A bottleneck for open banking
We discuss a critical bottleneck of any Open Banking initiative that forces market participants to share granular-level information from their clients. We argue in favor of realigning property rights of personal data with individuals, such that they can monitor, administer and understand pecuniary and non-pecuniary compensations from third-party usage. Finally, we present a novel decentralized technology capable of overcoming the bottleneck

Evaluating the Effects of a Short-Term Feed Restriction Period on the Behavior and Welfare of Atlantic Salmon, Salmo salar, parr Using Social Network Analysis and Fin Damage
Social network analysis (SNA) was used to quantify the role of behavioral interactions on the frequency and severity of fin damage in Atlantic salmon, Salmo salar, parr subjected to a short feed restriction period of 10 d. Dorsal fin erosion was observed in both feed‐restricted (FR) and control (C) groups of fish, but was significantly more frequent and severe in FR groups. FR fish had a significantly lower weight, length, and poorer body condition in comparison to C groups. Social networks based on aggressive interactions showed significantly higher overall degree‐centrality, clustering coefficients, out and in‐degree centralities in FR groups. This led to the formation of clusters of fish into initiators and receivers of aggression. Only the receivers of aggression exhibited dorsal fin damage, while initiators did not. Initiators and receivers of aggression in FR groups retained their roles even after control conditions were restored, suggesting that short periods of feed restriction can lead to permanent modifications in aggressive behavior. This study demonstrates the applied value of using SNA to investigate the longer term effects that aggressive behavioral interactions have on fin damage and welfare in Atlantic salmon. We thank all the members of staff at the Aquaculture Research Station in Tromsø for their technical help and support during the experiment.
Diagnostic difficulties in congenital tumor with positive antibodies for skeletal muscle. Lipofibromatosis case report
Neonatos con Tumores congénitos de partes blandasIntroduction: Congenital soft tissue tumors are uncommon; proper diagnosis calls for histopathological experience and ancillary techniques based upon immunohistochemial, cytogenetic,
and molecular biology. Following excision, intermediately aggressive soft tumors tend to local
recurrence, which significantly impacts prognosis; some cases occur close to malignity; subsequently, diagnostic implications are enormous for the patient.
Case report: A 26-day old neonate with a posterior left thigh mass entered hospital. Initial
biopsy analysis could not rule out either striated muscle origin or malignancy; resection and classification of surgical piece followed. Pursuant to resection, using immunohistochemistry panel,
tumor analysis and classification took place.
Conclusion: Soft tumor diagnosis is a complex process, even more so for newborns. Infrequent
occurrence requires that examiners have ample histopathological experience in the handling of
ancillary techniques. Furthermore, as in lipofibromatosis, determining the presence of trapped
vs. malignant tissue hinders proper classification, which, in turn, has profound implications for
the patient. We include a standard diagnostic algorithm based on clinical and histological characteristics for this type of congenital lesions.https://orcid.org/0000-0003-3507-7596https://orcid.org/0000-0001-8932-4877https://orcid.org/0000-0002-7147-425Xhttps://orcid.org/0000-0001-7982-4552Revista Internacional - No indexadaN
