    El propósito de este artículo científico es realizar un estudio sobre las enfermedades laborables del profesional de secretariado gerencial del cantón Latacunga y a su vez realizar algunas reflexiones acerca de las necesidades que tienen todas las organizaciones de asumir los riesgos laborales como una filosofía organizacional y el desafío de la gerencia en entornos cada vez más cambiantes, y sobre todo mejorar las condiciones laborales y de seguridad de su talento humano. Con esta investigación se logró conocer que el personal que labora en el campo secretarial, desconocen  los riesgos que conlleva en su área laboral, y  sobre la existencia de la cobertura del Seguro Social en las Enfermedades profesionales; en su mayoría no consideran que los riesgos de las enfermedades profesionales afectarían el buen desempeño y se evitarían las ausencias en los puestos de trabajo; el abandono y la pérdida de  su empleo, perjudicando al ingreso familiar y al desarrollo de la ciudad de Latacunga y del país. &nbsp

    En el mundo actual las tecnologías de la información y la comunicación absorben todos los quehaceres de la vida de las personas, de ahí la importancia en los procesos de alfabetización tanto informacional como digital que provea de las herramientas necesarias tanto para el procesamiento de la información como para el manejo técnico de las mismas, lo que lleva a plantear un modelo educativo que contemple las diferentes dimensiones: la tecnológica, la pedagógica y la administrativa en los procesos de formación. Este trabajo busca en definitiva, llegar a una aproximación conceptual de la Tecnología Educativa además de servir de base al desarrollo de cualquier plan de actuación relacionado con la incorporación e integración de las Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación en Educación. El artículo en sí, pretende dar un aporte en el campo de la gestión curricular planteando una propuesta que parte del análisis teórico de diversos autores, que permita, al usuario de las Tic´s, (Tecnologías de la información y la comunicación) expuesto al proceso de alfabetización, tanto informacional como digital, hacer manejo de ellas en el campo educativo, considerando las diversas dimensiones que están presentes cuando van a implementar: la tecnológica, la pedagógica y la administrativa.     Los problemas y desafíos que los países enfrentan hoy en las Instituciones de Educación Superior (IES) y en su gestión, pueden ser comprendidos cuando se estudian en el contexto de las fuerzas económicas, políticas, culturales nacionales regionales e internacionales. Didrikson, señala que” el desarrollo de la Educación Superior y su gestión, es la manifestación del nivel de desarrollo de cada país y de cada una de sus regiones” (DIDRIKSON, 2000) Dentro de este concepto de múltiples relaciones, es necesario reconocer en primera instancia la especificidad de la Educación Superior en función de su peculiar naturaleza como práctica política y cultural comprometida con la promoción y formación de los valores profesionales y sociales que orientan el pleno ejercicio de los hombres en el seno de la sociedad. En la actualidad, la reforma curricular en las Instituciones de Educación Superior (IES) es un elemento obligado en la agenda universitaria, porque éstas deben reconfigurarse constantemente a través de una reingeniería que les permita ser capaces de transitar hacia las sociedades del conocimiento. La reforma académica debe ser un proceso dinámico donde no sólo intervengan los expertos, sino que se vean inmersos todos los actores de la organización a través de la animación socio cultural. Desde esta perspectiva, la relación entre las IES y el sector productivo de cada región juega un rol primordial, a través de una cooperación efectiva y eficiente además se pueden desarrollar nuevo conocimiento y tecnología aplicada aprovechando las fortalezas de cada sector, con la intención de conseguir el desarrollo, tanto económico como social, de la región.     Este presente proyecto ocupó un lugar importante en la Educación, dado que la deserción escolar representa un problema social multicausal, Reivindica la importancia del proyecto dado que la deserción escolar es un problema social multicausal, siendo uno de los temas primordiales dentro de la sociedad, en el cual se busca disminuir y erradicar este fenómeno. El objetivo general de la indagación fue diagnosticar la deserción como fenómeno en la educación que deben recibir los niños y niñas de la Unidad Educativa Luisa Sayas De Galindo de la ciudad de Latacunga. El tipo de metodología que se utilizó es mixta. La población es de 40 alumnos entre niños y niñas, 36 padres de familia y 2 docentes. Como instrumento de recolección de datos se aplicó la encuesta y se abordaron diversas fuentes bibliográficas sobre el tema

