189 páginas y anexosEl presente estudio de prospectiva estratégica para la Electrificadora del Huila al año 2028, nace como respuesta a la necesidad de la empresa de mejorar su capacidad de anticipación estratégica en busca de aumentar su competitividad y el desarrollo tecnológico. Este trabajo cobra vital importancia para el desarrollo energético del departamento, debido a que es la Electrificadora la organización insignia del sector y de la misma manera es de vital importancia para la comunidad regional, garantizar la calidad y suficiencia del servicio energético. El desarrollo metodológico del presente estudio prospectivo está basado en la corriente voluntarista de la prospectiva francesa. Las tecnologías de futuro identificadas que impactan directamente a la empresa son la generación con energía solar, las redes inteligentes, los sistemas o dispositivos para reducir las pérdidas técnicas de energía, la eficiencia energética y los circuitos para carga de baterías para sistemas en vehículos terrestre. Los ejes estratégicos que le aposto la empresa permiten fortalecer la infraestructura energética, la calidad y oportunidad del servicio, la adaptabilidad organizacional, la gestión de l+D+i y el incremento de clientes e ingresos, con base en las metas planteadas se definieron 42 programas con 83 proyectos, que permitirán alcanzar el escenario futuro visionado.The present strategic prospective study for Electrificadora del Huila in 2028 was born as a reaction to the company's need to improve its strategic anticipation capacity in order to increase its competitiveness and development technological. This study is very important for the energy development of the department, because is Electrohuila the flagship organization of the sector and, in the same way, it is of vital importance for the regional community, to guarantee the quality and sufficiency of the energy service. The methodological development of the present prospective study is based on the voluntarist tendency of the French prospective. The technologies future identified that directly impact the company are solar energy generation, smart grids, systems or devices to reduce technical energy losses, energy efficiency and circuits for charging batteries for systems in land vehicles. Adenocarcinoma do Úraco: Um Tumor Primário a Não Negligenciar

Urachal carcinoma is a rare and aggressive neoplasm, involving the urachus, a remnant of the fetal genitourinary tract that extends from the umbilicus to the dome of the bladder. We present a 49-year-old woman with a history of pelvic discomfort and a palpable suprapubic mass. Pelvic ultrasound and magnetic resonance revealed a 55-mm midline supravesical mass, arising from the urachus and extending inferiorly through the bladder. The characteristics of the mass and its location favored the diagnosis of urachal carcinoma. There were no regional or distant metastases. The patient underwent surgical resection of the tumor and histopathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of a non-cystic enteric type urachal adenocarcinoma. O presente artigo versa a temática da comunicação interna numa instituição de ensino superior – a Universidade Fernando Pessoa (UFP). Para efectuar o diagnóstico da comunicação interna na UFP, foi desenvolvida uma metodologia qualitativa, que permitiu a posterior elaboração da principal ferramenta de aferição do estado da comunicação interna, um questionário, designado pela equipe de trabalho por QUE SCI ©. Os resultados, de uma forma genérica, mostraram-se bastante positivos; não obstante conseguiu-se identificar algumas situações que não dispensam uma intervenção futura. Good and sound internal communication is essential to the functioning and growth of any organization. This article describes a study of the characteristics and quality of the internal communication processes carried out at a medium sized institution, the Fernando Pessoa University. The study evaluates the interdepartmental and staff communication, as well as communication characteristics such as clarity, coherence, timing, usefulness, use of consultation. The study uses a mixed methodology, with six focus groups and a proprietary questionnaire (QUESCI) administered to 270 employees, for which psychometric qualities (reliability and validity) are presented. Results point to an overall positive outlook, and identify many interesting areas for intervention
