Mechanisms of development of structure and content of training by professions and specialties of secondary professional education
В статье представлен успешный опыт организации работы Федерального учебно-методического объединения в системе СПО по укрупненной группе профессий и специальностей 27.00.00 Управление в технических системах и Центра опережающей профессиональной подготовки. Novel amphiphilic conjugates of: P-tert -butylthiacalix[4]arene with 10,12-pentacosadiynoic acid in 1,3- alternate stereoisomeric form. Synthesis and chromatic properties in the presence of metal ions

For the first time amphiphilic receptors based on the 1,3-alternate stereoisomeric form of thiacalix[4]arene, bearing carboxyl/sulphonate polar headgroups on one side and 10,12-pentacosadiynoic acid (PCDA) residues on another side of the macrocyclic plane, were synthesized. It was shown that embedding of synthesized macrocycles in PCDA vesicles results in stable colloids with a size around 300 nm. The temperature of ultrasonication before UV irradiation has a critical impact on the packing of vesicles for better polymerization. The increase of calixarene content in PCDA vesicles causes a decrease in the degree of PCDA polymerization. Nevertheless, calixarene additives dramatically change the colorimetric response of photopolymerized PCDA vesicles toward metal ions. Vesicles with 10 mol% content of calixarene have significant colorimetric response toward lanthanide ions with a detection limit up to 8 μM. The colorimetric response in the series of lanthanide ions depends on the ionic radius, and the greatest response was found for the largest La(iii) ion. It was found that binding of calixarene-PCDA vesicles with lanthanide ions results in the formation of large 1 μm aggregates followed by sedimentation. Thus, the mechanism of colorimetric response of calixarene-decorated polydiacetylene vesicles toward lanthanide ions includes the distortion of the calixarene cavity provoking perturbation of the PDA backbone accompanied by metal-induced aggregation of functionalized vesicles with sedimentation of particles. Therefore, calixarene-PCDA vesicles have great potential for the future design of bifunctional colloids with sensor and separation applications
Crystal Growth, Dynamic and Charge Transfer Properties of New Coronene Charge Transfer Complexes
© 2015 American Chemical Society. Two new coronene charge transfer complexes with F4-TCNQ of 2:1 and 1:1:1 (solvate with acetonitrile, MeCN) stoichiometry were obtained using crystal growth procedures from the solution and vapor phase. It was shown that mobility of coronene molecules in crystals is more affected by the asymmetry of its surrounding than by the composition and degree of charge transfer and interstack interactions. The combination of X-ray diffraction and electrochemistry in the solid state and a time-resolved one in solution allowed us to clarify the nucleation in solution showing that the formation of 2:1 coronene/F4-TCNQ complexes is thermodynamically preferable. The X-ray single crystal data for pristine coronene showed the crystal structure to be the same as at ambient temperature, raising doubt about the previously reported phase transitions at 140-180 K
Assessment of Economic Growth Prospects in Russian Regions Considering Import Sanctions
Sanctions restrictions and external pressure on the Russian economy resulted in significant transformations of cooperative foreign relations. Such developments require adaptive mechanisms to ensure sustainable economic growth at the macro- and meso-levels. In this regard, various studies aim to develop methodologies for building macroeconomic models adapted to institutional and market changes. The present article tries to solve this problem by proposing and testing approaches to the assessment of regional economic growth prospects by simulation modelling of localisation of transnational chains of foreign final and intermediate goods. It is assumed that there are critical imports to the region, which form the core of sustainable development risks considering changes in cross-border supplies. The methods of systematisation and grouping of regional economic risks due to import restrictions are utilised. Additionally, the study applies the correlation and regression and structural analysis to determine the impact of disturbances in economic relations on sustainable development of individual economic sectors of regions, formation of gross regional product (GRP) and growth prospects of the national economy. The case of the Republic of Tatarstan was examined. According to the negative scenario, which assumes the total restriction of critical import supplies to Tatarstan and inefficient use of import substitution mechanisms, a slowdown in the regional economy (-6.9 % of GRP) can be expected. The obtained estimates on the scale of Tatarstan determine the slowdown in Russia’s gross domestic product growth rates by 0.23 %. Projecting of the results to all Russian regions predicts a slowdown of 1.28 % of GDP for the whole country, which is within acceptable risks. The results can be used to develop adaptive mechanisms for state management of regional economy in the context of systemic transformations.