    The main aim of this research was to analyze the mother tongue phonological interference in an elementary level. The literary review allowed approaching the main topics to understand if the mother tongue phonological interference could be considered as a problem in the second language learners’. For this reason, the researchers found the most difficult sounds in which learners always present problems affecting their pronunciation. Field notes sheets were used to obtain some word sounds’ difficult to articulate by the students, in which they presented mother tongue phonological interference. Those sounds were adapted to elaborate the checklist in order to evaluate the mother tongue phonological interference. Thus, data from the instrument showed that majority of participants’ present mother language phonological interference because they used Spanish sound during their pronunciation of the certain sound in English. As a teaching strategy to avoid to have a phonological interference, this research is of great importance because it allows reflecting on a key point that had been forgotten but it is necessary for improving the English pronunciation. Overall, mother tongue phonological interference must be taken in account by teachers during the class to help students to overcome these learning problemsEl objetivo principal de este proyecto fue analizar la interferencia fonológica de la lengua madre en el habla del idioma Inglés en un nivel elemental. La revisión literaria permitió acercarse a los temas primordiales para entender si la interferencia fonológica de la lengua madre podría ser considerada como un problema dentro de la pronunciación de los aprendices. Por esto, los investigadores encontraron los sonidos más difíciles en las que los estudiantes con normalidad presentan problemas afectando su pronunciación. Los instrumentos de las notas de campo fueron utilizados para obtener sonidos de palabras difíciles de articular por los estudiantes, en los cuales ellos presentaron la interferencia fonológica de la lengua madre. Esos sonidos fueron adaptados para elaborar la lista de cotejo para evaluar la interferencia fonológica de la lengua madre. Así, los datos del instrumento mostraron que la mayoría de los participantes presentaron la interferencia fonológica de la lengua madre porque ellos usan los sonidos de español durante la pronunciación de ciertos sonidos del Inglés. Como estrategia de enseñanza para reducir la interferencia fonológica. Esta investigación es de gran importancia porque presenta los puntos importantes que han sido olvidados pero que es necesario conocer para mejorar la pronunciación del Inglés. Ante todo, la interferencia fonológica debe ser tomada en cuenta por los profesores durante las clases para superar estos problemas de aprendizaje

    In spite of different methods application, the English language learning in Ecuador is still deficient, so this research goal is to develop an interactive didactic guide for teaching-learning English through music for Fifth year’s students of Basic Education, “Ciudad de Quito” Private Adventist College. This research is based on conceptual pedagogy, constructivist theory, methods, English language teaching techniques recognized in the teaching-learning didactic process and supported by field and bibliographical research. Research techniques were applied; interviews for school authorities and surveys applied to teachers and students in order to know the criteria for positive change in and out of the classroom. It was possible to conclude that this proposal work was applied in a clear simple way thinking about the child as a fundamental axis, and that it is useful for the teacher as a valid tool in the classroom. It was possible to deduce that it is desirable to make certain changes in the way classroom activities are carried out, continuous teacher training and technology application, thus also study materials with a view to reach integral development that improves performance school, and make it more efficient. They raise the learning desire, activities that motivate the child to develop meaningful learning are those that must be implemented regularly, children learn by playing and singing.A pesar de la aplicación de diferentes métodos, el aprendizaje del idioma ingles en el Ecuador sigue siendo deficiente. Por lo que esta investigación tiene como objetivo Elaborar una guía didáctica interactiva para la enseñanza-aprendizaje del idioma inglés a través de la música para estudiantes del quinto año de Educación Básica del Colegio Adventista Particular “Ciudad de Quito. Este trabajo se fundamenta en la pedagogía conceptual, la teoría constructivista, los métodos, técnicas de la enseñanza del idioma inglés reconocidos en el proceso didáctico de la enseñanza-aprendizaje y apoyada por investigaciones de campo y bibliográfica. Se aplicaron las técnicas de investigación; entrevista para las autoridades del plantel y encuestas a profesores y estudiantes con la finalidad de conocer los criterios que permitan lograr un cambio positivo dentro y fuera del aula. Se pudo llegar a la conclusión que esta propuesta que se aplicó de manera clara sencilla pensando en el niño como eje fundamental, y que sirva al maestro como una herramienta válida en el salón de clases. Se pudo deducir, que es conveniente realizar ciertos cambios en la forma que se realizan las actividades en el aula, capacitación permanente del docente, dotación de materiales de estudio, utilización permanente de la tecnología, con miras a alcanzar un desarrollo integral que mejore el rendimiento escolar, y permita ser más eficiente.     El lenguaje es la herramienta empleada para el aprendizaje del mundo; genera relación con diversos individuos sin importar el contexto en el cual se encuentren, razón por la cual se han llevado a cabo investigaciones durante varios años, en donde los resultados obtenidos del proceso comunicacional han sido preocupantes.El presente trabajo investigativo busca determinar los parámetros sobre los cuales se debe sustentar el aprendizaje de una lengua, abordando conceptos básicos de la lingüística aplicada, así como sus objetivos, las estrategias que deben implementarse a la hora de adquirir una lengua, en razón de mejorar la competencia comunicativa.
