de la buena fe en las cláusulas reglamentarias, dándonos el puntapié inicial para estudiar –y por qué no ejemplificar– cláusulas en las que el contratante dominante consigue incluir previsiones que alteran las recíprocas posiciones de las partes vinculadas, generando un notable y ostensible desequilibrio de los derechos acordados

EL RÉGIMEN JURÍDICO INTERNACIONAL EN EL MARCO DEL DERECHO SUCESORIO

: The article analyzes the foundations and rules applicable to Private International Law with the aim of understanding what the indirect rule is and how judges should apply foreign law to an international case. Should they be considered a fact or a right? Does the application come on it’s own or at the request of a party? Then, to understand the legal regime of international successions we analyzed the institute of universal succession (intestate and testamentary) and the different systems applicable to the subject. Finally, this system is compared with the wording of art. 2644 Civil and Commercial Code in force.Resumen: El texto analiza los fundamentos y las reglas aplicables al Derecho Internacional Privado con el objetivo de comprender qué es la norma indirecta y cómo deberían los jueces aplicar el Derecho extranjero en un caso internacional. ¿Se deben considerar un hecho o un derecho? La aplicación, ¿procede de oficio o a pedido de parte? Luego, para comprender el régimen jurídico de las sucesiones internacionales, se analizan el instituto de la sucesión universal (intestada y testamentaria) y los diferentes sistemas aplicables a la materia. Dovrebbero essere considerati un fatto o un diritto? L’applicazione viene da sola o su richiesta di parte? Quindi, per comprendere il regime giuridico delle successioni internazionali vengono analizzati l’istituto di successione universale (intestato e testamentario) e i diversi sistemi applicabili al soggetto. Infine, questo sistema viene confrontato con la formulazione dell'articolo 2644 Codice civile e Commerciale in vigore.

Changing the grazing session from morning to afternoon or including tannins in the diet was effective in decreasing the urinary nitrogen of dairy cows fed a total mixed ration and herbage

Our aim was to evaluate whether increasing soluble carbohydrates in the herbage by changing the time of the grazing session or including Acacia mearnsii tannin in the diet would affect intake, digestion, N partitioning, and productive performance of dairy cows fed a diet combining ryegrass herbage with partial total mixed ration (PMR). We hypothesized that both strategies could reduce the concentration of NH3-N in the rumen, reducing urinary N excretion. Nine Holstein cows were used in a triplicate 3 × 3 Latin square experiment with 3 experimental periods of 22 d. The cows were fed a fixed amount of PMR [60% of the predicted individual dry matter intake (DMI)], and an unrestricted amount of herbage in 1 grazing session of 5 h/d. The treatments were (1) morning grazing session and afternoon PMR meal (AM); (2) morning PMR meal and afternoon grazing session (PM); and (3) morning grazing session and afternoon PMR meal supplemented with 15.0 g of tannins/kg of PMR dry matter (TAN). Milk production was not affected by treatments. Although the protein concentration was lower for TAN than for PM, no differences were detected for the yield of any component between treatments. The concentration of individual or grouped fatty acids in milk fat was not affected by treatments, except for 16:1 cis-9 and Δ9-desaturase ratios 14:1/14:0 and 16:1/16:0, which were lower for TAN. Treatments did not affect total DMI, but PM tended to increase herbage DMI and reduce dry matter and crude protein digestibilities. Treatments did not affect cow eating and ruminating behavior except for the proportion of time spent eating PMR, which was higher for PM and TAN. Although no relevant effects of treatments on ruminal fermentation, purine derivatives excretion in urine, or N excretion in milk were detected, both PM and TAN decreased the total N excreted in urine by an average of 8% compared with AM. In conclusion, changing the grazing session from the morning to the afternoon and including tannins in the diet were effective in decreasing the excretion of urinary N but did not change the productive performance of dairy cows fed PMR and ryegrass herbage.Fil: Pozo, Claudio. Unusual Avian Vocal Mechanism Facilitates Encoding of Body Size

In this work we study the sound production mechanism of the raspy sounding song of the white-tipped plantcutter (Phytotoma rutila), a species with a most unusual vocalization. The biomechanics involved in the production of this song, and scaling arguments, allowed us to predict the precise way in which body size is encoded in its vocalizations. We tested this prediction through acoustic analysis of recorded songs, computational modeling of its unusual vocal strategy, and inspection of museum specimens captured across southeastern and south-central South America.Fil: Uribarri, Gonzalo. Los sistemas pastoriles, son aquellos en los que la pastura comprende al menos el 50% de materia seca total anual consumida por año (García y Fulkerson, 2005). El potencial de estos sistemas para la producción de leche estará determinado por su producción de materia seca (MS) por há, el nivel de utilización y la eficiencia de transformación de esa MS en leche (Hodgson, 1990)

Este trabajo pretende abordar las lógicas discursivas y transdiscursivas que esbozó el diario Olé luego del partido final del campeonato mundial de fútbol disputado en Brasil en el año 2014. Efectuando un corte sincrónico, se analizará como operaron los diferentes textos escritos en la edición del lunes 14 de Junio luego de la derrota de Argentina frente a Alemania.
