    In Republic of Karelia tourism accepted to be one of priority orientations in program on socio-economic development of region. This paper observes recreation potential of Republic Karelia. More emphasis is put on to Zaonezhje as an area with rich history and unique natural complexes. We developed a water route around islands of northern part of Onego Lake. It can become a good alternative tourist product and will be able to reduce recreation load on another popular destinations. This route can be used in school educational program also

    Network Interaction as Means of Forming and Developing Common Educational Space: from Experience

    The experience of the organization of the educational project β€œNetwork interaction - a new attribute of self-formed professional space of a teacher” is proposed. The project is implemented by the authors on the basis of β€œKrasnoselskaya school” (Arzamas district, Nizhni Novgorod region) in the framework of scientific and innovative activities of pedagogical university. The authors believe that the traditional education system can not fully ensure the success of new educational results within the traditional content of education. Attention is paid to the construction of the process of network interaction, which is in constant dynamic development, contributes to the achievement of a new quality of education through the creation of a virtual information educational environment based on online learning platforms. The work summarizes the results of the initial phase of project implementation. The diagnostic and thematic master class conducted by the authors proved the importance of the organized activity, which will allow: 1) to create conditions for social, cognitive and personal growth of teachers; 2) to master the network form of professional dialogue; 3) to present their teaching activities; 4) to create their own database of digital resources for self-construction of the lesson and extracurricular activities; 5) to master the basic services and technologies of the Internet for their systematic use in their educational activities

    80 patients with acute pneumonia were complexly examined when they were admitted to, and discharged from, a hospitai as well as 6β€”12 months later. The outcomes into chronic non-specific pulmonary diseases were reveaied in 25% of cases. Analysis of the examination resuits made it possible to ascertain the following risk factors of the acute pneumonia transition into chronic non-specific pulmonary diseases: severe or delayed course of disease; presence of Streptococcus or Escherichia coli in the sputum; lingering and massive antibacterial therapy; such symptoms of incomplete recovery on the moment of a patient discharge from a hospital as cough, non-specific showings of inflammation in biochemical blood analysis, roentgenographically revealed changes, externalΒ  respiration disorder; reduction of pulmonary blood flow when patients were admitted to, and especially when they were discharged from, a hospital; adaptive stress reaction; chronic alcoholic intoxication. The following factors contribute to favor outcomes: physiotherapy, exercise therapy, medicines improving microcirculation; normal function of external respiration and normal pulmonary blood flow as well as adaptive training reaction when discharging from a hospital.     Developing of students diagnostic skills for working with adolescents with deviant behavior as a factor in the ethical principle of objectivity

    The aim of the present article was to study the question of do special exercises for the formation of students-psychologists skills determine the causes of deviant behavior of adolescents, based on the provisions of the causal approach in psycho-diagnostics A. F. Anufrieva, the principle of objectivity. The study involved 30 future psychologists. After performing the exercises in the course "Psychodiagnostics" the students solved the task, which simulates diagnostic work of the psychologist with decriminalised teenager with deviant behavior. Students were asked to solve a problem in professional discourse – to put forward hypotheses about the causes of deviant behavior in everyday life is to point out the culprits of the situation. Additionally, students assessed their similarity with the hero of the diagnostic event. The results show that students who have managed to build up diagnostic skills to identify psychological causes of deviant behavior, both professionally and in everyday discourse grappled with the task model, regardless of the number of subjective similarities with her character.     Aim of this research was to achieve a thorough analysis of what could be a borderline between illegal tax avoidance and lawful tax planning. Within the process of research some indicators to shape the borders of lawful tax planning were found, however, by the end of the day it was understood that in the international tax law landscape there is still no uniform common explanation of tax evasion and tax planning. The root of this can be found in the Article 6 of ATAD (Anti-tax avoidance directive). Which constitutes standards for national laws to oppose tax avoidance. While bearing the burden of tackling tax avoidance MSs shall not come to abuse of EU fundamental freedoms by too strict national tax legislation. It was concluded that absence of uniformity in understanding tax planning and tax evasion is contributing to countries’ sovereignty in a way how their tax authorities and judiciary choose to exercise their powers and cherish the supremacy of EU law

    The research is urged by the modern requirements concerning the implementation of the competence approach in the context of the Federal State Educational Standard for Higher Education, where special attention is paid to IT-technologies and the information of the educational space development. In this regard, this article aims at identifying the success of the introduction of a number of IT-technologies into the educational process towards natural science cycle teachers training, retraining and advanced training. The main methods used in the study of this problem are the following: concretization and generalization of the data; questioning and testing, monitoring the progress of the educational process and analysis of the results of educational activities of students; study of the experience of certain educational institutions; conducting ascertaining and forming experiments. The article shows that the pedagogical community of different educational levels is ready for the perception and use of new modern IT-technologies, despite the fact that not all educational institutions have the necessary technical capabilities for their successful implementation. It is revealed that not all IT-technologies are adapted for introduction in educational process. The active use of various information technologies in the educational process at the faculty of natural geography, the interest of students in their development and further use in their future professional activities are also revealed. The materials presented in the article make it possible to organize innovative platforms for teachers’ training in a number of educational organizations for implementing the most appropriate information technologies and improving the information competence of teachers
