The article describes the data in exploration and local forecast of gold-ore deposits based on typomorphic pyrite properties. The pyrite properties: crystal shape, impurity-elements and thermal EMF change in relation to the deposit formation conditions are consistent with the mineralogical and geochemical zoning of ore bodies and deposits. In this case, it is possible to evaluate the ore zone erosion, prospectivity and productivity of the ore bodies at depth and flanks. Mineralogical sampling on pyrite and gold should be conducted on the basis of other methods during exploration and mining

Asthma is a chronic inflammatory airway disease with bronchial hyperresponsivenes causing recurrent episodes of wheezing, dyspnea, chest tightness and cough which typically occur at nighttime or early in the morning. These episodes are due to generalized airway obstruction which is commonly reversible spontaneously or with treatment. Asthma is mainly diagnosed clinically and should be based on the patient's symptoms and signs, lung function testing with investigations of bronchial obstruction reversibility, allergy testing and after exclusion of other diseases. The aim of asthma therapy is achievement and maintenance of asthma control that is maximal resolution of clinical symptoms of the disease.Бронхиальная астма (БА) – хроническое воспалительное заболевание дыхательных путей с развитием бронхиальной гиперреактивности, которая обусловливает повторяющиеся эпизоды свистящих хрипов, одышки, чувства заложенности в груди и кашля, в особенности по ночам или ранним утром. Lessons for health service: The chernobyl accident and the COVID-19 pandemic

Purpose: The article is devoted to the analysis of organizational measures to overcome the medical consequences of two large-scale events: the Chernobyl accident on 26.04.1986 and the COVID-19 pandemic. Results: A comparison of the causes, key factors, numbers affected and involved in these events persons, and the availability of the source of knowledge about the clinical picture, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of diseases, developing as a result of radiation exposure and the virus SARS-Cov-2. The article considers the availability of special medical institutions, the infectability of medical workers, the presence of long-term consequences for the health of victims and for the economy. Conclusions: In the development of such catastrophic events, an important role should be played by 1) Timely and adequate information to the population. 2) It is necessary to have a sufficient number of beds that can be repurposed in accordance with the needs and provided with appropriate equipment to support the vital functions of the body. 3) Planned training of qualified medical personnel should be carried out. 4) It is necessary to have stocks of emergency drugs close to the institutions where it is possible to receive victims

Perspectives of development of the compulsory medical examinatio order

Last modification of compulsory medical examination regulations was connected with the order of the Ministry of health and social development of Russia № 302н dated 12.04.2011. The order is been valid on the territory of the Russian Federation for almost 2 years. During the term of this document there had been established a new basic for the health system: the Federal law dated 21.11.2011 №323-Ф3. The Federal law of 21.11.2011 № 323-ФЗ and test results addressed to the Ministry of health of Russia became the reasons for the Ministry of health of Russia to organize a number of changes in existing regulations of compulsory medical examinations. The number of planned change does not allow us to perform local changes and requires a complete reissue of the order, therefore the working group of the Russian Ministry of health prepared the «new order 302н», which already includes all the planned changes

Development and application of radiation sterilization method in Federal Medical and Biophysical centre n.a. A.I. Burnazyan

This article the necessary research and work that preceded the introduction of radiation sterilization practice for medical products (MP) on an industrial scale, and in which the organization was participating. The research and work was carried out in order to determine the sterilizing doses; to determine the maximum permissible doses of treatment; to develop irradiation technology; to develop normative and methodological base. The given study presents the results of practical work from 2000 to 2009 on radiation sterilization of MP and works to improve the methodological support of the production of such products. The scope of work was performed on the irradiation of products and conduct its microbiological control. The results of for analysis of the practice are overviewed. There were shown the basic documents for methodological support of production and the organization's role as a scientific and methodological expertise and nationwide center for radiation sterilization of MP, developed by the organization. There was presented the current status of logistical support and other features of the organization for participation in the works on radiation sterilization of MP, radiation processing of food and other materials that require microbiological decontamination
