Invariance of regularity conditions under definable, locally Lipschitz, weakly bi-Lipschitz mappings

In this paper we describe the notion of a weak lipschitzianity of a mapping on a $C^{q}$ stratification. We also distinguish a class of regularity conditions that are in some sense invariant under definable, locally Lipschitz and weakly bi-Lipschitz homeomorphisms. This class includes the Whitney (B) condition and the Verdier condition

Individual Professional Practice in the Company

Abstrakt Tato bakalářská práce popisuje průběh absolvování individuální odborné praxe ve firmě Strojírny a stavby Třinec, a. s. v Třinci. Mým úkolem bylo seznámit se s chodem provozu v oddělení elektrotechnických dílen a s procesem opravy elektrických strojů (synchronní, asynchronní a stejnosměrné motory). Toto dále zahrnovalo podílet se na montáži, zkoušení, měření a zpracovávání dokumentace opravovaného stroje. Začátek práce se věnuje popisu firmy a jejího odborného zaměření. V další kapitole uvádím mně zadané úkoly a časové rozdělení na jednotlivých pozicích – v rámci praxe jsem měl možnost vyzkoušet si následující: pracovník navijárny a pracovník zkušebny. Největší část mé bakalářské práce (kapitoly 4. a 5.) popisuje montáž strojů s ohledem na konstrukci a jejich další měření a zkoušení. Kapitola čtvrtá se věnuje konstrukci a úkolům spojeným s montáži opravovaného stroje, pátá kapitola je zaměřená na diagnostiku, měření a zkoušení s ním spojenými. V závěrečné části hodnotím dovednosti a znalosti získané v průběhu studia, které jsem využil při realizaci práce, a dále přináším zhodnocení odborné praxe samotné.Abstract A presented bachelor´s work describes a course of my individual professional experience attended in Strojírny a stavby Třinec, a. s. company in Třinec. My duty was getting acquainted with functioning of electrotechnical workshop department as well as an electric machines repair process (synchronous, asynchronous and direct current motors). Other tasks were participating in assembling, testing, measuring and repaired machine documentation process. The first part of the bachelor´s work devotes describing of the company and its professional aiming. Next chapter deals with the duties given to me and timing on particular positions. I had an opportunity to tryout following: wind operative and testing-room operative. The hugest part of my bachelor´s work (chapters 4 and 5) describes machine assembling in view of the construction and their subsequent measuring and testing. The fourth chapter deals with construction and related testing. In the last part, I evaluate skills and knowledge obtained during my university studies, and which I applied in realisation of work, and I also bring an evaluation of the professional experience.410 - Katedra elektroenergetikyvýborn

Half-byte format of images from a road traffic data recorder

The paper proposes the image half-byte format applying to images from a road traffic data recorder. The format defines image pixel values using differences between a pixel value and a determined base value. The image half-byte representation can be further processed by appropriate methods. The paper presents also results of converting test images into the half-byte format