Сформировавшиеся особенности экономического развития, выраженные в существенных пертурбациях межкооперационных внешних связей в результате санкционных ограничений и жесткого внешнего давления на национальную экономику России, определяют необходимость поиска адаптационных механизмов обеспечения устойчивого экономического роста как на макро-, так и на мезоуровне. В этой связи крайне актуальными сегодня становятся исследования, направленные на разработку методических подходов, обеспечивающих возможность построения макроэкономических моделей, адаптированных под новые реалии институциональных и конъюнктурных изменений. Настоящая статья посвящена решению этой задачи, реализация которой осуществлена на примере Республики Татарстан. Целью работы являются разработка и апробация методических подходов к эмпирической оценке перспектив регионального экономического роста в рамках имитационного моделирования процессов локализации зарубежных поставок товаров конечного и промежуточного потребления. В качестве гипотезы принимается допущение о наличии критического импорта в регион, формирующего ядро рисков его устойчивого развития в условиях пертурбации трансграничных поставок. Основу исследования составляют методы систематизации и группировки региональных экономических рисков, формирующихся в результате ограничения поставок импорта из так называемых недружественных по отношению к РФ стран. Кроме того, методическую основу исследования составляют корреляционно-регрессионный и структурный анализ, обеспечивающие возможность идентификации влияния пертурбаций внешнеэкономических связей на устойчивость развития отдельных секторов экономики региона, формирование валового регионального продукта и перспективы экономического роста национальной экономики в целом. Результаты проведенного исследования состоят в выявленных рисках возможного замедления ВРП исследуемого в качестве примера региона (Республики Татарстан) на 6,9 % в рамках реализации негативного сценария, предусматривающего тотальное ограничение поставок критического импорта в регион в условиях неэффективного использования механизмов импортозамещения. Полученные оценки в масштабе Республики Татарстан определяют замедление темпов роста ВВП России на 0,23 %. Проецируя результаты на все субъекты РФ ожидаемое замедление экономического роста в РФ ожидается на уровне 1,28 % ВВП, что укладывается в диапазон допустимых рисков.
Quasiparticle interference and strong electron-mode coupling in the quasi-one-dimensional bands of Sr2RuO4
The single-layered ruthenate SrRuO has attracted a great deal of
interest as a spin-triplet superconductor with an order parameter that may
potentially break time reversal invariance and host half-quantized vortices
with Majorana zero modes. While the actual nature of the superconducting state
is still a matter of controversy, it has long been believed that it condenses
from a metallic state that is well described by a conventional Fermi liquid. In
this work we use a combination of Fourier transform scanning tunneling
spectroscopy (FT-STS) and momentum resolved electron energy loss spectroscopy
(M-EELS) to probe interaction effects in the normal state of SrRuO. Our
high-resolution FT-STS data show signatures of the \beta-band with a distinctly
quasi-one-dimensional (1D) character. The band dispersion reveals surprisingly
strong interaction effects that dramatically renormalize the Fermi velocity,
suggesting that the normal state of SrRuO is that of a 'correlated
metal' where correlations are strengthened by the quasi 1D nature of the bands.
In addition, kinks at energies of approximately 10meV, 38meV and 70meV are
observed. By comparing STM and M-EELS data we show that the two higher energy
features arise from coupling with collective modes. The strong correlation
effects and the kinks in the quasi 1D bands may provide important information
for understanding the superconducting state. This work opens up a unique
approach to revealing the superconducting order parameter in this compound
