Název: Porovnání výsledků aerobní zátěžové diagnostiky při jízdě na kajaku v bazénu s protiproudem a při klikové ergometrii horních končetin. Cíle práce: Cílem práce bylo zrealizovat aerobní zátěžovou diagnostiku při jízdě na kajaku v bazénu s protiproudem a zjistit tak úroveň kardiorespirační zdatnosti elitních českých kajakářů přímo při specifické činnosti pádlování. Dále jsme chtěli zjistit úroveň kardiorespirační zdatnosti těchto kajakářů při klikové ergometrii horních končetin a výsledné hodnoty porovnat s hodnotami získanými při pádlování v bazénu s protiproudem. Metody: K získání potřebných dat jsme využili laboratorní testování (aerobní zátěžovou diagnostiku pří pádlování v bazénu s protiproudem a při klikové ergometrii horních končetin) a dotazníkového šetření. Výsledky: Podařilo se zrealizovat aerobní zátěžovou diagnostiku při jízdě na kajaku v bazénu s protiproudem a zjistit, jaká je kardiorespirační zdatnost elitních českých vodních slalomářů (kajakářů) přímo při specifické činnosti pádlování (VO2max: 38,49 ± 7,92; SF: 181,88 ± 4,99) i při pohybové činnosti podobné - klikové ergometrii horních končetin (VO2max: 66,29 ± 3,16; SF: 183,0 ± 6,02). Aims: The aim was to implement aerobic exercise testing when kayaking in the pool with countercurrent and find out the level of cardiorespiratory fitness of elite Czech kayakers directly at a specific aktivity of paddling. We also wanted to determine the level of cardiorespiratory fitness kayakers in the crank ergometry upper limbs and the resulting values compared with the values obtained with the values of testing in the pool with counter. Methods: We used a laboratory testing (aerobic exercise testing in the pool with countercurrent and aerobic exercise testing during crank ergometry upper limbs) and survey. Variation on a theme: the structures and biosynthesis of specialized fatty acid natural products in plants

Plants are able to construct lineage-specific natural products from a wide array of their core metabolic pathways. Considerable progress has been made toward documenting and understanding, for example, phenylpropanoid natural products derived from phosphoenolpyruvate via the shikimate pathway, terpenoid compounds built using isopentyl pyrophosphate, and alkaloids generated by the extensive modification of amino acids. By comparison, natural products derived from fatty acids have received little attention, except for unusual fatty acids in seed oils and jasmonate-like oxylipins. However, scattered but numerous reports show that plants are able to generate many structurally diverse compounds from fatty acids, including some with highly elaborate and unique structural features that have novel bioproduct functionalities. Furthermore, although recent work has shed light on multiple new fatty acid natural product biosynthesis pathways and products in diverse plant species, these discoveries have not been reviewed. The aims of this work, therefore, are to (i) review and systematize our current knowledge of the structures and biosynthesis of fatty acid-derived natural products that are not seed oils or jasmonate-type oxylipins, specifically, polyacetylenic, very-long-chain, and aromatic fatty acid-derived natural products, and (ii) suggest priorities for future investigative steps that will bring our knowledge of fatty acid-derived natural products closer to the levels of knowledge that we have attained for other phytochemical classes

Evaluation of the Management of the Organization ZIKOS

Diplomová práce se zabývá zhodnocením hospodaření příspěvkové organizace ZIKOS. Cílem této práce je pomocí analýzy nákladů a výnosů a finanční analýzy zhodnotit hospodaření organizace a navrhnout doporučení ke zlepšení hospodaření. Na základě teoretických poznatků uvedených v první části práce je druhá část zaměřena na zhodnocení hospodaření organizace. Třetí část obsahuje návrhy a doporučení na zlepšení hospodaření příspěvkové organizace ZIKOS.The master`s thesis deals with the evaluation of the management ZIKOS allowance organization. The aim of this work is the cost-benefit analysis and financial analysis to evaluate the management of the organization and propose recommendations for improvement the management of the organization. On the basis of theoretical knowledge referred to in the first part is the second part focuses on the assessment of economics. The third part contains suggestions and recommendations to improve the management of allowance organizations ZIKOS.

A Draft of a Corporate Financial Plan

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem finančního plánu podniku. V první části práce jsou zpracována teoretická východiska k danému tématu finančního pánování. Ve druhé části je provedena analýza společnosti a jejího okolí. V další části je proveden návrh finančního plánu podniku pro období 2017 až 2019 ve dvou variantách. Následně je v této třetí části provedeno zhodnocení obou návrhů.This master thesis deals with the draft financial plan of the company. In the first part of the thesis are theoretical informations of financial planning. The second part makes analysis of company and its environts. In the next part is drafted financial analysis in two variants for the years 2017 – 2019. The last part is formed of resume of the financial plan.

Analyssis and Optimization of Sports Activities in a Small City

Cílem této bakalářské práce je popsat, analyzovat a optimalizovat stav pohybových aktivit v menším městě, konkrétně v Moravských Budějovicích. V práci jsou posuzována všechna zařízení, kde jsou provozovány pohybové aktivity. U jednotlivých sportovišť analyzujeme využitou kapacitu, druh pohybových aktivit, které jsou zde provozovány a zdroje financování. Na základě uvedené teorie a získaných informací je zpracován návrh, který povede k optimalizaci nabídky pohybových aktivit v Moravských Budějovicích.The objective of this bachelor thesis is analysing and optimising of sports activities in a small city, namely in Moravské Budějovice. It analyses all sports venues in Moravské Budějovice, where inhabitans do some sports activities. It analyses use capacity, kind of sports activities and source of financing. Based on all acquired data, there will be provided some suggestions which support to optimization of sports activities in Moravské Budějovice.
